    @AskNationwide Please answer my question as your’e just squirting around my question, if I can’t transfer my money because of a technical problem HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY MONEY TO ANOTHER ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS, as it’s an on line only account.

    @AskNationwide ok no problem. as I am closing at the midway point will my interest effectively be 0.22% (pro rata) or will it still be 0.45% even though I am opting to close early. i will try again tomorrow, thanks!

    @AskNationwide @StepChange I hope that this is serious because my experience of NW when I've had serious money issues is that they honestly couldn't give a stuff!
