@AskNationwide why are you excluding existing customers with a 1 year triple access account that has variable interest rates from the interest rate increase that you are applying to new accounts. This is bad business ! You advertise that this is the family bank.

@AskNationwide hi my card isn't working

@AskNationwide recently upgraded my account to a flex plus. New card has not arrived but my current one is no longer working. Just had to leave shop without my shopping 😭

  • GregJCollins Gregory Collins (@GregJCollins) reported

@AskNationwide I've just opened a Flex Direct account and transferred two direct debits. I was told I would receive a £150 cash back bonus but haven't received it yet. Please can you help sort this out?

  • Fluffjig Sarah (@Fluffjig) reported

@AskNationwide I did this yesterday and I was told you had no record of my complaint. This morning I have been told you have no record of my conversation with your complaint team yesterday. I've tried so hard to speak to someone who can help. Please have someone from your complaint team call me

@AskNationwide OK - Thanks for your prompt response. I am a UK member but unfortunately I do not have a UK mobile number. I only have an International roaming mobile number that I use through out the entire world. How do I over come this problem? Thank you.

What a load of crap @AskNationwide is. Online banking not working. Technical problems for hours. Cannot transfer money. Time to look elsewhere for a reliable bank...

  • TomCFC87 Tom Reed (@TomCFC87) reported

@AskNationwide We have now passed the 4 hour mark. Getting pretty damned tired of this awful jazz hold music. When you call it a "24 hour" line is that how long it takes someone to answer?
