    @AskNationwide New Customer opened account last week, can't set up a Payee because "you can't verify me" despite me having a card reader Now logged in today amd all my pending transactions are showing as pending and completed leaving me with over £300 missing. Whats going on? Terrible start

    @AskNationwide Oh and despite what you are paying Dominic West a fortune to tell us on your adverts you are closing branches down. I no longer have any idea where my nearest one is!

    @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

    @AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

    @AskNationwide you chat help is an absolute joke!! You decided to block my payment to HMRC and I’ve now spent 45 mins trying to get in touch with them!! Why block my payment??

    @AskNationwide hi just wondered if you have had any reports of problems with NFC payments. Ive used on android for years and last week stopped working eventually after 5 days of trying things got it working again and after 2 days now no longer working again?

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
