@AskNationwide UK launders apprx £100,000,000,000 every year. The figure you cite is 0.015% of the total (less than margin of error). What in the world is "scams involving bitcoin"? Like when someone steals your bitcoin?

@AskNationwide your AI chat is of no use, the agent who it was transferred to couldn't help then after calling the number I was given, navigating the millions of options I was then told lines are closed and cut off. Will you be as useless or can you assist?

@AskNationwide Did that Marcus. They couldn't answer the question... 🙄 Doesn't answer the question of why you got rid of email and didn't tell anyone. Forcing people to call during working hours when we're working ourselves & prob spend hrs in a queue. Not what you expect for 20 years loyalty.

@AskNationwide your pending transaction button on your app is down. when pressed it says cannot load. it been like this on and off for weeks as you are aware. this is the reason I think I should complain. your app is broken and as a result I don't know what's happening.

@AskNationwide hi. I've just been in a shop to buy food. my card was declined 3 times however the money has come out of my bank, and your view pending transactions isn't working so I can't prove it to the owner. this is terrible, and now I'm panicking I've been stung
