    @AskNationwide That'd be great if you didn't delete people's accounts from the app & tell them to go in branch if they want money, but they're housebound & calling up gets you passed from department to department with no actual solution. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

    @Sparky2504 @AskNationwide Good luck, do you have your customer number and your telephone password because you're not speaking to a person if you don't have these. Gone are the days when you just call up and speak to a person

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.
