    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?
