    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

    Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)
