    @AskNationwide Hi, is there a problem with mobile banking? It's telling me that I have to restart the app but it keeps bringing up the same error page, is there any way to fix this? I have checked and I have the latest version of the app.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to transfer my money into a new 1 year triple access online ISA on the app and it keeps giving me a technical error, and asks me to check service availability, which is fine. Have had this error the past couple of days, any help appreciated.

    @AskNationwide Bar staff, table waiting staff, shop staff are all working in the public and not behind a screen. Bank staff are behind a screen, not mixing with the public. Whether they are open until 2 or 5, it makes no difference.

    @AskNationwide I cancelled my old card because of a scam whereby I couldn’t cancel a subscription. Will this new card block that account from ever taking my money again?

    What amazes me for this claim is that @AskNationwide issued the refund but after a week withdrew the refund out of my partners account. Also breaking Data proteftion laws in the process. Then trying to 'issue a good will' when we emailed them about the Data protection breach.

    @AskNationwide Don't really want to uninstall and reinstall, I have no issues with normal banking, just issues when I try and apply for a product???!!!! Very strange!
