@AskNationwide My direct debits won't be going out tomorrow as normal if there isn't enough money in my account to cover them, pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time since December that I've had issues with payments coming into my account.

Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄

@AskNationwide @ShipInnTresaith help! I’m staying in Tresaith and urgently need to make a payment from my NW account but can’t without the plastic card reader. Apparently they are universal…anyone have one near Tresaith that I can borrow please?!

@BelleStarrC @AskNationwide They bat of questions and complaints with anodyne statements which do not address the issues. I have started closing accounts, though it is not easy to find alts. Since they initially denied the assocn I find I am suspicious of other banks/societies. But I have made a start.

It is now actually impossible to access my @AskNationwide UK mortgage from my home in the Netherlands. No online log-in works, no telephone log-in works, and the ‘security questions’ are so random and specific (based on the last 15 years) - that I don’t have answers. #ExpatLife

Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? @AskNationwide hi I am trying to get a statement from 27th april to today for my solicitor.. whenever i download the file it doesnt show my details ie. Name and address. I do the date ranges and such but details arent on there.. can you help?
