    @AskNationwide So, after your kind intervention, I made contact with the security firm who can access the card for me. Either @AIphaBank haven’t confirmed the release of the card yet, or you have had difficulty in speaking with them, maybe?

    @AskNationwide You don't have any telephone banking times on your app or when you ring up. What times can I call and speak to a person? My card isn't working properly.

    @AskNationwide what has changed with using Nationwide’s debit card abroad. Never had problems previously but last week in Mallorca it failed in first 3 shops and first 4 ATMs - only managed to successfully use it in 1 ATM and airport shop on way home.

    @AskNationwide hey my daughter has just turned 18. Her child tax find account has disappeared from showing on her internet banking. How does she access the money?? Thanks
