    @AskNationwide Hi! I applied to open a second joint FlexAccount with you at the start of May. I received a text saying ‘Paperwork has been sent to you...’ - but it is now nearly June and we have received nothing? Help? I can provide a reference number if needed?

    @AskNationwide It's a shame that the nationwide call centre isn't open later than 6 to call you about issues such as this, as these are pending and could be stopped...

    @AskNationwide Hi, no I topped up my Electric on the 5th of May and a second payment of £15 was taken out. I contacted my provider and they said wait 14 working days which I did now they asked for your email/fax to resolve the issue

    @AskNationwide I want to ask if you can put credits on accounts in a different colour? So that when scrolling down the app, one can more easily differentiate the transactions.

    @AskNationwide It's not your fault Mel....a question that's not related to my banking issue, I've nearly completed my diploma level 7 forensic accounting what's the best way to approach nationwide HR... would It be via the necessary department or straight to head office or is it one of the same

    @AskNationwide I asked and they said to wait 14 working days which I have and then they said to get my money back they required your email/fax

    @AskNationwide why can't anyone help I'm trying to move my account to you and at the final page it freezes I have reference number status show incomplete you hit the continue button it says error occurred contact us but when you contact you can't help very annoying

    @AskNationwide No. I am referring to a vendor taking my money and not providing a service. Something which Nationwide seem to be quite happy to condone.
