Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

Cakecrumbs (@Cakecrumbs49) reported@AskNationwide Any news on when the St. Neots branch will be opening again? I have walked into town twice, last week (I think) and today, it was shut both times for maintenance. Your branches website says it is open!

Sophie (@SophieMHorton) reported@AskNationwide I keep getting a 'something went wrong' screen when trying to do a 'pay by bank' transfer. Your service status page says all is working normally. I've already reached out via chat and was told there are issues, so why doesn't it say this on the status page?

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
