@AskNationwide is it common practice that if one of mortgage advisors goes on leave, the customer is left chasing up desperately trying to make contact with someone who can help? The last two weeks have been wholly unacceptable from #Nationwide.

@AskNationwide Never had that issue in the last 25 years of banking without a card reader! Can I not turn that feature off, and just use the (presumably secure) app?

@AskNationwide Hi I sent redemption funds yest evening but a whisper from NW. Logged into mortgage manager twice since and its not updated. no confirmation email received. now try to log in get 'Mortgage Manager is not available here at the moment'. Can u confirmed received?

@AskNationwide - I have just used ur breakdown service using bank details and had a fraudulent scam text (which I’ve ignored) and a call from a number not recognised. Not sure if someone is scamming ur system #fraudprevention
