@AskNationwide It gives me an error, saying ' We are unable to show you all of your account info at the moment', I can use my other accounts but not the main one that my pay goes into tomorrow!

@AskNationwide Apparently it’s the underwriting team, who due to remote working can only be emailed. Buyer promised reply in 3 days, which did not happen. No response to buyers solicitor either. Our cost are mounting due to this.

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide 1/2 Got text but no access to move money until tonight. Not asking u to move money for us but use common sense when we were only going £160 over our limit with more than 100 times this sitting as funds in attached accounts. It’s hardly a high risk profile is it?

@AskNationwide Spoken to a girl @ hull branch who just fobbed me off and put me through to a different number who can’t even help. I just want to be removed off a joint account. I’ve sent back forms twice and I am just going round in circles

@AskNationwide This is exactly the problem, your ‘mortgage specialists’ tell the buyer they can’t help and they should email the team dealing with it, who then don’t reply. Starting to feel like a job for the @TheFCA since @AskNationwide won’t.
