Tyre blew at 7.15 on the M62, 7 hours later @TheAA_UK via my @AskNationwide account finally tell me (after multiple previous lies) that they can’t get me the 80 miles home. Cold, hungry, waiting for a lift and not really sure what service I have been paying for??

@AskNationwide I usually type on nationwide into the search bar of the browser and then click on "login to online banking" which is one of 6 or so options that are shown (rather than nationwide as a single URL).

@AskNationwide for the 1st time I'm very unhappy with Nationwide. Always told them I'm going abroad, this time was told I didn't need to as they would call me if any suspected problems. Just tried to pay the bill on my honeymoon, card declined, message said I had to call them to
