@AskNationwide The issue isn’t getting through it’s about talking to different people each time and nobody being aware of previous conversations . We are existing customers looking for further borrowing for an extension. Honestly it’s been so time consuming that we’re at the point of giving up!

@AskNationwide Hello Nationwide. I'm trying to help Mykolayiv Zoo in Ukraine by purchasing etickets. Got a message that you'd blocked my card. Appreciate the concern but its less than £13 for 5 tickets. You've now unblocked it, but I still get payment declined. Can you help?

Baffling to me that randoms from supposedly legit service providers will call you out of nowhere and expect you to give them your personal data to pass their 'data protection' protocol. First @AskNationwide, now @toobbroadband. You have a lot to learn about information security.

3 times now that the Bank of England has raised interest rates. 3 times that my building society @AskNationwide has immediately raised mortgage rates. 3 times it's said: "We're working through what the base rate change means for our savings members" And done nothing for them.

@AskNationwide Hello! I recently opened a new LISA with @BeehiveMoney and I want to transfer my current Help to Buy contents to that LISA, can I do that through the website or do I need to close the account, wait for the funds to hit my current account and then pay into my LISA?
