@bitoclass @AskNationwide Pretty much everyone on twitter is a stranger. It's why people come here to have discourse. I've not defended a pay gap, I've tred to explain that it's not something companies can easily fix, regardless of intentions, so why criticise them instead of focusing on positives of IWD?

@AskNationwide any idea how I can get you to take my call to verify my number for online banking…tried for 5 days and I’m in a queue and just tried again and it says your lines are closed but your website says 0800 4643060 is open until 2000. Not really good enough #nationwide

@AskNationwide Is there anyone that can help me speed up my insurance claim please ? The drying out equipment was removed last week, we are obviously still leaking as we are waiting to hear back from you or BVS, ? The final report was done on 2nd Feb which you both have.
