@Dante_Banks That is awful. I will never forget the three or four days I spent sorting out my dad's affairs after he died. Breaking the news of his death to strangers on the phone a dozen times nearly broke me. Big, big up to @AskNationwide bereavement team who were wonderful.

Most banks require a minimum monthly payment pensioners don't meet. For the sake of a lack of awareness and customer research, banks lose lots of customers that have savings and pensions they would invest. Offer some incentives to OAPs & get more customers @AskNationwide !!!
