@AskNationwide It’s not an easy process is it just to find out what’s going on with our complaint. I’m the customer and the one having to try different contactable methods just to have an update from you about my complaint. 57 days is appalling!!

@AskNationwide attempted to complete switch application 6 times over the last week and it keeps freezing or saying problem try again later. At this rate I'll stay with my current provider! Can you advise if there is an issue with Thai service atm pls? Anyone else had this issue?

@AskNationwide hey, how do I get my credit card to show on the banking app? My current account and savings account shows but my credit card doesn't, thanks for any help
