    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Go talk to the manager at the bank not here. Not everything is for social media and public consumption. The bank will probably DM you and ask to do same. What happened to offline problem solving?

    @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

    @AskNationwide I have found an unsigned Debit Card on the pavement - Not sure what you'd like me to do with it - can't find a way to speak to a real person on your website - AI only interested if an existing customer

    @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.

    @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.
