    @AskNationwide You had supposedly resolved these issues two months ago but still today we can't send payments digitally. It's time to stop pretending you're a bank and go back to being an over the counter building society.

    @AskNationwide Temporary patches clearly aren’t working. Your IT team need to actually fix the problem. This is happening month after month atm. Also - actually tell your customers when you discover the issue NOT repeat the same c&p message to all AFTER they bring it to your attention!

    @AskNationwide When are you going to sort out your server issues, the constant technical issues are unacceptable, like several other people, bills will be delayed paying, transfers not being made. Further charges incurred. Thinking of moving account

    @AskNationwide What sort of time frame are we looking at for this? Will it be today? Bills will be coming out today and because of this the money isn't there to pay them.. I presume any bank fees if I go into overdrafts etc won't come into effect as a result of this issue?

    @AskNationwide I need to pay my Gas, Electric today. I was going to log in to internet banking and send a fast payment, but now i have to go and join a long queue at a Post Office....

    @AskNationwide Shame I was left out of pocket after a problem you created and will be for some time. Don't worry though, it was worth the 100s of pounds it's cost me to find out what you're really like.

    Been a @AskNationwide customer for over 20 years and the last few months there have been multiple issues with delayed payments. Disappointing service guys! Looks like I’ll be moving to a bank that can offer a better service. #Nationwide
