@AskNationwide absolutely shocking nationwide have cleared my sons accounts and placed his money in a ‘ holding account’ my son has been a customer for almost 20 yrs and they are asking for ID!! Phoned nationwide who after an hour said best to go to the branch with ID 🤯

@AskNationwide Is there someone I can speak to about your insurance that is Nationwide not RSA. I am so upset with the way I have been treated by them you are losing a banking customer. I feel nationwide should be aware that the lack of support from RSA reflects directly on you.

@AskNationwide latest app update no longer allows payment to credit card with 'zero balance', despite a large pending balance! Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!

@AcceptableToad @AskNationwide have their HQ there. They're importing a lot of workers from india and also outsourcing some of their customer service work to india. Treasonous company. They've had British staff all these years, inc during lockdown, but suddenly they need indians.
