    Help me, @AskNationwide, you're my only hope. I just want to talk to someone about a FlexPlus account. I used to be able to do this kind of thing in branch but now there is an impenetrable wall of FAQs (not mine) touch-tone choices (don't help) and app-babble. Is there a number?

    @AskNationwide I just can’t open the app - once I’ve used my Face ID to log in as I always do the Home Screen then appears again
