@AskNationwide I have, logged many many queries and disputes ove the past two years. @NOWTV_It won’t tell me who’s account is using my card and @AskNationwide won’t block the payments. I’ve lost at least £200.00 in the past 2 years because no one responds or helps

  • BenCrookesBPD Ben Crookes (@BenCrookesBPD) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks Nicole. I can’t remember if I did or not. If I use the old one and it’s incorrect, would I get my card back from a cash machine? I reported it missing very early on Wednesday, does that mean Wednesday is one of the 5 working days it takes to process the new card?

  • BethanyHoyland beth (@BethanyHoyland) reported

@AskNationwide My Flexplus debit card was cancelled as it was used fraudulently. I have since been issued a refund by a retailer against my old debit card number and the retailer has confirmed it’s gone through but the refund has never appeared in my account- please help

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

  • harmsy Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Oakington and Westwick, England

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

  • karenbrown135 Karen B (@karenbrown135) reported

@AskNationwide I had time to send a message, I don't have time to wait in a queue for a chat or to wait on the phone either from recent experience. I don't usually get annoyed by such things but I am very upset by this as its the banks fault I have an issue
