    @AskNationwide Your systems are archaic & your customer service team unfairly engulfed by the frustrations this causes. I’ve just been told that, in the absence of a card reader, I need to go to my local branch to transfer money to HMRC. I am in Bali.

    @AskNationwide @steckbro I would settle for an app that actually works rather than having shut down due to technical issues whilst the Nationwide folk on this app deny there is any issue…

    @AskNationwide As I said I tried to chat on the site but can't get through to a human, the funds went through on midnight last night so it's been long enough and I'm not good with phone calls.....

    @natpit @Amy__Moffat @AskNationwide Just to advise this is an issue with the app. If you login to internet banking on a laptop for example you can then transfer money with no issues

    @AskNationwide so I can't get into the online banking as you want job details you don't recognise. The same goes for the banking app. I can't access my own account. You continually send me cards with the wrong prefix. It took 8 months to get my current account changed. leaving!

    @AskNationwide I’m not trying to make a payment - just trying to access the app to check balances! And judging by other replies there is definitely some sort of issue going on

    @AskNationwide I have an FRCISA 1 year 3.8%, I can see this on my list of account but when I go to transfer money its not in the list there so I cant transfer money between accounts. Can you help please
