@AskNationwide Trying to do it via the app. Go through your horrendous process of typing all the details in. The Id check of the other account fails, but try and continue anyway. Do the whole 90s card reader thing. Go to send the payment and the. It fails and says try later. Not working at all

@AskNationwide They have been told this is covered on their insurance but still no joy. The house is absolutely freezing and people within the house have asthma - can you fix this urgently as it is genuinely making them sick.

@AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

@AskNationwide trying to sign up to Bet365 and it says my debit card can’t be used to make deposits to online gaming companies. I asked them about it and they said it was a problem on Nationwide’s end, do you know why it says this?
