    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄

    @AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
