@AskNationwide Your executive customer services should have done this in June - my complaint regarding the member of staff still hasn't been even acknowledged. My patience is running very, very thin.

@HalifaxBank @pinkandtweed I moved to @AskNationwide 20 years ago pal and have never had any problems with them. They have also removed all their C19 screens etc and masks are not compulsory. My advice is take your good business elsewhere and hurt these shysters in their profits

@AskNationwide That also didn’t solve my issue. It’s clearly something to do with my phone (12 Mini) as my Daughter also banks with you and it doesn’t happen on her iPhone (11)

@adie_hull @AskNationwide I have lots of problems with my nationwide debit card contactless, even after a couple of replacements. Seems to be some sort of security thing because it works again after I’ve used it with a pin. I’ve had to stop using it on @NCT_Buses because of how often it fails.
