    @enjay1999 @AskNationwide I'm having this issue renewing my ISA. I am an existing Nationwide customer, don't need photo/ID verification and the issue happens when I confirm my details. It happens on both my phone and my laptop (the app redirects to the webpage anyway).

    @AskNationwide @MartinSLewis Great rates for NW accounts BUT have you noticed the TERRIBLE reviews on Trustpilot recently - rating of 1.7 from 3,500+. The only shining light is the shops - which I can attest to, the Kingston one was lovely - but then I have not had a problem YET!

    @AskNationwide I received a text meant for another customer this morning suggesting I had to pay a large sum of money to meet a required payment. It was an authentic n’wide msg sent in error to me, AJ in your contact centre was amazingly calm and helpful. Please thank him for me
