@AskNationwide Good Evening Nationwide can I get a 12 months of direct debit payments statement made to a direct debit customer

  • boydie71 Micky Boyd (@boydie71) reported

@AskNationwide is it common practice that if one of your #mortgage advisors goes on leave, the customer is left chasing up desperately trying to make contact with someone who can help? The last two weeks have been wholly unacceptable from #Nationwide.

  • RobbieInEssex Robin D (@RobbieInEssex) reported

@AskNationwide I got a letter today asking me if I was a representative of someone who died recently. I quoted the ref no. on the letter and was informed 'I don't know what that is'. No wonder this country is going down the pan.

@AskNationwide why is @Lenstore refusing your credit card? They accept visa debit, not credit... I have had a problem with other companies stating you don't use their authentication system for credit cards.

@AskNationwide how do I get in contact with your switch team? It’s now over a month since I opened the account - neither customer service nor complaints are doing anything! This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a UK bank! #customerservicefail

The bereavement service offered by @AskNationwide is an absolute joke!

@AskNationwide NW could help us all by following other banks & not increase mortgage rates EVERY time bank of England does, but NW DON'T care about customers - they just want YOUR money! Sad

@AskNationwide hi. Why can I buy a 6 month 3.65% bond via Flagstone but not as a 30 year customer? Seems ridiculous I have to give a fee to a 3rd party for a product my building society does but won’t offer me directly.
