    @AskNationwide seriously. If you could transfer my money over to my new bank account (@monzo) so I can pay my standing orders that would be great! You have become an absolute sham of a building society. After 17yrs, you've lost me as a customer.

    @AskNationwide wages didn’t go in, looked at the company i work for’s bank account and can see wages have been sent out. So clearly there is an issue with your system, despite you saying otherwise.

    @AskNationwide how do I request a new card via online banking please? I can’t find any option to do so, only one for if the current one is lost/stolen, which it isn’t, it’s broken
