@courts_bailey @FoxyLady_UK @AskNationwide They're admitting there's a delay now. Like you it's normally around 1230 to 1am at latest, luckily I've nothing going out today, would've been more of a problem if it was rent day or something

  • krskipp Kevin Skipp (@krskipp) reported

@Shitthismansays @AskNationwide You'll normally be entitled to refund of charges incurred through banking errors, although BACS payments technically have until 6am to clear so they may have loophole with your payment out having no margin for error.

  • Erika41150848 Erika Lienerth (@Erika41150848) reported

@AskNationwide @S_miffy How long will my payment take to process, Nationwide always has problems. I should have been paid today..

  • krskipp Kevin Skipp (@krskipp) reported

@ArtiPat81001097 @AskNationwide Mine not in and message on banking app saying they're "working on it". As others said it's 2nd time this month, just last one didn't affect me.

  • Kayleig61572358 Kayleigh rogers (@Kayleig61572358) reported

@AskNationwide absolutely disgusted with this bank payments down just before Christmas and now down new years eve of all times I'm definitely changing my bank can't even top up any gas or electric as the money isn't in my bank I will definitely be contacting the ombudsmen

  • FoxyLady_UK Nicky (@FoxyLady_UK) reported

@AskNationwide Disgusting that you tried to shut worried people up with standard “night thing is wrong” when it very obviously is!! We still don’t have our money but I’m more annoyed by the awful customer care tonight, cut & paste responses to people genuinely worried 😡

  • nsully1990 Nathan Sullivan (@nsully1990) reported

Is this delay issue going to get fix soon? I’ve got bills to pay, mouths to feed and work to get too.@AskNationwide @Nationwide

  • clare_saint Clare (@clare_saint) reported

@FoxyLady_UK @courts_bailey I’ve gone on to @AskNationwide website and it says there are delays in incoming payments. Totally unacceptable and any charges I receive for missed payments due to there not being enough in my account should be reimbursed!

  • loorenislame lauren (@loorenislame) reported

@AskNationwide begging you have some sort of timeline to when this issue will be sorted

  • SaraColclough Sara Colclough (@SaraColclough) reported

@AskNationwide any need as to when the payment issues are rectified? It’s my salary I’m waiting for so I assume you won’t go taking mortgage and other monthly direct debits whilst you deal with the delay?
