@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide we are due to complete our switch with you in 2 days but haven’t received any debit cards or account details. How are we meant to access our money?
