@AskNationwide I opened a flex plus account but it’s not showing in banking App or internet banking. Don’t know my account no or sort code so can’t sign up for insurance. Help.

@AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app

@AskNationwide why would you send me a new debit card 1 year 1 month before my current one expires? I didnt ask for it. Its causing me loads of issues. Absurd process.
