    @AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.

    @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
