    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide hi, I am currently living in Australia and would like to shut down my savings account and move the money. My internet banking does not work for me and nationwide has been everything but helpful so I would need to cancel over the phone. Can I call using WhatsApp?

    @AskNationwide @Debbiecrosbie1 your team email this morning to say they will look at a situation in a further 3 to 5 working days, when the deadline for resolution was yesterday, totally disregarding all my commentary from yesterday is entirely disgusting.

    @kathrynhall_ @RHansonWrites I agree, I recently had a run in with @AskNationwide long story but basically got ignored & spoken to like **** by an employee of Cardiff Queen Street branch because my card was stuck in machine and I was worried it was because of tampering. They paid me £25 by way of apology
