@AskNationwide horrendous customer service over the phone. Nearly 30 mins wait and advisor cuts the call stating the reason that I'm talking over him.

@AskNationwide It's a 1Y triple access saver (because you don't automatically increase the interest on it like you do other accounts) and a Continue To Save. The point is that I can probably close them online during the day, but not at night? It makes no sense to me that it's limited to 9-5.

Hi @AskNationwide, I'm trying to set up your app on my new phone. My card reader says 'error' every time I put the card in to get a code, and I've forgotten my passnumber so can't get in that way! Can you help me get logged in please?

Hi @AskNationwide, Is there a problem with your banking app? For 24hrs I haven't been able to access it. I put in my secure details and then I get an error message saying try again later. Thanks!

Equity release.. it's not as easy as they tell you. @MoneySavingExp you find the clunky legal system works against you. Property £350k, leasehold, and no-one yet will lend because of some legal problem. The system sucks. #equityrelease @AskNationwide
