    @AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money

    @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

    @Sparky2504 @AskNationwide Good luck, do you have your customer number and your telephone password because you're not speaking to a person if you don't have these. Gone are the days when you just call up and speak to a person

    @AskNationwide I cant access the app, first lloyds now nationwide is down
