Dr Robert O'Toole NTF (@robertotoole) reported@AskNationwide We haven't heard anything back. You may also note that people with Irish surnames cannot currently open FlexPlus accounts. We actually want to pay for an account, but your useless online system will not allow it. This is not the excellent service we are used to from Nationwide.
