@AskNationwide I'm already here. I've probably encouraged dozens to switch over - and I never ever received an incentive payment. I would happily receive the incentive payment now despite already being a customer due to my free promotion. I'm new to the influencer lark.

  • SodexoUK_IRE Sodexo UK & Ireland (@SodexoUK_IRE) reported

@AskNationwide hello, do you have any plans to expand open banking access to include savings and mortgage accounts? Some other banks do this already.

  • tsissab86 Matthew Montgomery (@tsissab86) reported

@AskNationwide Yes I get a pop up says there is a technical problem and to try again or check the service availability but when I check the website says that it is all services are working. I have been using my card with no trouble

  • RevPF RevPF (@RevPF) reported

@AskNationwide and @TSB websites are both blocking my login because they have "unforeseen" problems. Anyone else having problems?

  • sarahfer Sarah Woods (@sarahfer) reported

@AskNationwide The issue with the all still hasn't been resolved, please can you get back to me as it is impacting my ability to make payments

  • sarahfer Sarah Woods (@sarahfer) reported

@AskNationwide It doesn't even get to the login screen, it just has a spinning circle that goes round and round on the welcome to nationwide screen.

  • JoinRejoinEU Tony Remoany: negotiate access to SM & CU now (@JoinRejoinEU) reported

It may be trivial now but following the death of a family member @Barclays bank is crap - on all levels but especially website/CustServ - no one on the phone and no oline chat unless you have an Apple device. @AskNationwide comes out on top. Brilliant CS and organisation.

  • kellyw2094 Kelly Dunn (@kellyw2094) reported

@MaccaWiggins @AskNationwide Having the same issue, again

  • tamzin_spencer Tamzin Spencer (@tamzin_spencer) reported

@AskNationwide I've gone into town today and my card has been working perfectly fine in the shops. I went to every ATM in my local town to withdraw some cash every ATM was saying so we were unable to process your transaction. Is there a reason for this?1/2

  • alcfac Abbi Cliff (@alcfac) reported

@AskNationwide can you explain why your ‘emergency’ cover has taken 10 days to NOT fix an 87 year old woman’s boiler. This is shameful. Your engineer broke a part delaying fix now refusing to fix until I pay £300.
