    @somersetlevel @HalifaxBank They have useless customer service. Dumped them years back and shifted to @AskNationwide and never regretted it.

    @AskNationwide As a so-called customer lead organisation you should at least give customers the ability to contact by email people with influence within the organisation

    @AskNationwide The banking app is down. All I’m getting is a white screen with the blue spinning circle. Any idea how long it will be down for? Thanks

    Agree, car parking is a great example.All car parks should have option of paying with cash & Apps especially when no phone service! Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.
