    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide I’m not happy as a customer or partner as you say it of 15 years and as someone who has been eligible for the £100 payment 2 years running I’m now not eligible I have a flex account and I have a flexclusive saver but the only thing I don’t have is a mortgage

    @AskNationwide why did I qualify for the fair sharer payment when I have every single year ive tried ure god awful chatbot now im resorting to tweeting to get an answer..how many times has ure app had outages this year ? How many times have people beem denied wages and no sorry
