    @AskNationwide phoned customer service 3 times this afternoon spoke with 3 different advisors and got 3 different answers to the same problem. How do I know what the correct answer is (if any!)

    @AskNationwide I’ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didn’t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. I’ll go for the latter 🤬

    @AskNationwide what happened to ARI the support Bot? There is no way to contact Nationwide through the App or the web app. No support.
