@AskNationwide I’ve had a problem with my account since early Nov. After 7 conversations (in branch & over the phone) I’ve been reassured it’s solved after each. It still isn’t & I’m so unimpressed, plus the inconvenience it’s caused. Where do I make an official complaint?

@AskNationwide deposited to a savings account 10 days ago, not been able to register for on line banking, cannot verify money arrived and after 3 hours on your chat, Joe went home and left the chat. Please help me close the account. Never known such poor customer service

@AskNationwide hi, is there an issue with mobile banking transaction? I have just transferred money from flex account to cashbuilder book account, transaction shows it had left flex acct but not showing in cashbuilder - this is usually instant and i am worried now?

@AskNationwide Is there a problem with internet banking? It's not allowing me to make a transfer "at this time". Your website says status is fine but clearly not? Maintenance work isn't due to start until 2300!

@AskNationwide @damianpjones Move banks! Nationwide are rubbish tbh. I went to Barclays who allow all of this. Too many errors and downtime with nationwide
