@AskNationwide funny how when issues / problems pop up theres never an issue with pending transactions that are going your way or interest payments on overdraft or fees or anything that is heading your way.. why is that? oh well.. customers eh? screw em! load of ... it rhymes with bank!

  • ChrisWorrall20 Chris Worrall (@ChrisWorrall20) reported

@AskNationwide I glad it’s resolved but you were way to slow to admit this problem and make customers aware when it occurred and this is happening way to often something has to be done to stop this!

@AskNationwide Why did you take so long to admit this was an issue? Infact, you accused customers of lying about it. And twice within space of a week?! Joke of a bank service.

  • alanjc72 Alan Cross (@alanjc72) reported

@AskNationwide how long is the delay going to be in receiving incoming payments into bank accounts? Today is my partner's 40th birthday and if you spoil it because I can't access funds, you better expect a compensation claim!!!

  • coffeesteve3 coffeesteve (@coffeesteve3) reported

@AskNationwide ETA on your SECOND payment delay fiasco in 2 weeks? How long until it’s sorted, please no generic IT department are working on it. I need a time scales!!!

@pollymacnicol @AskNationwide My mum was due her esa today in her nationwide account, and low behold, nowt, just lucky my dad got his attendance allowance and one of his pensions or we would be up **** creek as we had £5 in the bank and needed a food shop done.

  • BenScott2020 Ben Scott (@BenScott2020) reported

@AskNationwide wow twice in 2 weeks you have issues affecting money going in and out of my account! This is unacceptable given the next few days banks will be shut…… £100 compensation for the last issues but no contact to discuss. What do you plan to do this time @MartinSLewis
