    @AskNationwide Ah shame, seems bit silly though as it's a win for everyone and you'll basically make the money back within 18 months or lose a customer to another bank. Odd one that. Thanks

    @AskNationwide Like I said, it didn’t make sense. I think I’ve found it now. Wrote down what made sense, sent an email and got a reply saying ‘this mailbox isn’t monitored’ so I think it’s the right one.

    @AskNationwide My son is an international student in USA. He is trying to change his mobile number on his account by using the number +44 1793 656789. When he asks about changing his account details it just hangs up on him. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide We recently wrote to let you know you have money in an account that is currently restricted. To access your money, just give us a call on 0800 085 3607. Can't reply to your text and no one answers the phone , enjoy my money

    @rach_driver @AskNationwide Sorry to hear this. The people working in banks etc have no clue how their system really works. Linked in with the birth certificate fraud it really is an evil set up. Interest on your own money, yikes.
