@AskNationwide my mobile phone app has been down now for over 2 weeks, last night I have made plans to switch my account to Virgin money, so frustrating. I have closed my other 2 accounts. You will loose a lot of custom because of this. It’s a shame, I’ve just got my loan with u.

@AskNationwide So my flex account card on thin plastic with embossed number obscuring printed text, lovely notch (good idea) and a letter saying it has six dots is an error? Or several errors?

@AskNationwide I was hoping the planned work over the weekend would be to fix the loading issue. I have to quit the app for it to open. App version 17.0.4 on iOS , Face ID enabled. Software up to date.
