    @AskNationwide Hi Craig. I have done this but am still stuck on the Welcome screen. The app is working fine on my iPhone.

    @AskNationwide they said they couldn't see anything and told me to call the Fraud Team, and then gave me the number for lost and stolen cards, and I can't access the 'any other problems' menu because it needs a phone banking passcode and I do not use phone banking

    @AskNationwide Yes, it is. I can still use the app on my iPhone, so it is not a problem for me, but I just wanted to let you know about my experience with the iPad app.
