Been trying every day since Wednesday to pay it and keep getting this same error Didn't even want to use the credit option but the stupid thing defaults to "pay in 4" so ended up in this situation where I can't pay it off now

Richard Tellett (@richard_tellett) reported@AskNationwide Having major problems with nationwide and the mortgage works with my mortgage. They are so slow in processing documents, I have a pending complaint going and now you can’t even call the customer number, they leave a message saying they are very busy at the moment and cuts out :(
