    @AskNationwide Thanks, Marcus. It's there now. Doesn't excuse the fact this keeps happening - not your fault, of course, but very annoying. @AskNationwide really need to sort this issue out or, at least, tell their customers what the real issue is.

    @AskNationwide That is purely Lip Service your giving me. I've contacted you numerous times explaining our situation, everytime " sorry but..." You left us without money for shopping, I have to cancel my two additional needs sons respite. What's not to understand? We needed access to our money

    @AskNationwide Some members? I'm sure you mean ALL members. It's nonsense that you're trying to downplay this considering it keeps happening. Be honest, let us know what the issue was, maybe we'd be a bit more understanding. You forget that many of your members may work in IT and are not fools.

    @jessyjensen @independencekat @AskNationwide Hi guys i personally think there is more to this me and my partner have been waitong 2 months and had christmas ruined, have been offered a sizable 4th compensation which my partner acccpted but its awful was left penny less before and still.

    @independencekat @jessyjensen @AskNationwide Well we ran out of gas the other , im emploted earn a modest 24k my sister is waiting for disabilty payments and my partner nothing. Fortuantley had friends and family support us through this. I cant imagine how a mom with a newborn is coping, as i said its bigger than monwy
