@AskNationwide thanks for yet another wasted journey! Credit card bill due, tried to pay it and the branch is closed for lunch unannounced! So when it now be comes overdue I guess it’s your problem as I’ve tried! I don’t and won’t do online banking before you suggest it!

  • JackieDupre5 Jackie Dupre (@JackieDupre5) reported

@AskNationwide Tatty bye @AskNationwide Absolutely atrocious service and I have zero faith in you whatsoever to look after my money .. switching now and hopefully the majority of your 'members' (that's laughable) will do the same before you fold altogether!

@AskNationwide hi just need to order a cheque book. Absolutely no option to do so via trawling through the online help/ contact us. How do I do this? I live abroad so calling is not ideal

@_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I am with Direct Line and they use CET. There is no hot water at my property since 18/12/2021. Horrible service with time wasted when engineers did not turn up. Really disappointed with the non-response and ignorance from the teams.

  • Mxx1988 Emma Edwards (@Mxx1988) reported

@AskNationwide I don’t see why they should when the issue is on your side. The SO goes in every month without issue yet the one time you have a problem it doesn’t. I see that as your responsibility to resolve, not the originating party

  • Mxx1988 Emma Edwards (@Mxx1988) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve spoken to NatWest, the money is not with them and the transaction has not been reversed. They suggested you check your suspense account? The issue is clearly not resolved …

  • Orlando_CityUK Orlando City UK (@Orlando_CityUK) reported

@AskNationwide That’s very concerning as I’ve never had delay issues with transferring payment from my Canadian account until now. Can I expect payment to reach my Nationwide account tomorrow? What customer service number can I call to resolve this properly?
