@AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:

@AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤

@AskNationwide I get an email from Nationwide ever day that I have not asked for with useless information and it’s impossible to have it stopped?

@AskNationwide Oh and despite what you are paying Dominic West a fortune to tell us on your adverts you are closing branches down. I no longer have any idea where my nearest one is!

@AskNationwide At last, a positive response from Nationwide after the abdication of Customer Care by the could-not-care-a-fig woman I spoke to on Saturday from inside the Branch. Thanks, Nathan.

@AskNationwide hi Nationwide. I am unable to renew my ISA online due to ‘technical difficulties’ your website is experiencing. Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.

@AskNationwide, what is going on with your banking app? Still doing the same issue where I can't enter my pass number... I rang you guys up as you advised me to and I can't get a straight answer.

@AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.
