    @AskNationwide Hi, I changed my direct debit details for my mortgage payments from my HSBC account to my NBS account via a form on your website. The DD has disappeared from my HSBC app but hasn’t yet appeared on my NBS app and the payment is meant to go out on 4th 😬😬

    @AskNationwide missed call- 0800 464 3123, asked for my security info, my cards are being declined at shops? Also unable to access my bank app + receiving calls about NW switching to telephone banking have I scammed? No paper statements in the mail since replacing my cards in Feb
