    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
