    @AskNationwide Flex Travel Insurance offers appalling customer service through UK Insurance. Their agents just tell you anything to get you off the line, after waiting 50 minutes to answer the call. They never deliver anything they promise. Time to close Flex Plus account.

    @AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Agree I will bring slowly moving my finances over to starling since they treated me very bad last year ! They customer service is shocking.

    @AskNationwide I've been into my local branch today and I am not happy with inhospitable service. I was met at the door by a lady who sighed at me when I said I didn't want to use the machines and wanted to be served by a human. The cashier was even less helpful.

    @AskNationwide Hi, the app was available just 2–3 days ago. My query is whether it has now been withdrawn from the App Store and Play Store in the Asian region, where it was working perf. fine. I’m well aware of int. banking, but the app offers the most conven. for me, and I’d prefer the App
