    @AskNationwide Can you tell me if there are issues with your online banking please? I've tried logging in from two separate laptops, but after entering the passnumber it just hangs and nothing happens. Urgently need to do some online banking! Help! #nationwide

    Still unable to contact @AskNationwide. I tried again yesterday afternoon, and the number was not taking calls. I was advised that the only way to contact them was by post. This level of customer service is atrocious.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with the app? I made a transfer from my current account to my savings account. However, the money is shown taken out from my current account but not transacted into my savings account

    @AskNationwide a query. You’ve quoted a price for renewal of my buildings and contents insurance but when I’ve done a new quote as a potential new customer, it comes out at quite a bit less. Thought this was against FCA rules? Loyalty premium?

    @AskNationwide Of course it does! Why would you give a long term customer any benefits without them paying for then! That can also be recorded as a complaint!

    You gotta love @AskNationwide Banked with them for 30+ years, turned me down for a 98% deposit mortgage because I'm disabled, froze my bank card three times while I'm trying to buy things for my house and then take 20mins to answer a phone each time you try and sort it out
