    @AskNationwide Hi Amy, no I've been through all this already. It doesn't need updating and neither does my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app too and that didn't help.

    @AskNationwide I’ve already used that link. I can’t call because they ask for my customer number and passcode (which don’t match). I can’t log in to my online account to change it because I’m locked out of my pin using card reader and again, cust no and passcode doesn’t work.

    @AskNationwide hello, do you have any plans to expand open banking access to include savings and mortgage accounts? Some other banks do this already.
