    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    @AskNationwide your current account application form is completely broken. When filling in the first page of details, I’m then told I “You need to update your mobile number” and start again. The form doesn’t even ask for my mobile number.

    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

    @AskNationwide @NevadaBHillon I am unable to see any transactions on both my debit and credit cards today. I assume you are experiencing problems although you say things are fine?

    @AskNationwide My card reader is not working properly it keeps going blank part way through a transaction. How do I get a replacement ?

    @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying
