Hi @AskNationwide phone lines currently 45 min wait, when I do get through it cuts off, online chat is bots only or noone that can help, no email addresses to communicate with anyone, response to complaint is a 5 day wait, How do I get some urgent help please???

@classicsidecars @AskNationwide I would be wary of signing up with them recently I’ve had a very disappointing episode with them loyalty means nothing call centre staff just read the script on the screen no human interaction at all I ended up getting £50 compensation for the dreadful service 👎👎👎👎👎👎

@AskNationwide Thanks for the quick reply. This number isn't suitable because its a customer service number and I don't have account details to use. There is no option to just speak to an advisor. Do you have a number for your HR team? Thanks
