    @AskNationwide Your website says you can ring until 6pm. Which isn’t true. You don’t take calls after 5pm. How do you expect working people to ring you when they work until 5pm?

    @AskNationwide Just to add that I tried the Webchat and they can't help. I apparently have to call two separate numbers to fix both problems 👍

    @AskNationwide are there any fees for using a Nationwide debit card on the Isle of Man? I've checked your website and it's ambiguous (it's not technically part of the UK, but uses the £)

    @AskNationwide Thanks again Karen. I take your point but she (I) uploaded a copy of her drivers licence with the online application as proof of her ID. There is clearly an issue at your end. She has decided to go elsewhere because she’s getting nowhere with your organisation.

    @GavOnCloud @Sainsburys_Bank Having the same problem with @AskNationwide. requested mortgage redemption statement over 2 weeks ago...can't release due to an 'admin' error, but 'will sort by the close of play' for over a week now. Unacceptable customer service
