    @AskNationwide I applied online to switch 1 of my bank accounts to nationwide. However it has only opened an account, not switched. The online help says there was no request to switch. Just to open an account

    @AskNationwide Hi ,Trying to set up online banking on my iPad,but it keeps asking for pass number,so I get one,then refused and have to start again. I’ve now deleted the app and will stick to internet banking on my laptop which is so much easier to access. Sorry app hopeless.

    @AskNationwide @outeraquarius I’m suffering the same issues and it’s not as if your developer team haven’t had at least 4 months of betas in their possession for testing, in order to get ready for it … Amex, Barclaycard etc apps are all working fine 🙄

    @AskNationwide The call handler wasn't interested in which branch, even the disability issue - just said you need to go in tomorrow with ID to get some money. Retraining sorely needed. Especially as callers in this situation are often distressed. Shall I message you?

    @AskNationwide called the customer 'unhelpful' line and guess what, they have no knowledge of my complaint. They said they don't recommend that customers fill out the online form!! you couldn't make it up! so nothing has been done for over 3 weeks ... here to help... yeah right! 🤡

    @AskNationwide support?! Your support is a joke! The way you treat long term customers is a joke. I tweeted 3 weeks ago about an issue, told to raise online complaint & here we are, 3 weeks later & no reply, nothing. Nationwide doesn't care about it's customers, it cares only for their money

    @MadMaxMel @AskNationwide I have the same problem. Apparently it’s a universal issue with nationwide at the moment. The dumbest oversight of all time but I don’t expect anything less from them!!
