@AskNationwide What REALLY pisses me off is this problem started this morning apparently. Now if I had known that I would have stopped my sister sending us much needed money at 2 PM!!!! But no! U post around 6pm. Disgraceful!@@#

@AskNationwide An inconvenience is when you have missed the post for example. What your responsible for is extreme hardship for some ,no food or heating or electric and hard earned money folk can't access and you are and have done nothing practical to help. Not even kept your phone lines open

@AskNationwide Also this is one of the few occasions in my life that this is the case. I've often been down to my last tenner especially at this time of year. My heart goes out to those who's already difficult season has now been totally ruined by it.

@einefather @Daniel_R_P @AskNationwide I’m literally lost for words I’ve cried most of the day imagine not getting any access to your own wages. I’ve had to turn heating off and not have any lights on as I cannot top up and my daughter needs the emergency credit to charge her machines that basically keep her alive :(

@AskNationwide Been waiting for money all day, this had caused me major financial issues , it’s unacceptable it’s not the first time this has happened, maybe update your system and move into the modern age without card readers!
