Matt Johnson (@mjj1286) reported@AskNationwide Yes, tried making payments with other payment methods (e.g. Nationwide credit card, etc) but not working either. Am retrying one payment with another card so will see if it works. Re.sending a new debit card out, what's the number to call? Thought this was done automatically?

Norbert Lieckfeldt 💙 (@nlieck) reportedGetting caught in vicious circle from hell at @AskNationwide - they say Without a card reader, you can still: [...] send money to someone you've paid before. Logged on online. Made payment to - guess what - someone I paid before. Site asks for card reader input. 🙄

Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported@AskNationwide Your website says you can ring until 6pm. Which isn’t true. You don’t take calls after 5pm. How do you expect working people to ring you when they work until 5pm?

beanhead (@offbrandbeanz) reported@AskNationwide Hey! I have applied for a FlexOne card and I just got sent my customer number. Can I create an account on the mobile app yet or do I need to wait until the card and PIN arrive?

Tony Byrne (@TonyByr19556826) reported@AskNationwide I’ve tried to contact Nationwide and it’s impossible to be able to talk with anyone, can you ask them to get in touch with me. Anthony Byrne 07712839920 Thanks

Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported@AskNationwide seems their mortgage application lines are only open when everyone is at work. My son can’t have his phone at work. Guess when the lines are open 9-5. Unbelievable joke. He’s finished by 5.15. No online chat no help for working people after they finish work. Jeez.

Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported@AskNationwide You’re sorry my son wishes to keep his private information (which you need to identify him before the call can continue) private and only ring you after work? Please just have your phone lines open as per your website at 6pm.
