Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.
