Hello @AskNationwide - I notified you of my fathers death over two weeks ago. I provided the death certificate at the start of last week. So why on Feb 23rd did you issue him a new bank card? It arrived this morning and has caused a lot of upset 😔

Trying to get @AskNationwide to send my credit card to the right address since October last year. There's a problem in their system where they're not updating my address across different parts of their backend. So i see the correct address, but they post things to the wrong one.

@AskNationwide What are you talking about. I dropped my card yesterday and within minutes a toerag was using the contactless service. Yet I cant send £50 to someone in an emergency wo a stupid reader.

@AskNationwide It did it once more again but now seems to be behaving normally again but yeah that was a little strange, I was starting to do it automatically there for a while, lol, so yeah, must've just been bizarrely coincidental, thanks for the help.
