    @AskNationwide You miss the point - how many times are we expected to allow this to happen? It does not happen to other banks, yet this is the 3rd @AskNationwide outage in 3 weeks

    Oh dear @AskNationwide seem to have problems again....how many times has the computer been on a go slow in the last 3 weeks....thought Santa would have brought you a new one!!

    @AskNationwide So how did I know there was an issue 7 hours ago yet you, nationwide only knew about it this morning. Its not acceptable. How many more times is this going to happen. We need proper answers now. Not generic ones. 3 times in a few weeks.
