@AskNationwide Can I ask why the app isn’t working with Beta? Reverting back to standard isn’t so easy without wiping the phone and reinstalling, and I’ve never had any beta issues before so it’s actually a bit poor. The website doesn’t show pending transactions like the app.

@AskNationwide are you currently having an outage tried transferring money but I was just getting error messages?

  • Cunninghamster Daniel Cunningham (@Cunninghamster) reported

@Woodlands86 @Richardmcfc @AskNationwide You chose to install beta software and shouldn't expect support. I'm running 15.1 and can't access my accounts, same boat as you. Three ideas of the beta is to give developers time to update their app before it goes live. NW rushing an update will lead to security holes.

  • hifergs Sharon Falconer (@hifergs) reported

@Richardmcfc @AskNationwide I’m glad you asked as I have the same problem. Can’t get into the app and all my info that I need to get logged on online is on the app. Vicious circle and not very convenient.

@AskNationwide We have a holiday booked to a destination that's coming off the red list. It was originally booked in Nov 19 for April 20 & has been postponed/rebooked multiple times, most recently in May this year. Does our insurance cover us for Covid-related issues?

@AskNationwide are you going to release an update for the issues for people running iOS 15.1? Been nearly a week now with no mobile app to use

  • Richardmcfc Richard Carter (@Richardmcfc) reported

@AskNationwide But I don’t know my details for using the website or carry my card reader about with me.

  • BeccaH88 Becca (@BeccaH88) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks, your website mentions trips between 1st Jan & 4th Oct not being converted, is this trips that were taken between these dates or booked between these dates?

  • sil Stuart Langridge (@sil) reported

@AskNationwide Fair enough. It would be a cool thing to offer, though! Maybe pass on the suggestion to your website project managers or similar? It'd be lovely.
