@AskNationwide I’m sorry but this is totally unacceptable now. No communication, text etc DO NOT revert me to your website for this info. Not very tech savvy in 2021. Update? A guestimation on time? Due to pick up my puppy tonight what am I paying him with??

@AskNationwide I have direct debit due today, have transferred funds across to cover it but seeing as transfers are down the money doesnt look like it will be in by half 2 which is the cut off. With i still be charged for an unarranged overdraft if its now out of my control?

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

@AskNationwide Payment attempted twice between 0720 & 0730 this morning and instantly returned. So upon checking service status on the Nationwide website & app at that time it said all services were working even this Twitter account was responding saying systems working.
