@AskNationwide @Debbiecrosbie1 We are still waiting for help and a response. At 8am tomorrow this family will be stranded in France. Two young children. No transport or accommodation. We have a policy with you that promises to recover us to our home.

@AskNationwide Sympathy does not change the fact that the breakdown team have not provided a solution of any kind. We need to know where our children will be sleeping tomorrow night. Where is our car?!Somebody must help us. We have paid for a policy which offers a service we are not receiving.

@AskNationwide That’s the number I’ve kept having to call and had all the problems with with of getting cut off etc. I’ve so far wasted close to an hour and half of my day on the phone.
