Problem is it’s in my old name and I got married 2 years ago! Can I still cash it in branch if I take marriage certificate?

A professional body such as NW shouldn’t have that problem in the first place though. Managed to get through on the phone in time. Buuuut will prob deal with complaints dept at some point
