@AskNationwide really disappointed that the chat facility isn’t that great. The question I want to ask is how come there are no options for instant transaction notification yet within nationwide? Please get with the times as most banks offer this service nowadays.

@AskNationwide Hi Marcus. My bank has not received anything. They told us a minimum of 20 working days before we should call back as nothing will be resolved by then.
