@AskNationwide But it isn’t good enough, this is what, the third time in the past few months? What makes it worse is that you don’t provide an explanation - what technical difficulties and why is a fix not in place to prevent it from happening again if it is a tech issue?

@HEC2106 @AskNationwide Thank you! My accounts will also end today! I have slept on it and I feel that I don’t think any manager can now resolve this issue, and too start it was a minor complaint! Now action needs to be taken because of the discrimination! 😡😡😡

@AskNationwide I’m more then happy to start posting the convos and proof of all of this - including the credits from your reserves to show it. And the conversations with @financialombuds - stop lying to people - there is hundreds messaging and own up to there being an issue still.

@AskNationwide Your service to your customers is at best atrocious and at worst non-existent! This is why I switched my accounts away from you and I would recommend everyone does the same. The money that your horrendous organisation cost me is unreal and you're still doing it to others now!
