    @AskNationwide Sent my phone in for FlexPlus phone insurance repair. It came back more broken than before. Why do you say in your terms you will replace my phone with one with an equivalent specification if you can't fix it but then offer a vastly inferior phone? Clearly a scam.

    @AskNationwide Your 1-Yr Triple Access saver accounts are described as variable interest but you keep starting new issues of this account rather than upping the 'variable' rate. Hoping existing customers stay on low rates?

    @AskNationwide why are you excluding existing customers with a 1 year triple access account that has variable interest rates from the interest rate increase that you are applying to new accounts. This is bad business ! You advertise that this is the family bank.

    @AskNationwide I did this yesterday and I was told you had no record of my complaint. This morning I have been told you have no record of my conversation with your complaint team yesterday. I've tried so hard to speak to someone who can help. Please have someone from your complaint team call me
