    @AskNationwide Definitely not working normally!Sending bank can provide date and time payment hit Nationwide,Nationwide saying no knowledge of it. Even offered the reference no but staff on phone said there isnt the facility to search on reference numbers. Guessing it's formal complaint route

    @AskNationwide @KattFrazer so your basically saying your money should be in ur account and if its not then its not our fault or problem go talk to who the money was sent by, this is stupid, have you just lost all of our payments?

    @AskNationwide just tried to use my card online and itโ€™s been declined thereโ€™s plenty of money in the account. Didnโ€™t seem to connect properly to be verified is there a systems problem? I need to get these groceries paid for today!

    @AskNationwide What does adding to complaint achieve, they know I been in touch and are doing absolutely nothing about it. The service is lamentable and making the situation worse

    @AskNationwide is there a backlog of payments going through/are there still problems from Tuesday? Because my pending payments are going through so much slower than usual ๐Ÿ˜•

    @leestirling17 @AskNationwide Don't mean to barge in here but I really can't see it being another banks fault when the vast majority are saying the same thing. It appears Nationwide are not accepting that there is still ongoing issues. If I was you I'd put in a formal complaint.

    @AskNationwide I still have pending outgoing payments sitting in my account despite claims that the issue is resolved. Anyone care to explain??
