@AskNationwide anyone else having same issues with this excuse of a bank? Card not working, chip and pin not working. Cash machine not working. Always blame the customer. Sick of them. Moving banks when home.

@AskNationwide hi my sister had her phone stolen last night & she’s worried about her Apple Pay being used fraudulently (although hopefully whoever has stolen it can’t access her details) however she would like to put a freeze on her card, can she do this online or in store only?

@AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.
