    @8881CFcitleC @DC_1873 @AskNationwide In ‘chat’ they’ve told me to ‘remove the card reader’ (never had one), but to do so I need to scan my face…and then approve via a card reader. After this fiasco I’m definitely leaving as no one to fix issues like this after 6pm or even at all.

    @AskNationwide I cannot access the internet banking app. I have deleted and downloaded the new version a couple of times and restarted my device, but no luck. The app says ‘technical problem’ but service availability is green. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide I requested a passcode online because I don't have a phone number attached to my account and was this was the way to do it. The passcode arrived in the post so that's fine. When I try and log in it only lets me log into the app or to receive a passcode through text
