    So whilst I would award @AskNationwide a well deserved 0/10 for both banking and customer service, please will you pass on that Laura at the Peebles branch is absolutely wonderful and frankly you don’t deserve her.

    Now I'm really shutting my @AskNationwide account, since they are arbitrarily preventing access to legitimate crypto businesses such as @binance. This is something they directly told me they wouldn't do when I asked them after it was exposed in the media weeks ago. See ya.

    @AskNationwide @McDonaldsUK So how come your not stopping people buy poison food ? Your very concerned about us buying #Bitcoin  ,to the extent your restricting our ability to do so but your evangelising about your customers eating utter garbage..........

    @AskNationwide Thanks . For help . We have the app on her phone now. But. Cannot understand how to transfer some money from her savings to Current acc., so that she can withdraw some cash from atm here in Thailand

    @AskNationwide the app froze while making a payment after I’d entered the code from my card reader and clicked confirm. Can I be certain that the payment didn’t go through if it’s not showing on my transactions or could it be pending? It’s for a service so don’t want to pay twice

    @AskNationwide Ha that’s a joke! Been in the phone with an adviser for 34 mins who has no clue what she is talking about keeps saying I list my card which is not the case at all! Horrible service

    @AskNationwide If I have a query I do not want to use the Chatbot to get access to a human. I used to be able to compose a secure message but this seems to have disappeared. The replacement is most unsatsifactory.
