    @AskNationwide As a customer for over 15 years I'm gutted (again) that I'm not part of the fair sharer. Every time is a sad moment. Don't know what I'm doing wrong to miss such privileges even though I've been on your website to check

    @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.
