    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

    @AskNationwide Nationwide advised a customer of our company we were a scam concern and not to pay us for an order! We are a small 22 year old family company.

    @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on
