    @AskNationwide Hi Marcus, yes the issue was spotted on Monday and a fault raised. Now, as he doesn’t have a completion date (because the offer is not complete) it will be 5 days before it’s looked at.

    @AskNationwide Hi, my son has banked with you for 15+ years and now applied for his first mortgage. A ‘system issue’ is preventing the correct rate from being applied but no one will look at it for 5 days. End of Stamp Duty holiday looms! Help!

    Somewhat disappointed that even though I've been a @AskNationwide customer for a few years, I only got £100 of the switching bonus instead of £125. I've sent a private message so will see what they say.

    @AskNationwide Thank you. Wld rather hv had issue resolveded than had to complain tho! wider training issues & process need fix to improve customer sevice& fraud. Not prot bank or customer at mo! Too much computer says no. Look forward to hearing from you to resolve issue.
