  • KiaNFFC KiaNFFC (@KiaNFFC) reported

@adie_hull @AskNationwide I have lots of problems with my nationwide debit card contactless, even after a couple of replacements. Seems to be some sort of security thing because it works again after I’ve used it with a pin. I’ve had to stop using it on @NCT_Buses because of how often it fails.

@AskNationwide Queue for paying in cash machine. Yet cashier sits at counter with no queue. Refuses to serve anyone as the machine is the only way to pay in cash… What happened to customer service?

@AskNationwide hi, I’m waiting for a letter in order to complete the set up of a joint bank account but haven’t received anything yet and I though the lady on the phone said 3 working days (I could be wrong). I have a reference number so is anyone able to look into this for me?

  • wavtor Gavin Murray (@wavtor) reported

@AskNationwide I made a purchase online but since then I have found that it’s a scam website what can I do and can I get my money back

  • AndyGoreing Andy Goreing (@AndyGoreing) reported

@AskNationwide Just tried and have managed to login to online banking

  • NCT_Buses Nottingham City Transport (@NCT_Buses) reported

@KiaNFFC @adie_hull @AskNationwide It’s a security setting. Occasionally, a PIN is required to ensure the card is in the possession of the card owner. We were assured by card issuers this wouldn’t happen on public transport, but some banks haven’t implemented it properly. They are working on fixing it for bus use.
