@AskNationwide Hi, I bought some tickets through @TicketmasterCS and the gig has been cancelled. It says the refund should happen within 15 days, which it hasn't. As the card they were purchased on was cancelled their website advise to contact you. What's the best number please?

@mgshuheb @AskNationwide having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

@AskNationwide I spent half an hour yesterday trying to call you without success. I love your messages on my letters please call us on this number, clearly if you had someone answering calls I would. I have been your customer for over 20 years now, but enough!!

@AskNationwide Hi, I am completing a change of name form as I have got married. When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.
