@AskNationwide Your IT failure of 21Dec2. Issues have not been resolved. You still hold funds I tried to deposit. Worthing branch has tried to fix it, but is being misled by your IT team. I now consider this theft by the society. How many other customers are still affected?

@AskNationwide No, she very rarely uses the online log on...I use a 6 digit number to login in. She has used that b4 but nit for months

@AskNationwide And will you do this personally Mel or will I be relegated to a ‘chat’ queue? All someone (who cares) needs to do is contact Worthing branch and speak to the assistant manager who has worked hard and is being let down by IT

Hey, @sainsburys @AskNationwide thanks for not coming back to me. Nine days, yes NINE DAYS after the initial transaction and I still have the same pending payment and no access to my money. How is this acceptable to you or your customers. Would love a response.

@AskNationwide I didn't believe the stories of appalling customer service until I experienced it for myself. I'd really like to get my problem sorted out but after many phone calls and assurances from you, nothing has materialised.

@AskNationwide Your link takes me to a generic website which doesn’t help. Your Worthing branch has all the details and is being fobbed off by your IT team. E.g. the branch was told by IT on that a chps payment would be made that day. No transaction was made. IT is lying to the branch…

@AskNationwide my husband made a complaint 7 days ago (so 5 working days). No text from you, no email from you no letter. We've been trying to get a mortgage with you since September 2021. You keep giving us the run-around! The way you treat your customers is disgusting.
