Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!

Gary Fox (@garygfox) reported@AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

🌬️Yaga💨💨💨 (@Yaga_42o) reportedtoday I had to contact @AskNationwide because one of my kid trust fund account went missing from my banking app. Turns out the address was incorrect. No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.
