    @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

    @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😑
