@sassievamp @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide I haven't kept a count, but Barclays went down in January which caused me a big problem. Their banking tech is just as complicated as others. They might have fewer facilities (no business accounts), but each facility is the same as other banks.

  • helenscott72 Helen Scott 💙 (@helenscott72) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve transferred funds from my savings to pay for work on my car. I can’t get my car back until I pay!!!! Any timescale for a fix. Made the transfer over 2 hours ago and it’s still not showing in my Co-Op account

  • E_Myerscough Edd Myerscough (@E_Myerscough) reported

@asknationwide When you say payments are 'delayed', do you mean they won't go through until you resolve the issue, or do you mean they are still working but are taking longer than usual to process?

  • LMCFD94 Lauren Roy (McLardy) (@LMCFD94) reported

Never known a bank as **** as @AskNationwide unable to send any payments coz they’re being held in a queue. Absolute liberty

  • Bobb0__ Dave (@Bobb0__) reported

@AskNationwide @Requando I've been without electricity for 1h30mins. I've banked with you for over 20years, you've done nothing to help me.

  • Syn0nymph 💬 (@Syn0nymph) reported

@AskNationwide What's the technical error you are having? Is it to do with the 'temporary queueing" process that was implemented at the beginning of the year?

  • LJB_86UK Lee Bradley (@LJB_86UK) reported

@AskNationwide hi, when are you going to sort your systems out so we don't have this payment issue every 2 weeks? Bit ridiculous isn't it? Once is fair enough but 3 times in such a short period of time!

  • MrsGreig15 Adele Greig (@MrsGreig15) reported

@AskNationwide What time is the issue expected to be resolved I have bills to pay and my wages are not in my account l. This is absolutely shocking service

  • adamoc23 adam (@adamoc23) reported

worst bank ever @AskNationwide guess I'll wait for you to fix your terrible systems to access my own money. Can't restock the house with supplies now, and got to hope you fix your problems so I can pay my bills tomorrow 🤬

  • TheRealAHS Alex H (@TheRealAHS) reported

@AskNationwide are you able to please give some more details of the issues, not the blanket there are technical issue. When banks can’t give details about this type of incident this normally happens when it is a security issue?
