Sarah Noble (@SarahNoble2) reported@AskNationwide @MartinSLewis Great rates for NW accounts BUT have you noticed the TERRIBLE reviews on Trustpilot recently - rating of 1.7 from 3,500+. The only shining light is the shops - which I can attest to, the Kingston one was lovely - but then I have not had a problem YET!

I am an existing Nationwide customer, don't need photo/ID verification and the issue happens when I confirm my details. It happens on both my phone and my laptop (the app redirects to the webpage anyway).
