    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    Bugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.

    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

    @AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?

    Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???
