    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide The customer care person will ask me to wait for a while for them to check with International transfer team. Then they respond back stating, they have not received any incoming transfer request for the amount I had done. Pathetic.!!!

    @AskNationwide Thank you not much to investigate really payments didn’t go in over Xmas and new year as you had system issues and we couldn’t pay bills or get our money

    @AskNationwide Hiya, a few years ago I set up a Help to Buy ISA with yourselves. At the time I never got any banking info from you and I still get letters saying I’m a customer. How would I know if my ISA is setup or still active ?

    @AskNationwide I made a large international payment (essentially all my savings) on 1 Nov which has not reached the designated bank and you say that you cannot tell me where my payment has gone. Why not? I have spent days on the phone to you and no one seems willing to help me

    @AskNationwide why can't you search transactions prior to Oct 2020 online or on mobile. Not helpful for filling a tax return when the tax year started April 2020. Also I get "were currently experiencing a technical problem" error on mobile when searching Oct 20 to march 21. 😞

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am receiving the same response every time I tweet. I need direct contact of your International transfer team whom I want to talk. Calling customer care is a waste of time.

    @AskNationwide Yes move bank when you pay me my compo from complaint lodded on 21st dec21 and still not sorted but once I pay I'm of your bank caused me £1000 in lost wages over Xmas season with your issues with deposits
