@TSB Absolute disgrace from @TSB and looking like I will be returning to @AskNationwide within days. Been suffering for days and still periodically suffering with no service. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sarahwilki Sarah Wilkins 💙 she/her (@Sarahwilki) reported

@debrakidd Couldn’t agree more. My dad moved into a care home. Can’t change his address over the phone. No paper form. Can’t do it online because he’s never registered a mobile number to his account. He has to go to a branch: he’s bedbound but has capacity. Help @AskNationwide?

  • BrianR821 Brian Reynolds (@BrianR821) reported

@AskNationwide There is no bar across the top. I log in with finger print authority

  • ClarksonAcc Lisa Clarkson (@ClarksonAcc) reported

@AskNationwide 08005877100 That's the number advertised. I appreciate that sometimes you are busy but when you are broken down, an hour waiting on hold is unacceptable.

  • DrHannahLB Hannah Lomax-Browne (@DrHannahLB) reported

@mintiestmel @AskNationwide @sainsburys I also cannot pay for my order, on the website or on my app. I’m about to lose my delivery slot… frustrating!

  • theyardener1 theyardener (@theyardener1) reported

@AskNationwide You need to get more people on your phone's... Nine minutes on hold and counting is very poor service

  • KimC_88 Kim (@KimC_88) reported

@AskNationwide Oh ok so even though I’ve been a customer before I can still get the incentive? I no longer have a nationwide account

  • Jason1984Jason Jason foster (@Jason1984Jason) reported

@AskNationwide Maybe you need to find out the relative information and relay it to your customers rather than just passing the book. I’m a nationwide paying customer and you supplied the insurance as part of a fee paying account. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask you to find out

  • EmmaEdgarr Emma Edgar (@EmmaEdgarr) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve tried both different device and browser history and still coming up the same error message that there is a problem with your current account application system

  • Toany80704880 Toany (@Toany80704880) reported

@AskNationwide The response to secure messages through the PC app can be slow. Asked for card to be unlocked, which they did not do, vbut asked questions. Reply has not been responded to for hours, even though they know they are blocking my card. Support is slow
