    @AskNationwide Thanks Sue! Swindon have confirmed there IS an 'anomoly' and are going to escalate it to the office that deals with such things. I'm hoping to help others avoid the same horrendous problem and being considerably out of pocket after trying to make a simple, regular transfer. Thnx!

    @AskNationwide you use automated calls and texts, that can easily copied by fraudsters, to warn members of potential fraud but the messages do not advise members to go to the Nationwide website to find the fraud helpline themselves. Please close this ‘open door’ for fraudsters

    @AskNationwide , For over a week I have been repeatedly trying to see my credit account online. When I login it says systems working normally, but when I try to access credit card account, I just get '...we seem to be experiencing technical problems. Anyone else having the same?
