Julie Carr (@mrscarrj) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

Jon B (@ozzybn1989) reported@AskNationwide We’ve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience we’ve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems N’wide can’t offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.
