Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.

I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

the pompey pope (@thePompeyPope) reported@AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service
