@AskNationwide I used my new card in Tesco two days ago with chip and pin, today I used it once contactless no problem and then the second time it was declined. Embarrassing!!!I thought it was supposed to be 5 times in a row before you did that?!Just makes me reluctant to use it!

@AskNationwide never have I been more frustrated or disgusted with a banks communication my bank accounts have now been frozen for almost a week now with pretty much ZERO communication back from you other than the same email address which does not help or reply I NEED HELP NOW!!
