    @AskNationwide Sorry, no joy. I reported the dropping out issue and lack of chat option during a long phone call some weeks ago but no change. BTW I only use a conventional computer/web browser. Never use financial apps on phone.

    @AskNationwide hello. Did you have computer issues on Friday? I ask as I seem to be missing transactions from that date on my credit card. Transactions before and since are appearing when I look.

    @AskNationwide Can you kindly tell me why..... 1- My online account KEEPS logging off when ever I select different accounts and expects me to log in AGAIN? 2- There are NO secure message services to contact you privately? Before you say it, 3 different browsers all caches clear

    @AskNationwide These people will scam you and lie to you and have you wait a month for a complaint hang up on you while on a phone call and not call back then when you complain about it they do nothing hahah stupid service and staff

    @TraceyandHarry @AskNationwide I’ve no problem using a card reader, though, if I’ve got my card on my smart phone, perhaps there is another way. But, some won’t have smart phones, so, I think it’s a bit of tech we’ll have around for a while yet, and happy that it does.

    @AskNationwide Chat With us doesn't work. There is no button visible as claimed on the secure message page accessed whilst logged, in regardless of which browser used. The ../contact_us link throws up an error SEC14543253363673949360

    @AskNationwide Hi - probably been asked a thousand times but, when filling in a #directdebit form and Im asked for my branch address, but dont know it, what should I do? Can I search with the #sortcode to find it? Help!
