@AskNationwide I skipped the last page of those questions due to correct answers not being available, so I have not yet provided the details that the automatically-appearing form told me were needed to avoid getting locked out, but phone support seemingly isn't able to enter answers for them.

@Heidi_Labour Well I really hope that the bus services are better than on my last visit when everything shut down by 18.30 & I had to cycle out to Potterne Needs to be a serious coach stop on M4 beside @AskNationwide HQ to deliver faster express coach services without driving through Swindon

@draevans @AskNationwide He kept telling her to phone she has situational mutism she uses online chat because she can’t phone She had managed to attend branch with PA given wrong info. Now demanding she return or phones It took gargantuan effort 1st time the result of visit will make next time impossible
