@AskNationwide this ‘issue’ seems to happen once every month?!? whats going on!

@AskNationwide hi, when are you going to sort your systems out so we don't have this payment issue every 2 weeks? Bit ridiculous isn't it? Once is fair enough but 3 times in such a short period of time!

@AskNationwide @DZL_2004 Fix the often encountered, never explained, consistent problem you have then. You dismiss peoples angry responses, with bland “cut n paste” PR comment, but you fail to comprehend the upset you cause, and continue to do so.

@AskNationwide are you able to please give some more details of the issues, not the blanket there are technical issue. When banks can’t give details about this type of incident this normally happens when it is a security issue?

@AskNationwide @Ann1e___ I've been sitting with no electricity all morning you've ignored all of my tweets, you'll probably ignore this one. The lack of help for its customers from Nationwide is shameful.

@AskNationwide So, just have a quick question… you guys are saying “Nationwide fees and charges will be refunded” but the problem here is the fees the people are expecting are not from you. Will Nationwide responds for all this fees?

@Its_CCHogan @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide No problem, you made it really easy but sounding like a bigoted ******** who thinks he’s better than everyone. Oh look at me I know all about what bank is good and you people dont. I run a podcast. Lol

@AskNationwide seriously stop paying your bosses disgusting bonuses and start sorting out the banking. This is utterly shameful service. You're not even compensating people properly. Plus your pathetic attempt at getting new customers shows how little you care current ones.
