@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Shocked by the lack of support from you. As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act. I need a specialist to contact me who understands 'Vulnerable Customer' protocols.

@AskNationwide hi Nationwide. I am unable to renew my ISA online due to ‘technical difficulties’ your website is experiencing. Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.

@AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.
