    @AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem

    @AskNationwide I made two payments a couple of days ago which have come out of my account but haven't arrived at the payees account. Is there a known payment issue or is there a number I can call to check?

    Not sure if it's @TheAA_UK or @AskNationwide who are not great but after 18 years breaking down on the motorway and being told someone will be here in 4 hrs when your 15 mins from Edinburgh is blowing my mind!!!!

    @AskNationwide Now that Virgin Money is full part of Nationwide why can't I access your ISA rates as a Virgin customer? e.g 1 year fix 4.5% Virgin is 4.22%
