Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all. Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

Miguela (@blackhairbub) reported@AskNationwide I'm not receiving push notifications. My phone is set to receive notifications, but you aren't pushing them out. There is nothing in the notification history screen on the app. Clearly, you're not pushing notifs. How can I escalate this issue?
