@AskNationwide So you can talk your way out of it, I don't think so. I am emailed a complaint - you don't know how much this has affected me as a customer.

@AskNationwide Your new style layout for online banking is very poor and much worse than the current one. I sent a message a couple of days ago saying that I don’t want to switch but received no reply. The old style holds the information on one page . With a grid format that makes it easier to see and find a transaction . The new one is all over the place , disorganised and forces me to scroll up and down constantly . It seems that you have gone for a system that suits your tech staff but not your actual customers How do I retain the old style? I feel so strongly about this that I will move to another bank if forced to use the new style

@AskNationwide @GarethSamuel8 That’s a shame, I’ve been a flex plus customer for years, would have been a nice touch.

@liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

@AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.
