@CooperativeBank @AskNationwide What an utter joke this bank has become. 30 years a customer and I'm out of here. First it was the constant calls to reactivate online payments because they were flagged as suspicious and having to go through complex security and now constant app and online banking failures

  • elainehynz Ellie (@elainehynz) reported

@AskNationwide I sent some money to Lifetime ISA. I think the money did get sent (money received by LISA) but the balance on Nationwide hasn't been reduced. What is the issue?

  • law3pl PL (@law3pl) reported

@Debbiecrosbie1 absolutely appalled with Nationwide’s inability to organise my mortgage. They have blamed an internal glitch on not being able to change my product which helpfully means Nationwide can charge more interest on the loan. Please can you help urgently? @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide I called into the Camberley branch yesterday, it was busy with customers Needing Help, including Me, don’t close anymore people want to keep personal service. It’s shortsighted closing when housing estates are being built.

  • Buxton_JoeM Joe (@Buxton_JoeM) reported

@AskNationwide It has never been an issue in the last couple of years, I’m not sending funds to someone via the app, I’m trying to purchase something using a rapid transfer system which I’ve done daily for 2 years and now my banking app has some discriminatory issue with this

  • shropshire65 steve jones (@shropshire65) reported

  • garyschwartz Gary Schwartz (@garyschwartz) reported

Very disappointed in @AskNationwide have been a customer for 33 years and they simply won't cooperate over a cheque I deposited that has been returned but have been told it is authorised to clear. Closing account and have opened one at another bank.

@AskNationwide Hi, I need to pay @Sainsburys_Bank but as usual their website is useless and won't let the payment through despite me having the right details etc etc. Is there a different way I can pay them?
