    @AskNationwide The 2 times the number has called have been private numbers. Stating they are from the data access team . We are waiting for a phone recording to be sent to us. Nationwide should not be working In this manner as it breeds scams .

    @AskNationwide Our priority right now is fixing the problem so our child isn't freezing and our hours of waiting aren't wasted. Rather making making a complaint which presumably takes a long time to submit and days and weeks to get a response. No help at all.

    @AskNationwide your service is appalling, customer service representatives rude. Mortgage application 3 weeks later no email or phone call update. Promises of calls never returned.

    @comparemkt_care Just bought home insurance through you, and your API put my 'valuables' down as 'Out & About' cover under @AskNationwide Definitely not happy about that. Please check your mappings.
