    Jamie @AskNationwide. It is now 17.06. I was guaranteed contact by close of business today by Salma. She “escalated” the issue, saying I’d hear within 72 hours. Guess what? Absolutely no contact. How utterly disgraceful! Thoroughly #badcustomerservice. Total incompetence!

    @AskNationwide When I clicked onvthe icon, it said I hadn't installed the app. When I went to Google Play it offered me the chance to open from in there, tried that and it said there was an error with my pass code. It let me in via GPlay the second time, but the icon still says 'not installed'

    @AskNationwide called at 0920 to be told 20 mins hold time to speak to someone. Still on hold. Is this normal customer service?? I’ve just moved my mortgage to you, not a great start🙁

    @AskNationwide Hi, I need help urgently! I need several recent bank statements but these aren’t available for me to download online (I think because there were no transactions), but I need to show the money present in the account. Can the statements be sent to me by PDF?

    @AskNationwide Not being able to respond with an engineer until 2 days after the emergency, when 4 hours was original promised Not having a claims team working on a Sunday kinda sucks too. We need to get things fixed, not be left in limbo

    @BelTel @GWalker9 @AskNationwide As for Starbucks, they trialled cashless during covid and it worked perfectly fine. I don't see any issue. With "Making Tax Digital" this was always going to happen.
