Tim Staddon (@tstaddon) reported@AskNationwide The only other way around it that we can see is to change the region of the phone but all her other important apps can install fine from that region. A different guest has an Android phone, still set to Ukraine, and has had no problems at all installing the Nationwide Android app

Please could someone actually look into this and deal?!
