    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

    @StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.

    @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

    Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???
