    @AskNationwide We broke down on the 13-Aug. They have let us down time and time again and after 15 hours in a recovery truck driving up through France to the tunnel the recovery truck we were told had been arranged hasn't and we’re stranded again. This is beyond ridiculous its incompetence

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for many days to open a new 1Y Triple Access Online Saver (the previous one matured). I get an error message in the mobile app and also on the website. I’ve even tried 2 different browsers. Any account opening issues you know of?

    @AskNationwide We’d go away but as my wife is still waiting for her replacement bank card that was applied for on 8th July, maybe not. Despite the ‘promise’ that she could expect it witthin 10 working days? I don’t think so, unless of course you guys only work one day a week …….?

    @AskNationwide why are your branch staff not able to verify my passport for mortgage ID purposes for an existing customer? However no issues @CooperativeBank, they did it straight away no issues. Much better service with the ethical bank.

    @AskNationwide are there issues with banking as we have two separate pending payments showing that have already been taken (so these pending payments are duplicates) which has now taken the account overdrawn by a substantial amount!

    @MrMatthewTodd @XRLondon If we want to have an impact, move your bank and mortgages to a business that doesn't support fossil fuels. @AskNationwide for example have confirmed they do not directly support fossil fuel companies. You can move your current and savings accounts in minutes. It's a start.

    @AskNationwide Not yet as they are closed & was only spotted when we went to the local shop this evening & the card was declined. Thanks for your help I will contact them tomorrow it’s just odd that’s it’s two completely separate companies (one is a local takeaway and the other a major airline)

    @AskNationwide No I Don’t, why should they help@me out due to your Organisation not being able to provide clear, correct info? I accept my responsibility to manage money but this month has been long and difficult for everyone, I’ll DM my postcode, I work in Complaints so…

    @AskNationwide Why don’t you reward customer loyalty any more? Your so-called Loyalty Saver offers a very low interest rate compared with the Flex Saver you’ve just introduced.

    @AskNationwide Thankfully her Financial Adviser has resolved the issue. We are transferring her assets away from your bank. Your managers have no time to work when they are on Twitter all day! Not in branches mind, they are let down by your HO operation.
