As to answer you point, you’re just aggravating the situation by getting involved in personal issues that got nothing to do with banking thus 100% dividing your customers.🙄

Myself and a few others have this issue not just nationwide either that has a ongoing issue but all banks seem to say everything is working , guess everyone's bosses ain't paying if nationwide insists no issues🤦
