@AskNationwide Sorry that’s simply not true. The team at RSA have refused because technically the little annex is separate and is down as a second home and they refuse to insure with a tenant.

@AvivaUK @AskNationwide @rsagroup Stuart, you are missing the point. They have refused and cancelled my buildings insurance of £13pm as I took in a person who was temporarily homeless. I am asking whether Aviva can help me get insurance - I’m being punished for doing the right thing and housing someone in need.

My @AskNationwide statement is now available accompanied by changes ostensibly to make me safer from scams however it makes me feel very uneasy at the slow reduction in control over our own money we are now experiencing
