It seems to be just based on the history on my bank account - crypto, poker, casinos, international withdrawals, Canadian wires, etc. Combined, I guess it looked sus enough to freeze me out.   @AskNationwide hi Dominika, I think today's email, "Updates on our savings interest rates," has a couple of errors: 1. Link "head over to our website" is 404. 2. The bit about Triple Access accounts opened "since 22 July 2022" seems to be incorrect. Can you confirm #2 please?

  @AskNationwide good morning. I closed my current account today and it has gone. But I can still login to the app and I am still a member. I want everything closed including my membership so that it appears closed on my credit report. How do I do this? Thanks.

  @AskNationwide sent chaps payment before 3pm cut off time yesterday. Money is still sitting in my bank! Really dont want to use the chaps service anymore can I cancel it? Also speaking to someone on the phone seems impossible when I complete on my house I am switching from you!

  @AskNationwide Can you tell me Why my instant access isa is only showing a return of 0.16 interest rate where as the bank of England base rate is over 1.5 percent
