    @AskNationwide It seems the whole of Nationwide Employees are paralysed with the inability to exercise Common Sense or even basic initiative. No-one willing to own my problem which THEY created through their own ineptitude. Could a decision maker @AskNationwide actually talk to me please!

    @AskNationwide Yes I am able to access my account via online banking. It's just that when I use the app, it gets stuck on the 'Talking to Nationwide' loading page.
