@AskNationwide I'm having problems using my account to pay for items. It keeps saying my bank can't be identified or that you are having technical difficulties when I try and do bank transfers.

@AskNationwide 2/2 Person had no idea what the problem was. No reference in letter or call to me having a text on 28.1 that I had responded to. Line went dead. No call back. Presume there is no actual concern about my card? Feel sorry for call handler!
