@Emzlifetank @AskNationwide I’ve just raised a query about this via the Online Bank Em, as I’ve been expecting the £50 Cashback as well. The Terms & Conditions state that they will advise customers via the NBS website if the offer is withdrawn, but the link included in the Ts & Cs opens an unrelated page!

  • Lebb Lebb (@Lebb) reported

Hello helpful @AskNationwide. Yesterday I called the nationwide call centre regarding issues with my app. They said they would get back to me but they haven’t yet. I wonder if you could see how long it may be? As I need to pay some bills!

  • MrStardust23 Alvin Whiting (@MrStardust23) reported

@AskNationwide I don't need anyone in your adverts to look like me. I don't need to virtue-signal about BLM. I just want a decent interest rate and customer service.

@AskNationwide Any update? Not great service is it. Been waiting all day. £200 unaccounted for

  • Superted47 Edward Longworth (@Superted47) reported

@AskNationwide Banking App not let me get passed "we sorry, but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem" but the server status says services working normally. Typical Nationwide useless at providing a banking service that is usable.

  • Lebb Lebb (@Lebb) reported

@AskNationwide Sure! The app asked me to put further details in and then it said they didn’t match. When I phoned they thought it was because there was an issue with how my postcode had been recorded and were going to contact the change of address team to make it the correct format.

@AskNationwide is there a problem with the app I just keep getting a blue screen ?

    Another **** #nationwide ad. Nothing changes. @AskNationwide

  • MrStardust23 Alvin Whiting (@MrStardust23) reported

@AskNationwide You know exactly what. As a customer of 35 years, I just want you to look after my money. You currently provide garbage interest rates but you have something to say about everywhere (TV, social media) about every social issue. Pathetic virtue-signaling.

@AskNationwide If I to go into a branch to close a Help To Buy ISA do I receive the closure certificate I need to give to my solicitor there and then?
