@AskNationwide I rely entirely on disability benefits and universal credit thanks to a multitude of illnesses, should I be even more concerned that my account is still not working? I joined you because of your reputation but this is shot now, the week of Christmas?

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I sent money from my natwest account to a nationwide account today, will this clear by the morning? If not, will it be returned to my account? HELP!

  • G1FT5promo GIFTSpromo (@G1FT5promo) reported

@sk94372333 @AskNationwide If the money isn't in an account by 12.45am, the payment has been affected. What will happen is that payment will join the queue and at the moment there is no set guideline as to when the queue will be cleared. It could take a few 'working' days to resolve in full.

  • Scooter570 Alan S (@Scooter570) reported

@AskNationwide This is a glitch that shouldn’t happen, especially at this time so near Christmas. For most of us money is tight and rely on our salaries funding Christmas spending. It’s good this is now fixed, hopefully panic over. Have a Merry Christmas 🤶

  • JoshWeston94 Joshua Weston (@JoshWeston94) reported

@AskNationwide Any news on when the computer error with incoming and outgoing payments with peoples accounts will be fixed. Many people across the UK are being paid tomorrow, and need to be able to access their wages in the run up to Christmas?
