    @AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

    @AskNationwide I made two payments a couple of days ago which have come out of my account but haven't arrived at the payees account. Is there a known payment issue or is there a number I can call to check?

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

    @AskNationwide Mycard a valid card payment to Dominoes was declined why Yes I have the money in my account Now fix it Now & 2 pizzas meaty
