    @AskNationwide Already lodge complaint but I will DM reference but like said fix that serious IT issue u have and misuse of customer data ie you need to deregister everyone online banking and they have to register otherwise u still breaking law.

    @AskNationwide FUMING!!! On 29th at my Fathers Funeral Wake, and infront of Whole Family my card declined, EMBARRASSED. All my accounts frozen, Have sent ALL info that shows i am a Victim of Fraud. i’m Disabled. Still NO SUPPORT like Nationwide promises VICTIMS of Fraud

    @AskNationwide your age verification policy is a complete joke. You know the age of my teenager because you took all their details down when they opened their account. Now you’ve blocked their access to their account just as they have to pay their rent! Just crap.

    @AskNationwide My device location is set to the UK and always has been. Also when I try logging in via the browser it won’t take me to the login page? Please can you help me? I need to make a bank transfer and don’t want a missed payment on my credit report because of this
