    @laurajaneosborn @AskNationwide Hopefully not. I'm praying the problem will be fixed for everyone b4 that. Benefits use BACS I've seen that a few customers have recieved their payments. I really hope this is the case

    @AskNationwide Hi. I have payments going out on the 24th ,I need to have money in there for it to go out but obviously there is a problem with incoming payments. Would nationwide cover any charges which I might get

    @AskNationwide My cat is at the vets at the moment needing treatment and I need to pay upfront. I CAN’T pay up front because of YOUR PROBLEMS and so my cat cannot have the surgery needed - this is INCREDIBLY DISTRESSING. Please advise urgently when this will be resolved.

    @AskNationwide @lucii_90 Why is your colleague Taj saying you have no timescale on resolving this issue of the payments are now being processed? Also…for the last time…Incoming oayments? Outgoing payments? Or both?!!!!!!
