    Changed my bank to @AskNationwide . All went very well until it came to me needing to change my PIN. Went to my one and only branch, made a special journey only to find an out-of-order cash machine. Maybe a note on your website would help, on the branch page perhaps? 😠

    @AskNationwide I tried the 0800 number and ended up getting through on the chargeable 0345 number. It’s ridiculous. Really disappointed with customer service.

    @AskNationwide , I have a FlexiDirect Account with you guys and need the last 3 months statements for it. I cannot get that from the app and I am not set up for Online Banking. Help pls! Thanks

    @AskNationwide Hi how do I set certain retailers to not need secondary authentication with the app? Surely you can tell I use Milk&More frequently so why waste my time doing extra auth? Additionally why do I need to log in TWICE to the app to do this? Requests fingerprint twice.

    @AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

    After just switching to @AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the out dated website and app. Was hoping for good things but found myself switching to a better company.
