@AskNationwide I have been on hold for 1 hour and I still waiting for someone to help me. The CHAPS team have gone *** and your managers won't accept calls!!!!!!!! I have someone in the fraud team trying to get someone to take the call!!!

@AskNationwide when trying to add my nominated account, I get an error saying that they can't confirm the account is in my name. That's because the nationwide website is removing the apostrophe in my name and replacing it with a space. Please fix your site to allow names.

@AskNationwide Your customer service team have cut off my call twice today and are refusing to let me speak to a senior member of your team. I am on the phone to your fraud department and for the last hour they have been trying to find a manager to escalate the situation to. Still holding
