All Mark (@MarkAll19523693) reported@AskNationwide I make a regular payment every month to an existing payee. However today it is asking me to use a card reader. It never asks me to use a card reader for existing payee. I have never had a card reader. What is going on? Is this a temporary glitch?

OL (@LerryOwen) reportedHey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.

Ric M. (@revoraman) reported@AskNationwide At last, a positive response from Nationwide after the abdication of Customer Care by the could-not-care-a-fig woman I spoke to on Saturday from inside the Branch. Thanks, Nathan.

Vivian Brickell (@TheOldDear) reported@AskNationwide I did. I tried again. That’s I was wondering if you’d been having IT problems.
-
Chris Mollett (@CPFCmollett) reported@AskNationwide I have recently started getting statements for an ISA account however I was under the impression that I closed down all accounts with yourselves a long time ago. Your AI assistant is asking me to log in to online banking to receive help but I don’t have it to do so

Rachel small (@rachismall) reported@AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting

Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reported@AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card
