@AskNationwide hi. Is it correct when awaiting a refund from a retailer it’s actually the bank /BS that determines if it’s refunded back quickly ? And that it’s not the retailer that’s slow?

@AskNationwide Funny that. My colleague who got his refund the following day used a Visa card. I'm not asking for your help. I'm exposing you so that other people don't make the mistake of banking with you

@AskNationwide No thanks. I already gave this information to the cashier as well as other security questions, but they wanted my passport information! I have been a customer for many years & was shocked that you required this information!

@AskNationwide branches closed everywhere, please update Google maps and your website or pleaseeee allow us to bank cheques online why are you not able to do this…?!?!

  • James30181388 James (@James30181388) reported

@AskNationwide Karen, nationwide have already said they’ve helped as much as they can, meaning you will not add my international number to my account, and you can’t stop blocking my card when I use it over here.. so no help at all. Nationwide have done nothing but screw me so my tone isn’t nice

  • James30181388 James (@James30181388) reported

@AskNationwide Which is extremely useful if you don’t have an English mobile number, costing me £60+ a time to call you when you block my card. So yes you have a number, but no it’s of no ******* use at all

@AskNationwide is there a reason why faster payments is saying it will take 3-5 working days to transfer money right now??
