  Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???

  @AskNationwide So you can talk your way out of it, I don't think so. I am emailed a complaint - you don't know how much this has affected me as a customer.

  @sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

  @AskNationwide @RLHobs I agree with this.The app is awful and I have reported it several times, nobody takes a blind bit of notice. The IT people at Nationwide are useless.

  @deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

  @AskNationwide Post been and gone again. Still no card. App Chat isn't much help. Got an apology for inconvenience, wow. To be told a replacement of the replacement would take 5 working days. What sort of customer care is that? I can get a birthday card from Moonpig next day. @AskNationwide

  Absolutely disgusted at the service i've received from @AskNationwide this morning. Cant send any money cause you've decided to do a card reader security check. The card reader that I havent used in 6 years even though ive passed ID and security checks

  Agree, car parking is a great example.All car parks should have option of paying with cash & Apps especially when no phone service! Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide
