    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

    @AskNationwide So get Fraud alert that's not fraudulent, app closed down on me, 55 mins waiting on phone, drive to branch they can't help, back on phone 35mins 😀😀😀 fuming #complaint
