I get as far as requesting a code by text, but the text never arrives. So frustrating, especially as I only switched to you on Tuesday! Beginning to wish I'd stayed with old bank 🙄

I can't pay bills, etc., because it might get caught up in switch. This is not acceptable. Been with Nationwide for many, many years. DO NOT SWITCH TO NATIONWIDE....DON'T EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO HELP...
