    @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

    @gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

    @AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

    @AskNationwide hi i haven’t been able to see outgoings transactions in app, i assume since midnight, service say it’s ok so is the app just being glitchy?
