I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

@AskNationwide I have direct debit due today, have transferred funds across to cover it but seeing as transfers are down the money doesnt look like it will be in by half 2 which is the cut off. With i still be charged for an unarranged overdraft if its now out of my control?

@AskNationwide Here to HELP? Really? Well today we can't receive wages into #nationwide accounts. Truly and utterly useless service right before Christmas. I suspect you will be losing many loyal customers.
