@AskNationwide I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all you have done is send a generic reply. That is shameful and disgusting in how you are handling that with no offer of support.

@19DIORHAZ @AskNationwide A lot of people do their shopping 20th-23rd, worst part is support won't tell you the problem, they claim IT doesn't know what's gone wrong. Sounds like outdated software to me, nationwide will fail if it doesn't keep up with the times
