@AskNationwide Live chat said I must phone a number. I phone the number. They wanted me to log in. I do not have details to log in. I am told I have to visit a branch to close the account. I cannot visit a branch - I live in France. The account is empty. I want it closed. A solution, please.

@AskNationwide I was chatting to your colleague earlier see above thread, my internet banking was telling me you had a tech error, I’ve just tried to make some purchases on trainline and it asked me to verify via card reader it was rejecting the codes it was spitting out, it tried app instead..

@AskNationwide I need help in these difficult times, I'd quite like my overdraft interest rate to be dropped from FORTY PERCENT down to something a little more reasonable.. but that would involve you actually caring rather than just virtue signalling.
