@AskNationwide you took the wrong person off of my joint account when a request was made. This was reported last week and still not resolved. I need my account and it is causing me lots of issues. Can someone sort it out?

@AskNationwide Yes I have. As I said I tried different laptops too. It's still not working and the person on the phone last night was extremely patronising explaining to click the sign in button etc as if I hadn't realised I had to do that 🙄 I hope they don't speak to older customers that way.

@AskNationwide Oh that's not going to make any sense then as I described the issues with text on the screenshot of the nationwide homepage. However, I can appreciate a safeguarding issue with images shared on social media.

@AskNationwide Maybe it's not actually me not knowing how to type an email and press a button and there is something wrong with your website if changing browsers, devices, clearing cache and cookies don't work and it still produce the 'whoops something went wrong please try later'? (1/2)
