    @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

    @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

    @AskNationwide Now the banking app is down. You need to come clean with people. This is totally unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide there appears to be a problem logging on requesting a text message? The card reader access is working.

    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.
