@AskNationwide Thank you, my son called as suggested that was on the 27th he was told that the money will be back in his account within 3 working day. He checked again today nothing so he called the number again only to be told that he has to wait 21 days they will look into it

Hi there @AskNationwide - are you aware of any issues with paying in cash at a Post Office? Just tried to pay money in as we’ve done before but got told that the account type doesn’t allow it.

@rsagroup @asknationwide my 79y/o neighbour has had water coming through his ceiling since 29/12. Dire service & no plumber yet. Not good enough for anyone, but especially older, vulnerable customers. As his insurer, how long do you expect him to live like this???

@AskNationwide Let's do it here: 1) Your website takes you round in circles whenever you try to find something. 2) Even when you find the correct form to fill in, you are repeatedly thrown out and have to re-enter your credentials many times.

@AskNationwide is there a problem with online banking? My banking has been fine all day today and suddenly it’s saying I have to re register ? Even tho I’m already registered . Then it says there’s a technical error but when I go online to check services it says all is well.

@AskNationwide Long term customer here. Received a home insurance quote with a 64% increase on last year. Think I'll be looking elsewhere. So much for rewarding loyalty!!

Yet more website problems for @AskNationwide - the "previous statements" page takes an age to load, and often just ends up blank; on the rare occasion it does list prior months, clicking them whirrs away and never shows me the statement. Utterly useless as always. Cheers guys.
