    @AskNationwide Thank you. It's been happening for around 5-6 weeks now each time we do our weekly shop. There's no problem with funds/when we've asked at @asda customer services they can't give an explanation. Do you want me to call as it happens as that would cause further embarrassment?

    @AskNationwide Loved being on hold for 20 mins followed by an ott security! For no access to my card when I was told it was blocked! Funny that as I have a screen shot saying otherwise
