Jamie (@Jamie83178256) reported@AskNationwide Hmm I seem to gather from your website that you only do hard credit checks when customer applies for credit. Still unsure why you need to check if you can offer me credit if I’m only applying for a current account with no credit? Or have I missed the point

LDdex (@LDdex) reportedJust phoned @AskNationwide to ask about their green mortgage for green home improvements. The CSA spoke over me, basically looked online and read the info out on the website. Have they not been trained in this. Was also told I couldn't do any face to appoitments.

DMview (@VeryDemure) reported@AskNationwide Been scrupously polite to call handlers but customer & service two words not applicable to Nationwide anymore. 20 mins phone 3 x transfer and no one can explain why payment showing as " technical issue". Been trying for 2 days to pay bill. Some real assistance plse

DMview (@VeryDemure) reported@AskNationwide Details same and correct. Was told no tech issue yr end so why different browser?
-
LDdex (@LDdex) reported@AskNationwide I know what you and aren't offering. The fact is you should be listening to your customers and bring back fave to face mortgages. Or at least train your staff on the call centres to the point where they read don't need to log on to the website to read verbatim the information.

DMview (@VeryDemure) reported@AskNationwide Browser alternative not working. Would like reassurance that this is not atrempt to end to free SEPA and being forced to use £20 CHAPS instead.

Dermot McGlynn (@McglynnDermot) reported@AskNationwide what their customer care procedure is. Here's my experience 1. Sympathise. 2. Sympathise & blame everybody else except themselves. 3. Stop sympathising but blame everyone else. 4. Ask for DM so U can't be seen on here. 5. Offer complaints procedure. 6. Ignore U.

GIFTSpromo (@_GIFTSpromo_) reported@AskNationwide It said waiting time was 10 minutes, close to 30 minutes now... needs way more than an apology, the service is pathetically terrible.
