    @AskNationwide Sounds like there's a lot more work to be done as the payment was due Monday and she's just tried transferring 10p to see if it's working yet its left her account and not got to the person she sent it to so you've

    @adamsamuel31 @AskNationwide Try Monzo. Or one of the banks offering a switching bonus. But bear in mind all banks have problems at times ie TSB

    @AskNationwide I had to get the company that sent a payment to do a manual payment, IE had to resend the payment. This after endless tweets from Nationwide that payments did not have to be resent. Awful customer service from Nationwide. No answer to any tweeted question either.
