@AskNationwide I have been a customer for over 30 yrs , thus is now the 3rd payment issue glitch in a number of weeks - what is causing the issues and why it keeps repeating 🙄 I'm expecting a sizeable payment soon + this repetitive "problem" is concerning so i am thinking of alternative method

  • rachaelmoody_ Rachael (@rachaelmoody_) reported

@AskNationwide I’m really disappointed with your dismissive responses. People struggle after Christmas enough as it is without your company holding back incoming payments. I am paid on time always. This is not my employers issue, this is your bank causing all the trouble. It is so stressful!

  • mand282 Amanda Connolly (@mand282) reported

@AskNationwide Well the system obviously doesn't work for the customer when there is a fault, which happens, so still disappointed with Nationwide CS and as soon as I get another job, I'm moving to another provider, after 25 years. Very disappointed.

  • andybrooks69 Brooksy (@andybrooks69) reported

@AskNationwide Are you saying it is a total coincidence that you have had a major problem and it is NatWests fault that the money has not been transferred? A standing order that has happened without problem for more than 4 years?

  • Jillybellybobs Jill Green (@Jillybellybobs) reported

@AskNationwide I have shares like most customers with it being a mutual b society and people just want a bit of honesty not feeling like they are being fobbed off and made to feel they are not important and their opinions and issues are irrelevant as without cmrs NBS would not exist

  • OnSamps Luke Sampson (@OnSamps) reported

@AskNationwide If I get sent to this link again that doesn't help my situation, without speaking to someone to resolve this, I'm leaving the bank. Why is this so difficult. IVE BEEN DOWN THE LISY OF EVERYTHING TO HELP AND SOMEHOW NOW THE ONLY RESPONSE IM GETTING IS ON TWITTER. TRIED THE LINK.

@AskNationwide have lost us as a customer purely on the fact they can’t sort the re-accruing issue of handling there members payments in and out of accounts so decided to go with @StarlingBank instead who I am sure will be able to do better! #Nationwidebank

  • andybrooks69 Brooksy (@andybrooks69) reported

@AskNationwide - Let’s make things clear from the start, the problem is NOT sorted. Money hasnt arrived in our Nationwide account which is a standing order from my NatWest account on the 1st of every month. My mortgage DD (amongst others) has been returned as not enough funds.

  • obs_comp_mother OCDMother (@obs_comp_mother) reported

@AskNationwide are payments still being queued to come in to accounts? We are still waiting on husband’s wages coming through which is a bit of an issue - it left his account yesterday.

  • scottsmackay Scott Mackay (@scottsmackay) reported

@AskNationwide Err...so where is my money that should have been deposited yesterday. At the moment you have £1000 of my money so clearly everything isn't working properly
