    @AskNationwide I went to the cashpoint at 21.20 tonight. I put my card in 1, tapped the number and amt (husband) was standing guard. Took ages to release my card then come up error. Moved to the next one, i did same thing, gave me my cash. Will it have gone out twice/left money in the slot

    @CooperativeBank on hold for nearly 30 mins now over your error. How can it take so long! You have a responsibility. @AskNationwide what are your call waiting times? Better? If so, you have a new customer.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Marcus. Ongoing issues with your banking app that apparently can’t be solved over the phone. The opening hours are ridiculous, just how are customers meant to access services face to face. It’s almost as though you don’t want us to.

    @AskNationwide you really need to fix your banking app. I can’t even authorise payments without it redirecting me to the browser. Really annoying when I need something doing quickly. And the login speed is getting increasingly longer. Why can’t it secure the app quickly anymore?

    @abbe_smith_ @AskNationwide Absolutely disgusting service by nationwide building society house insurance department. Call handlers blocking access to a manager. Water leak at home for over 4 weeks now. REFUSING TO HELP A CUSTOMER OF 15 YEARS

    @AskNationwide My card wouldn't work when I tried to leave a car park at 18.15 tonight. Payment was denied on my NCP parking pass. Was there an national issue?

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.
