@AskNationwide my phone has been stolen on holiday and I’ve tried to tell your team by phone call but they’ve just transferred me to the main switchboard 3 times. I’ve not been able to get through and notify you of any risk of fraud. Please help

  • pkrpmusic paul pledger (@pkrpmusic) reported

There’s nothing more demoralising about queuing in @AskNationwide for 20 minutes because your damn machines aren’t taking cash deposits. Again. Or broken down. Are you going out of business? #PlymouthYetAgain

  • JackRalston Jack (@JackRalston) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks Jo, just noticed on the website it refers of payments up to £10,000 should be fine however this one will be more then that and not using chaps? Can it still be done over a simple transaction?

  • EarlyMusicWorld Brian Robins (@EarlyMusicWorld) reported

@AskNationwide We are still waiting. Many thanks, Nationwide, for ruining our plans this morning. Abysmal so-called service.

  • IAmJamesLowe James Lowe (@IAmJamesLowe) reported

@AskNationwide Just to let you know, I’ve taken no action about this, yet tonight I am able to send money to my ISA again. This all seems dodgy to me. Was it just a glitch?

  • roseyboy71 roseyboy71 (@roseyboy71) reported

@AskNationwide arguably the worst call handling system encountered. Throw in a few other matters and you have a poor excuse for a service , very disappointing.

  • peter_mcclurg Peter mcclurg (@peter_mcclurg) reported

@AskNationwide Appalling service today in Coatbridge. Branch busy so I deposited via machine outside. Now being told by stroppy head office that the deposits won't go into account till Monday at 5pm. Told to use machine inside branch but far too busy. An utter joke of a bank.

  • SinParker3 Siân Parker (@SinParker3) reported

@AskNationwide hello, I need some help quickly with my account. I’ve had regular payments taken from my account, however companies are stating that you aren’t approving them? Please help

@AskNationwide my flex card hasn't worked for 5 days. Is there a problem?

  • CraigsWorld Craig Martin (@CraigsWorld) reported

@AskNationwide That’s the problem. I am not part of the U.K. App Store as I now live over seas! For security reasons is not an excuse to isolate anyone who lives abroad- the whole point of the app in itself is to make banking secure for its account holders not lock them out.
