  @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.

  @deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

  @AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  Hi i switched over to u on the 24th August and my direct debits have not been transferred over and ive got bills to pay which will now be late can u help @AskNationwide
