    Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

    Bugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.
