    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm currently looking at switching to a new mortgage deal but when I click the 'apply to switch online' link on the website it's telling me the application is temporarily unavailable. Is there an issue with this?

    @AskNationwide Hi. I’ve been trying to help a friend set up online banking but it seems you don’t have his mobile number or email address on your system. As the branch is closed on Saturdays how can I get these added so I can set this up?

    @AskNationwide Well i recently disabled my face id and re did it but the app is making me use my passnumber to re login, but 2 issuses. I don't remember my pass number and i Don't know where my card is(its in my house, i just don't know where) or my pin

    @AskNationwide get your act together having called your loan help line put on hold for just short of an hour you terminate the call suggesting I call back... come you really should do better than this
