Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide

All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

ME? I'm not well.... (@itsfar2bright) reported@AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.
