    @pollymacnicol @AskNationwide I had a problem with my TSB account for a few days too ... had set up a Standing Order from current account to account that pay bills from that didn't transfer for 2 days - then Pension credited a day early. Some weird ****. Hope everything OK and all best for tonight & 2022 x

    @AskNationwide Banked with you for last few years, the reliability of your online and mobile banking services in the last year, hasn’t been good , regularly issues resulting in delayed payments, in same period my secondary bank account with Starling Bank has been problem free.

    @AskNationwide Still not acceptable. You should have been honest with us. Instead gave us different times and never explained the reasons behind the issue. If we are "loyal" customers as you claim, You should have told us what had happened.

    @wonkyfunk909 @AskNationwide That maybe true but crypto doesn't fix this. The majority of instances you'll need to convert your crypto to FIAT to spend it, meaning you'll still require a bank account (AND a crypto exchange)...at the minute.

    @pollymacnicol @AskNationwide My mum was due her esa today in her nationwide account, and low behold, nowt, just lucky my dad got his attendance allowance and one of his pensions or we would be up **** creek as we had £5 in the bank and needed a food shop done.
