Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.
