Any legal advice please? @AskNationwide gave me an overdraft, in the same week my benefits were cut to below half. Shortly after they doubled the interest to 40% and kept increasing the limit. Trapping me. It's predatory lending and I need help as the charges have crippled me

@AskNationwide Hi, I’ve received my card and pin in the post but I’m unable to set up digital or mobile banking as it says the account is still new. When can I access this as it says on the letter it’s available to set up immediately?
