    @AskNationwide So i call today and after 19 minutes on hold i was cut off come on that is no why to treat a customer all i what to if order a new card its not hard. let see if this gets a reply in less time.

    @AskNationwide I am not struggling to the point where I need a Food Bank. I have phoned again - 7 minutes before someone answered, and now he's left me hanging on for another 5 minutes. This is unacceptable! I've been a customer 30+ years!

    @AskNationwide How are people meant to ever do any banking when you’re closed at weekends and twice in the working week? Not to mention your opening hours are rubbish too!!

    @schofs3 @AskNationwide I think so. It's not so much an issue of closing branches around here as opposed to ridiculous opening hours!

    @AskNationwide @nicolafgillx @Debbiecrosbie1 2/2 customers experiencing poor service including one person waiting 43 days for a simple mortgage offer letter to be sent to their solicitor. Seems a bit unacceptable it you ask me?!
