I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

Chris (@Sparky2504) reported@AskNationwide This is exactly why Iโve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People donโt have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

We Charge back @AskNationwide...you will pay my money back. There are cameras...I challenge the British Company working with Chinese Company in Shenzhen...pull out the CCTV.

SteveB (@SteveB2706) reported@AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.
