@AskNationwide And that would be a huge issue. what you're saying is that if I access a page via a saved favourite it could be missing security patches and other important updates, rather than re-directing me to the latest login page!

  • anarchy4angels Me (@anarchy4angels) reported

@AskNationwide I've already submitted feedback and several complaints about this. I was just confirming the advice being given out is in fact total nonsense, and rather than making stuff up, maybe it would be better to admit there's a problem and fix it...

@AskNationwide Bloidy awful fake Respect ads. Perhaps Nationwide could RESPECT MY RIGHT NOT TO BE PATRONISED👌🏿

  • anarchy4angels Me (@anarchy4angels) reported

@AskNationwide That in itself is a huge issue. if there have been updates then there should be a redirect on the older pages so customers reach the up to date online banking pages. Or older login pages should be taken down. This potentially means that security issues still exist after patching.

  • anarchy4angels Me (@anarchy4angels) reported

@AskNationwide What difference does that make? Once I log in I'm redirected to the same account pages and get the same error.

  • anarchy4angels Me (@anarchy4angels) reported

@AskNationwide I tried typing in the url and got to exactly the same login page, and then got exactly the same error message on the messaging page. So that was a load of nonsense...

  • damawa42 Daniel W (@damawa42) reported

@AskNationwide Yet another stupid aspect of your online banking offering. If I LOG IN (successfully) then click "Get help with a card transaction" you then make me log in AGAIN even though I am literally logged in, since five seconds ago. Moronic.

@AskNationwide if i’ve transferred a nationwide isa to another provider in this tax year, can i still pay in to a help to buy isa i still have with nationwide

@DeadCat__Bounce @AskNationwide I'd rather be a failed artist working at McDonalds than a snob.

  • vmanrulez VMan (@vmanrulez) reported

@AskNationwide You're right, it is working. It's just that I was using my card and reader to authenticate, and that keeps telling me there is a technical issue when I use that method. Who can I contact to fix this?
