    @StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    @AskNationwide I know! That’s what usually happens! Today it was insisting I use a card reader or I should order one! I didn’t have it with me!! Yet another system glitch?

    @AskNationwide customer service is shocking. My elderly, disabled widowed mum has been scammed and you’ve refused to do anything. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

    @AskNationwide Post been and gone again. Still no card. App Chat isn't much help. Got an apology for inconvenience, wow. To be told a replacement of the replacement would take 5 working days. What sort of customer care is that? I can get a birthday card from Moonpig next day. @AskNationwide
