    @AskNationwide your anti-fraud system has blocked a payment of mine, leading to me paying an extra £90 for festival tickets. Customer service offered me £25 and told me to use another bank next time. Are you able to assist me with getting the other £65 back please?

    @AskNationwide your current account application form is completely broken. When filling in the first page of details, I’m then told I “You need to update your mobile number” and start again. The form doesn’t even ask for my mobile number.

    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?
