Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

JD🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!

Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.
