    @AskNationwide absolutely disgusted that I had to travel to #england today to use a branch. all #northwales coast are closed Saturdays! Hard enough for rural communities to access banking without your discrimination thrown in too. Didn’t think I’d see this from you #disappointed

    @AskNationwide I am appalled at the service I received this evening! After having a message to say my accounts been placed on hold and now having NO access to my money! I have bills to pay, and I need to live day to day. Not being able to access this account is leaving me unable to work!!!

    @financialombuds @AskNationwide same update from Nationwide, month long IT issue and still no material update or resolution time. Very difficult trying to manage credit card account and credit limit without online access which is a basic service and should be provided!

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    I do enjoy talking to @AskNationwide staff who hate their customers. Next time I'll just put my head in an industrial vice and scream down the phone while I'm ushered to the next life with their 1970's soft porn hold music playing in the background - the outcome will be the same.

    @AskNationwide So, you text me about ‘returned mail’ you say: to speak to you before access to some acct services are limited. I call the number given and get a message stating you can’t take the call due to lockdown restrictions 🤷
