BE CAREFUL NATIONWIDE WILL RANDOMLY SEND YOU A NEW CARD AS 'ADDED SECURITY' BUT WILL ALSO CANCEL YOUR OTHER CARD THAT HAS NO ISSUES BEFORE THE NEW CARD ARRIVES TO YOU, LEAVING YOU FOR DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.

I'm currently on the phone to your call centre and the person I'm speaking to has no idea there's a problem. Is this fault affecting debit card use and/or cash withdrawals too?

Craig (@NnMonky) reported@AskNationwide your iOS app has an issue, when using the app switching on my device then returning to the banking app I get only a picture of “blurry trees” - I have to restart to get back into my accounts. Tried reinstalling, no dice
