    @AskNationwide I'm abroad and used my debit card. Now neither that nor my credit card work, and your telephone hold time is more than 10 mind for an expensive overseas call. I logged in to say I was traveling and your system didn't allow me to do so. Can someone please help?

    @AskNationwide @menzies_walker It is doing exactly the same to me. I even provided a screen shot which is exactly the same as the one provided here. You definitely have an issue your end Nationwide.

    @AskNationwide Nope I am not going to do that as it has been a problem much longer than before iOS 14. Getting me to unintsall and reinstall is just lazy support. Get the devs to fix it.

    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide made a payment to another person’s Nationwide account account 4 days ago and it has not arrived in their account - what is the problem?

    @AskNationwide when are you planning to update the iPhone app so it doesn’t crash every time it’s opened? Looking through the reviews on the App Store it’s a common issue, and incredibly annoying.

    @AskNationwide It would be great if I could contact you via your chat service but it is not possible at the moment - I am told to press the blue button but there is no blue button. All very frustrating.

    @AskNationwide quite possibly the worst in financial services. 3hours on the phone and chat and still no answer? You’d think having a legal obligation to liaise with customers would help. Appalling services. No one get a mortgage with them!!!!!
