    @AskNationwide I would warn everyone away from using your mortgage services. I currently use you yet seeking my house for health reasons and been declined to port mortgage due to a financial risk when it’s a lower mortgage I’ve gone for. Service is a joke

    @AskNationwide 2/2 She phoned 4.30pm to report it & was put thru to Homecare service that she doesn't have?? Told she has to make payment up front B4 you will even send anyone to check damage. Why does her building insurance not cover it? She's had to go & stay away tonight. Heavy rain tonight.

    @AskNationwide 1/2 'Here to help? Please could you tell me why Nationwide's insurance service re buildings/contents have left my 88 yr old mum who lives alone, with water running thru her ceiling lights from the roof, bed soaked, very distressed saying you would send someone out but didn't?

    @AskNationwide Hi I cannot login to the app on iPhone 12 Pro using iOS 15. It just sits there at the bit when “talking to nationwide” is this a known issue currently? I’m able to login via the website so I know my connection is okay

    @AskNationwide To add, Mum phoned back to ask when s/one wld come as been waiting hours. Again put thru to Homecare, who refuse to help unless she pays. What is she paying them for as well as you her ins premium? Spoke to them politely, got nowhere so your employee put phone down w/out warning!

    @AskNationwide Have experienced such dreadful customer service today...very disappointing ..issue not resolved and apparently no managers around!!!

    @AskNationwide Waiting since the 3rd of Sept for my replacement credit card... Everytime i ask where it is.. Theres an issue.. Its now been raised with the financial ombudsman.. Hopefully more joy from them than @AskNationwide shocking service. False promises...Endless correspondence. Rubbish!

    @AskNationwide Because am in a 5 year fix even if I leave or sell up and rent because I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage else where I’d have to pay £10k extra because of early settlement fees your a bunch of money grabbers

    @AskNationwide She's had to lock up the house & leave it to sleep elsewhere. Heavy rain was forecast so God only knows what she will go back to. I spoke on the phone & they put the phone down w/out warning for no reason. I recorded it to prove I was polite. My mum begged the woman to help her.
