@AskNationwide Forgive me,Jordan,but that's arrant nonsense!The new branch in my home town doesn't even have counter service,staff just ask people to use machines,which will eventually do themselves out of a job,as in do many other banks. Please don't pretend this is intended to help customers.

@AskNationwide tried deleting cache cookies everything and still cannot use card reader to access online banking Sort it as its been over 2 weeks and now ill have to go to the shop just to get a balance in this stormy weather

@AskNationwide disgusting service. My mother is not well and couldn't pay in a cheque because they refuse to accept one her staff paying it in for her! How ridiculous that you have to pay in cheques yourself or not at all

And then the staff wonder why I don't bank with them. It's this level of incompetence that makes @AskNationwide a total joke. Stop apologising about how bad the service is an actually do something about it.
