    @AskNationwide your customer services are a joke. I cannot get to speak to an actual human being and your app doesn't help either. Is talking to an actual human something you do or not? 2 unauthorised payments have gone out of my account and you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of

    today I had to contact @AskNationwide because one of my kid trust fund account went missing from my banking app. Turns out the address was incorrect. No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.

    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

    @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

    @AskNationwide is there a problem with your app? Everytime I try to add money to my revolut account the connection to Nationwide says sorry something seems to have gone wrong

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    @DebiEvansMatron @Vampfree1110228 @AskNationwide Agree re problems. Just been logged in to a Nationwide app chat ‘help’ line. No further forward after an hour. Just cancelled newly opened credit card account because of Nationwide abysmal admin.
