@AskNationwide I input all my details, then use the card reader and it all appears to be fine. Then once I click to go to make the payment I get hit with the service error. It meant I had to pay to use in branch bank transfer a few months back.

  • jonnynewbs John Newbery (@jonnynewbs) reported

Wow. @AskNationwide customer support has fallen off a cliff. Rude, unhelpful staff not able to willing to do anything to help.

@AskNationwide Just appreciate the woman’s game for what it is. Don’t compare to the men’s game as it’s pointless. Just support what they do. 💪

@AskNationwide you have just given me by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from any organisation, and as a customer of over 20 years I’m now so almost certainly moving every service I use with you to one of your competitors. You need to do better.

@AskNationwide How does telling your staff to go home at 2pm help them? That's the hottest time of the day. If you want to keep them safe, you'd tell them to stay in the air-conditioned bank!

  • sirdigbychicken Martin Day 💙 (@sirdigbychicken) reported

@AskNationwide I've tried to send four codes to my mobile (number is correct) in the last 24 hours so I can use Internet Banking. (App is working but I prefer using a web browser on my desktop.) Nothing has arrived. Known problem, or just me?

  • jonnynewbs John Newbery (@jonnynewbs) reported

@AskNationwide Done. Thanks Nikita. Never had to complain to Nationwide before. Really disappointed that customer service has got so bad there.

  • jaylie_hale Jaylie Hale (@jaylie_hale) reported

@AskNationwide I have two pending payments from boost power that were declined last week. Boost said it was a technical issue on their side and the money would be returned from pending to my account, but so far it hasn’t?

  • floppy_donkeys Joe (@floppy_donkeys) reported

@AskNationwide Did you also add the different colours/enphasis (and the grammatical errors to make it more believable)? Seems like an unnecessary distortion.
