@AskNationwide Thats why Im trying to go via the non disclosure of their PIN, or access to their entire account. Theyre nearly 90 and disabled. Getting to a branch isnt an option.

@AskNationwide Thanks for your response. I will make a more formal complaint, but suspect all your senior decision-makers have been captured and won't be interested in the views of a 30+ years customer. Only one view is acceptable on these issues, and it's not mine. Inclusive?

@AskNationwide Nobody. Nice, disabled, old lady Ive known for all my life, trying to access their own money held with you. I cant do it via my personal account without essentially being a banking facility /regulatory I cannot offer to them. Pyble to cash to give to her.

@AskNationwide Thanks Marcus, but we have already been doing that. The problem is that we keep being promised the paperwork by a certain day which then passes. This has happened several times in the past month

@AskNationwide I dont need that level of control and access over someones account. I dont need Power of Attorney. Im not family and theyre not incapacitated. Its a bit OTT. A/c holder just wants to access their own cash. Direct hand delivery by you to them?

@AskNationwide No. Am done. You just lost £90K worth of accounts. Been a customer over 20 years. No more. Sick of being treated like an idiot.

@HSBC_UK the switch over incentive is a trap to make be on hold to chase up money that was promised. People go elsewhere that are offering similar incentive without the hassle or terrible customer service. @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

@AskNationwide Have just rung number. She says there is no issue with the cards. The usual crap. It’s all our fault. Two adults, two different cards. Neither worked. It’s not us. It’s this excuse for a bank. I’m done. Left with €45 for 3 days for 2 people. Am f*****. You don’t care. Disgrace

@AskNationwide @Wright95Ann Well THERE'S YER PROBLEM! JFC Nationwide. Get your head out of your *** and find the problem. Women are often as good or better with tech and software development than men. The problem is NOT your applicants. Its your recruiters, your culture...but its a YOU problem for sure.
