CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

J Jones (@JJones87684337) reported@AskNationwide Your banking app is not working properly. People cannot log in.
-
Sarcastic Fringehead (@Pragjag) reportedIs @AskNationwide having a bit of a nightmare? Last night I couldn’t make an online banking payment (it went through OK this morning) and now a ticketing site can’t contact them.
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
-
Diana Kimpton (@dianakimpton) reported@AskNationwide I’ve already spent an hour on chat trying to log a complaint. Tortuously slow and very frustrating.
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
-
David Powell (@Powell_Property) reported@TheAA_UK @AskNationwide my car disgraced itself on the mot ramp and needed a tow to a repair garage. You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!
-
Ryan Dunne (@ryandunne1999) reported@AskNationwide quick question — transaction push notifications in the app were shown as “coming soon” on your website months ago, but there’s no mention now. Has this been delayed or dropped? Would love an update.

Kaarin (@Kaarin007) reported@AskNationwide I lost a better interest rate because your processes are antiquated, if not down right illegal! 2 months to sort out a very small mortgage and it's caused so much stress. Complaints couldn't even tell me when a decision was made & the letter I never received @Debbiecrosbie1
