Whats going on? Terrible start

Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
