    @AskNationwide quick question for you….. how is it that we’re on working day 57 after logging our complaint that we still haven’t had a resolution??? All we’ve had is three letters now asking you for more time…. Is it not quicker to pick up the phone and speak to your customers

    I see Nationwide BS (@asknationwide) have just done a @paypal, new terms:1.the ability for us to refuse to make a payment if we think it’s to a recipient that may be acting unlawfully. 2. allow us to stop payments in and out of your account, or block access, for safety reasons.🤦🏽

    WTF @AskNationwide I've had money in one instant access account ("Instant Access Saver") with an abysmal interest rate and it turns out you have a very similar "Flex Instant Saver" that has a much better rate and you didn't suggest I move over? Thanks!

    @AskNationwide I'm in Nepal, tried to withdraw from an ATM & got message "using new PIN for first time, contact your card issuer". That's not true so I'm a bit concerned....help please? I need to get Rupees out!

    @AskNationwide We are trying to exchange on a house today, there is one document to review and sign off, we’re being told 1 / 2 working days, no flexibility, we could lose our house sale and purchase due to inflexibility, please let common sense prevail
