@AskNationwide when are you going to sort this issue out ?

  • CyclingDad74 Cycling Dad (MAMIL) (@CyclingDad74) reported

@Sam_Mayo_Mason @longdickjohnsin @AskNationwide all the while trying to put a shine on it by saying that direct debits and standing orders aren't affected. No problem taking money out...

  • CyclingDad74 Cycling Dad (MAMIL) (@CyclingDad74) reported

@lisaord123 @AskNationwide Whats good is I'm "sure" they wont try to take their mortgage payment out tomorrow. Wouldn't it be ironic if that happened with no problems whatsoever. Be even funnier when the payment fails as I dont have an overdraft

  • Syn0nymph 💬 (@Syn0nymph) reported

@123jordanwells @AskNationwide Been head scratching and I think the issue might be with whichever load balancer they're using to determine whether you're coming from Chrome or Safari or an app to make sure it renders correctly. That particular Intel x86 type server might not have the bios date set correctly

  • Sam_Mayo_Mason Sam Mayo Mason (@Sam_Mayo_Mason) reported

@AskNationwide @KeithClyde69 You can't put a timescale on a fix yet your text about there not being enough funds in my account tells me I have to rectify that by 2.30pm! 1 rule for you and another for us so called "valued" customers.

  • karen1277 Karen Slattery (@karen1277) reported

@AskNationwide The problem is the incoming payment hasn’t gone in so there isn’t currently enough money in there, is it likely to be resolved by 2.30

  • SisterMena Mena (@SisterMena) reported

@AskNationwide This payment delay incident is not something new to you and you should have systems in place to circumvent the impact for customers, at this point you’re not working hard enough

  • ELSL96 ELS96 (@ELSL96) reported

@AskNationwide That's my gas and electricity run out now. What help are you going to give me right now please?

  • Its_Charli86 Charlotte (@Its_Charli86) reported

@AskNationwide I am waiting on my salary to be paid, my work are not going to pay me again what they have already released. Can you tell us what the issue is?
