    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

    @gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect
