@AskNationwide Also, I didn't stay on the phone yesterday BECAUSE I WAS TOLD NOT TO AS THE QUICKEST WAY WAS TO LOG THE ISSUE ON THE WEB, otherwise I would have done this yesterday.

@AskNationwide With this in mind any chance that NATIONWIDE may not pass further rate rises on to mmbrs with mortgages as you’ve increased my mortgage with 9 rate rises this yr, are unable to help me with an alternate product & you’re not obliged to pass these increases on, it’s not mandatory!

@AskNationwide I've had to cobble together dehumidifiers from friends, and rent carpet cleaners to even try and solve the problem. What's the point of emergency cover - I literally just want to talk to somebody to tell me I'm doing the right thing.
