Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.     @AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

    @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

    @AskNationwide I’m currently unable to get into my account as it says “if you’ve forgotten your password” and I’ve followed the steps using the card reader to try and log in. It’s not allowing me to as it say there’s a issue and to restart the app
