@AskNationwide So, after your kind intervention, I made contact with the security firm who can access the card for me. Either @AIphaBank haven’t confirmed the release of the card yet, or you have had difficulty in speaking with them, maybe?

@AskNationwide Want to open account for son, website says can NOT open a Flex One account in branch, says I can only do it online, then says I need to come into branch because using a birth certificate as ID. How stupid is this, Nationwide is literally the worst at helping its customers.

@AskNationwide So in theory have I lost my original account numbers or will they transfer to the new account, obviously don’t want to ring round an change details with companies if I can help it
