    @AskNationwide Thanks Emi. How long will it take for them to get back to me? Because the whole time the issue I called about is not being addressed because of the rudeness of your customer service team. I'm so annoyed by it, I'm tempted to just delete all my Nationwide accounts.

    @AskNationwide in March I opened a triple access ISA with you at 0.85%. Your latest triple access is now 1.35% but I have to close my old account and open a new one to get this rate! Why don’t you just increase the savings rate on existing Isa’s or are you hoping we won’t notice?
