-
Chris Topher 💀 (@Schadenfreudian) reportedThe slowest of slow claps to @AskNationwide who, after being told that @BritishGasHelp increased my Direct Debit both beyond reason and without my consent, have sided with BG because they sent me "an advance notice" - the exact same notice that I raised an issue about. Pathetic.

Lorna Ingham-Law (@lornalion) reported@AskNationwide hi I’m trying to switch but every time I get to the ‘full credit check’ I’m taken to an error page and when I click ‘try again’ I have to fill out the form again and receive all the emails again. Do you not have a way to continue open applications?
-
Cam Darnell (@Cami_D_x) reported@AskNationwide Why is it normally the next morning? This has never been an issue before. Is the machine not checked everyday?
-
Catherine O'Donnell (@Catheri02068701) reported@AskNationwide Ref my tweet about treatment of vulnerable people in crisis having trouble accessing their own funds Just don't know where to begin ...I am raising this issue on behalf of a friend.Catalogue of humiliating and demeaning exchanges in public view when trying to access her own money
-
claudiaf (@pupsny) reported@AskNationwide I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted with your lack of empathy and appreciation for the stress you are causing me with your lack of help with regards to the situation I am in with my house purchase. My case has been escalated three times yet still no response
-
Alex Frew (@AlexFrew1988) reported@AskNationwide Also do I get anything for switching accounts, as it wasn't clear to me on website when making application? Thanks
-
Bill Singh (@billsingh78) reported@AskNationwide I note you are offering £200 account switch bribe for newbies. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Do I need to switch out to First Direct or the like to benefit from this or is it worth you giving me £200 to retain my loyal custom?
-
Gary Williams (@GaryWilliamsIT) reported@AskNationwide Your website says 8am until 8pm. What happened? Did inflation reduce the amount of hours available to deal with calls?
-
Dale_Harrison (@Dale_Harrison) reported@AskNationwide "We're here to help", yep. Insane cost of living rises, so you're here to help. Home and Buildings insurance costs last year £419. Renewal quote just dropped: £682. No changes my side. Honestly, thanks so much for the support. 🤬

holly v terrington (@hollyterrington) reported@AskNationwide @DeepinLakebirds If you are an existing Nationwide customer (and do not hold accounts with any other bank or building society to be able to transfer them in to Nationwide and benefit from the offer) is there any incentive to stay with Nationwide rather than move to get a switch offer?
