@AskNationwide tried to open a new Flexdirect ac but website is ****! none of the dropdown box/menu works! couldn't select year, country etc what a waste of time. why cant you let people type in the data???

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Now why would anyone go into a building society asking for help with the cost of living situation🤔 I seriously doubt that they do budgeting classes and anyone would be hard pushed to find a member of staff to speak to.

@Debbiecrosbie1 the “service” I have received from @AskNationwide is atrocious. All I’m trying to do is manage my elderly mum’s account (I have POA). Constant issues, faults not logged and no way to transfer money unless I go in branch?? Waste of my time. Will be leaving ASAP.
