@AskNationwide This is really really poor Nationwide. All of my bills need to paid and at the same time you are texting me telling me that I am going to be overdrawn imminently. Pretty embarrassing from a customer care point of view is it not?

@AskNationwide So fed up of this.5th time this has happened in less than 2 months. No "member" will be out of pocket but the company I have to pay and can't yet will suffer because I can't move money in or out. Utter Crap service. Time to take all my accounts and move to another bank I think.

@BBCBusiness They are absolutely useless, no help when you contact them I wouldn’t touch @AskNationwide with a barge pole after this latest one, I’ve been a customer for over 20years and have been treated disgracefully at times normally when I needed help the most AVOID AVOID

  • JodanaSandyXx Jodana Sandy (@JodanaSandyXx) reported

@AskNationwide I have no food I asked my friend to send over £10 and because of this issue AGAIN I’m left no food thank you nationwide!!

  • markkinga Mark King (@markkinga) reported

@AskNationwide No disrespect but just copying and pasting the same to members does not help. Why don’t you get the CEO to make a statement to members apologising for this in a news letter and promise this will be looked into and reported back. This isn’t an isolated case it’s happening a lot ?
