    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know youโ€™re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

    One of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

    My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2

    @AskNationwide Canโ€™t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said Iโ€™d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesnโ€™t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on
