    @AskNationwide have broken every promise and terms and conditions of the switching. Offer have been told numerous times it will be paid but it still hasn’t. Terrible seevice

    @AskNationwide Nationwide were incompetent and dishonest when I asked for help. No problems from other lenders by comparison - avoid!

    @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.
