    @AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that

    @AskNationwide the app won’t allow me transfer money but says planned updates don’t start until 10pm. Is this an app problem or a problem with my account?

    @AskNationwide Away from home. Needed to pay a bill for services. Nationwide app didn’t accept new payee without card reader. Used Halifax app- no issues- accepted my biometrics when I logged in. Now Nationwide app won’t allow a transfer to replace money in Halifax! Useless Nationwide app!

    @AskNationwide why do you make it impossible to speak to somebody? Absolutely fed up talking to a chat bot being sent in circles to resolve an account issue.

    Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

    @AskNationwide latest app update no longer allows payment to credit card with 'zero balance', despite a large pending balance! Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!
