    @AskNationwide hello Nationwide team. Is there any way of obtaining help with regards to escalating a mortgage application submitted 1st June and still waiting outcome please. Have tried everything and was told just to wait. My purchase is falling through. Thank you 🙏🏼

    @AskNationwide Yes but I had to transfer the money to my current account than open another bond leaving £1 as there is a error message.

    @AskNationwide I am abroad in the USA my credit card is being declined because it has been blocked. I have called the 24 hour fraud team who did not help! I have been left unable to pay for transactions and stranded

    @AskNationwide The banking app stopped working from Amazon tablet as of 3 September. Tested on more than one Amazon OS device, all fail. Ok other Android. Comments?

    @AskNationwide Hey, I transferred money into my NW account to finish a transaction and I got a notification to verify it. I went into the app and it was down. My transaction was then cancelled after the verification message expired. I need to transfer that money back-

    @AskNationwide Hi Paragon have a triple access ISA that is identical to yours, however they will increase the rate automatically if it changes. Why cant you manage this?

    @AskNationwide I haven't been able to log into the internet bank since yesterday evening. The error message that you are currently having technical problems is displayed. Do you know when this will be fixed please?

    @AskNationwide My accounts have been removed from my online banking, I have no way of accessing them without calling and being on hold for ages and you can't fix them until 5 working days?! Not good enough!

    @AskNationwide ok… today I got a letter asking me to ring to verify my NI number. After 45 mins on hold the brusque - and that’s being polite- call handler says she cannot help me and I have to go to a branch. I despair.
