    @AskNationwide are very close to losing me as a customer to renew my mortgage with them. Trying to set up the mortgage manager online and the only way I can do so is by calling them, calling into branch or by post! So frustrating!!!!!

    @AskNationwide trying to log in online for my mortgage and it keeps saying there’s an issue. I can get it on the app no problem but not online and need to log on so I can see full details.

    @AskNationwide I ordered a replacement for my bank card (sort code 07-02-46) pn Monday. It's now Friday, post has been and it's still not arrived. Terrible service. Shame on you for leaving customers in limbo for so long...could be Monday now before it arrives.

    @AskNationwide I cannot get into the Nationwide app or get online both using WiFi and 5g. This has gone on for over a week. I have deleted app and reloaded app, turned WiFi router on and off but still no joy on IPhone or IPad. Please help. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

    @AskNationwide Currently there is no way to chat to Nationwide or their Bot Arie throughthe app or on the web app. You can no longer ask a simole question. Where is the support?

    @AskNationwide The website and banking App no longer have a chat facility. 2 out of 3 ways to get in touch have been removed.
