    @AskNationwide Day 6 with no useful support from Nationwide Insurance. Their 3rd party suppliers are useless. Trapped in a house with no water, no heating, no toilet. Alternate accommodation agency not responding. Disgusting operation. Why pay for insurance?

    @AskNationwide I’m not asking for information specific to my case, I’m asking how long is it presently taking, on average, to allocate case handlers to Visa credit card dispute. Your website says 2-4 weeks, which isn’t true. I’ve waited more than 6 weeks, and counting.

    @AskNationwide I am going around in circles. Please can someone who can actually resolve this call me? I have been on hold for ages trying to resolve, have been promised call backs which don’t happen & the chat bot just keeps asking me to log in - i cannot log in as you have frozen my accounts!

    @AskNationwide Hi Marcus - I discussed this with a customer service person via phone and was denied access to another person. I am so disappointed in your service. It is a little too late now as my account is closed and all access denied. Why did you not get in touch first?

    @AskNationwide I don’t want to go through live chat, I’ve already tried that and it was hopeless - hence trying social media as a last resort. This isn’t much help if all you do is direct me back to the generic telephone number/chat. Can you find out what the long delay is on Visa disputes?

    @AskNationwide Dire performance from yourselves! Didn’t issue debit card before ran out! Now just appeasing tosh it’s been issued since Monday 2nd Jan and still not received it! Dumbo on phone says if not received by Thurs 9th Feb We’ll issue another. Starve in meantime eh
