@AskNationwide Thanks again. I see that the website confirms that you are no longer offering Help to Buy ISAs to new applicants. Would I be classed as a new applicant even though my initial ISA was closed less than 12 months ago and hasn’t been used?

  • Balls1978 Bola (@Balls1978) reported

@AskNationwide living in SE London and working FT hours makes it difficult to deposit cash at the one branch you have here. I also cannot deposit at the PO like your competitors. Any ideas how I can do this?

@AskNationwide I am trying to transfer money from my savings account to my nominated account but the app won’t complete the transaction. It advises me that I need to login to my internet banking, I don’t have internet banking only a savings account which was opened via the app?

@AskNationwide what number can I call to get through to someone instead of your ******* awful automated system

  • Blakemwilson12 Blake wilson (@Blakemwilson12) reported

@AskNationwide Tried calling but the agent wasn’t able to help. Surely this is somewhat of a scam, given that I initially paid £308 which included £29 of shipping only to be told I need to pay an additional £102.11 in order to receive the package
