    @AskNationwide Have tried several times to apply for a Flex Regular Saver. Your website tells me it is unable to do it and to try again in 48 hours and then logs me out. I have left it for 48 hours twice now, and it still comes up with the same message. Please advise. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide why doesn’t the Nationwide banking app allow the payment reference to be changed? It can’t be a security issue, surely!

    @AskNationwide hi I started an application via the nationwide app for a members credit card and once it was accepted I unfortunately came out of the process and didn't complete it. How can I get back into the application process. I don't have a current account log in for website

    @AskNationwide Yes it is up to date and no I am not uninstalling the app. I am literally trying to sort my banking out, fix my car, and work. I haven't got time to ***** about signing up all over again

    @AskNationwide Thanks. I see a message in the app now saying I can't move money, so I won't go to he hassle of reinstalling the app... Thankfully not urgent. Been a bit of a weekend issue-wise, hasn't it? Unlike the NW team to suffer so much. Hope your Major Incident team get a break!
