@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Finally resolved it after 3 days, 7 phone calls, 1 online chat session, 63mins on the phone, and £78.75 in international calls… on my holiday. How often do you block peoples cards on their holiday and persecute them like this?

@AskNationwide I am being told, that in order for my card to work in any country I have to find a cash point to activate? I’m having serious issues with my account due to the service you are currently providing. Why can’t I just tell you I am going away or a text message

@AskNationwide I will call shortly, if there is a block on my account then I won’t be happy as yet again I have failed to be contacted or notified which should be done as standard if you think there is “suspicious activity”

Spent all morning on phone to @AskNationwide trying to get my bank statements from 2018 which take 10 WORKING DAYS to be sent IN THE MAIL. No option to view online... Anyone looking for the 'killer use case' for crypto, how about, errrr, this?
