@AskNationwide I cannot do a transfer credit card to my NW credit card account since Friday last week just say technical error. Spoke to you today on the phone they said go into a bank they can do it..so your system is still down??

@AskNationwide Bullshit. You're not sorry for inconveniencing your customers at all. You told me today that you'll block my card whenever you feel like it, you've no obligation to inform me & you couldn't care less if I'm left stranded. You're a joke - I'm an ex customer. #customerexperience

@AskNationwide And that is fantastic it’s working but the fact some people went nearly 24hrs with this situation is not good and then to have very little communication from anyone over it again not okay. I presume everyone affected will be compensated for this?
