If you're thinking of getting a #mortgage, please don't use @AskNationwide. They refused to help when the government threw the market into crisis, and now want to charge me £2,700 to leave my current deal just a month early. They're not here to help you - just to swindle.

@AskNationwide I've transferred money to a payee with a long name. The payment has gone through. I typed the full name in but only part of it is on the confirmation. Is this a problem?

@AskNationwide Hi there, still working on it ? A whole percentage point lower than BOE rate after all this time from (were there for you) Mutual is rubbish.

@AskNationwide can I get some help with someone who is trying to open an account at my address? They have done this many times with different banks/insurances. Can I inbox you details?

@AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

@AskNationwide hi I've switched one of my accounts from you but I need access to my last 18 months Nationwide bank statements asap. How can I get these please?

@AskNationwide It just says 'invalid card number' which is impossible because all the info I've entered is 100% accurate

@AskNationwide A page on your website relating to the BoE’s base rate changes states “This change will affect some of our mortgages and savings accounts.” There’s information below this statement on mortgages, but nothing on savings accounts, which is confusing. Please explain?
