@AskNationwide absolute disgrace of a service. Blocked my online banking because of a payment I made yesterday. Called me today, to make sure my account wasn’t victim of fraud. Gave you the details after being on phone for half an hour. Still hadn’t unblocked my account 1/2

  • Hawks_PE Hawks (@Hawks_PE) reported

@AskNationwide how can you have someone manning Twitter but no-one resolving customer issues after 5pm?

  • AppVehFin BigChizz (@AppVehFin) reported

@AskNationwide Oi, just do your job and stop with your moral marketing. It doesn’t impress this customer of yours.

  • lanalon Svitlana Shaulko (@lanalon) reported

@AskNationwide Also, regardless of how many people are mention in the deeds, if only husband is working and is unable to pay the mortgage, the bank will repossess the flat anyway, right? So why cannot non working wife be mentioned in the deeds?

  • ExplainingMoney ExplainingMoney.co.uk (@ExplainingMoney) reported

    3. @AskNationwide once again complete this weeks list, where you can receive upto £125 for switching into one of their flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

  • olliebessell Ollie Bessell (@olliebessell) reported

@AskNationwide Haha 5 working days, you’ve locked me out of my account. I need access now. 5 working days, what the hell are you lot going on about. Again, on hold for 20+ minutes and the phone cuts out

  • Six2Split Artist Formerly known as Sandwich (@Six2Split) reported

@AskNationwide And yes I have access to those things but I was told I could only do this over the phone. Then on the phone I was told I could only do it in branch

  • Hawks_PE Hawks (@Hawks_PE) reported

@AskNationwide Disgusted and appalled with the level of service provided with @AskNationwide. Spent hours on the phone. Continued failure to meet their own timescales, no ability to speak to management and resolve. Subsequently my house sale will fall through tomorrow if not resolved

  • Skoli70 Pete Skolimowski (@Skoli70) reported

@AskNationwide so how do I raise an issue with my CC statement, your chat bot & real person refer me to online messages, but I can't start a new msg & it says to use the bot - going in circles

  • peachyhestyles Georgia. (@peachyhestyles) reported

@AskNationwide Hi Jo, I have tried using both but every time I try to do it, there seems to be an issue.
