@AskNationwide Hello. From my online banking app, how can I take a copy of my bank statements from the past 3 months. I have been requested from Nationwide Mortgage dept for this for a further advance. Or should they be able to access my details from there, if I am a customer?

@AskNationwide Thx it says it is the most up to date version, dubious about uninstalling and reinstalling as people seem to be having problems getting the app back at all?

@AskNationwide Yea and I’ve been on hold for over 16 minutes, 10 minutes before I was on hold to another number… it’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to turn to Twitter for help because calls aren’t answered

@AskNationwide Am trying to link my savings account to another bank but because i can Remember the pass code it tells me to re register to log in to change it but it just takes me back to where i was before ! Its the most infuriating system! !!!
