    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

    @AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
