Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? @AskNationwide Poor lad needs to learn about apostrophies. Was this ignorance from their PR department? The US ideologial lie ignores the importance of luck. Of course hard work and ambition are usually essential, but luck is a necessity. The unlucky deserve help- but not if you deny luck.

@AskNationwide Hi, I need to replace my damaged card, but when I call the number on the site for damaged cards the closest voicemail option is "for lost and stolen cards", should I use this option or a different one? Thanks

It is now actually impossible to access my @AskNationwide UK mortgage from my home in the Netherlands. No online log-in works, no telephone log-in works, and the ‘security questions’ are so random and specific (based on the last 15 years) - that I don’t have answers. #ExpatLife
