@AskNationwide No thx. Just letting you know that you've still got IT issues relating to your payments in/out system problems and you should pass this on to your IT dept. I'm sure MIL isn't the only Nationwide customer affected.

@AskNationwide Well I sent 2 hours and 6 minutes again. Still ain’t there. Why the constant problems and lies off nationwide. Already closed 2 account with you and once this money hits tomorrrow this last account will be closed. Joke of a financial institution

@AskNationwide Kiri-Ann in your complaints team say this can only be dealt with via the 'chat' function on your website. I now have to repeat myself to yet another team as no-one in your organisation are able to direct enquiries properly.
