    @AskNationwide Thanks. I’ve already logged via the online chat service. In an ironic twist they will apparently call me in 3-5 days. I imagine unless I answer their security questions the conversation might be quite short …

    @AskNationwide Additionally @AskNationwide your liability in the event that a client is evicted as a result of not being able to access stolen funds, and NW’s inability to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

    @AskNationwide The email says 8 weeks to review that doesn't even day resolve. Financial onbudsman gives a 45 day turn around on these cases. Also made dispute with bank of scotland same day and they refunded me immediately while review ongoing. Much better customer service

    @AskNationwide Can you clarify if I can obtain a card for an already applied online at home instant access saver issue 9 account ? It is now open but no card has been issued. Can I just go in to branch to obtain a card for this account ?Or do I reapply by appointment in branch.
