@AskNationwide is there a problem with your app? I can’t see any transactions for my credit card account - either via statement or recent transactions. Any advice please?

  • biffobeth Bethany Alpin (@biffobeth) reported

@AskNationwide Not the issue. My old account closes on Tuesday and I still don’t have my current account opened and switch in place. I’ve rung every day for 3 weeks and have been waiting for a call back since Friday to let me know why it’s not opened yet and to confirm it will be sorted.

@AskNationwide I never received a text. The first i knew about a block on the card was when a regular payment to Netflix was refused. Why do wait until I am embarrassed by a refused payment

@AskNationwide Hi Roxy, yes I've been applying from my internet banking account. I've tried on 2 browsers on PC, 2 browsers on iOS and from the redirect from the mobile app with no luck. The error comes after I enter my personal/address details

@AskNationwide you would expect a good support team to make sure they look for you answer knowing that you have a problem. But no, it is 48 hours for each response

@AskNationwide That’s the thing. My switch was delayed due to errors on both sides

Hi @AskNationwide. I just tried to use my debit card and neither the contactless nor the chip and pin would work. It was working fine yesterday...are there any issues?

@AskNationwide I’ve got through, apparently there’s a problem with all online flex student account applications at the moment, ucas details aren't being recognised on the system.
