  Bugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

  @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

  @AskNationwide so please enlighten me as to how I’m locked out of setting online banking up but then I tried to access my customer number and it says I’m locked out of setting it up Honestly a joke, regretting trying to set up an account with u
