    @AskNationwide hi I’m trying to let the company “oohmola” access my bank statements - I’ve done this before and it worked fine but since late last night it won’t let me connect to my bank - it just keeps saying there’s a problem? The company says it’s my bank?

    @AskNationwide Yes, from their side it is a Error 500 (internal server) when the app attempts to query Nationwide servers. Has there been any major update or event from around mid mornjng today?

    @AskNationwide It is both Money Dashboard Classic and Money Dashboard Neon. Other apps (such as Emma) work fine now - but their customer service had to “force” the sync. The error appears to be Error 500 (provider s server queried not answering). Setting up new accounts work fine apart Nat.Wide

    @asylumseekerx @AskNationwide I had the exact same experince with every single bank in the UK. It was awful. I was finally able to open an account with @Barclays. Guess why? because I found a branch where one of the employers was once an asylum seeker herself and could empathise so she found a way to help me.

    @AskNationwide @BBCNews @georgebowden thanks for your response but ASAP has been over 5 weeks now and your IT Team appear no closer to a resolution from the updates being given to us. Is there an ETA for the fix or is it still not known?
