    @AskNationwide Already put a complaint in. But doesn’t seem like Nationwide actually care about their customers especially given the circumstances of the pandemic. I’m very dissapointed with Nationwide’s customer service. I will be telling everyone to never use Nationwide

    @JohnnyVegasReal @AskNationwide is this something you can help me with? PayPal refusing refund as its been over 180 days since purchase. The seller is uncontactable to discuss. Where do I stand with this as I've paid for 'goods' we haven't received.

    @AskNationwide She is logged in via the website. She cannot click on the Flex Account and there is no drop down menu like normal. Error message says some functionality is unavailable at the moment, try again later

    @AskNationwide It won’t change anything and I can’t call to pay any bills as I have the cash in my purse needing to be put into the account to pay the bills! It’s my money I should be able ti access it 😡

    @AskNationwide Spoke to Ian. He told me nationwide don’t have to even give the customer a reason to why they declined it even though their legal dept. was telling the customer the mortgage will be complete on a certain date. I would appreciate if you can help me?

    @AskNationwide bit disappointed applied for a TMW remortgage 2 days ago and had no confirmation email rang 12 times today and cut off during the recorded message even rung Nationwide and cut off again - help

    @AskNationwide hi - you have made it impossible to cancel stolen cards abroad without the app. My parents are in their 70’s. They do not have apps for everything. Exactly how is this helpful?!

    Well that's £110 gone down the drain. @PayPal can't do anything, neither can @AskNationwide as it falls just outside of the 540 days. Thanks M&B promotions 🤬
