    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide the lack of service and disability awareness in my local branch is appalling. The way my adult son and I were treated was dreadful. My son now refuses to ever go into a Nationwide branch again. Who do I make an official complaint to?

    @Opinionomic @AskNationwide Bloody awful mate and not at all fit for purpose. Stranded in Germany and they couldn’t care less. The few things I could claim for I have; and not a peep from them for over 3 weeks now and counting. How will they cope when travel is back to normal?!

    @AskNationwide is the online banking site broken? I wanted to open another account but there was no way to apply. I was just repeatedly taken to an information page and asked to log in multiple times.

    @AskNationwide Stocks and shares ISA. I just tried from my phone using the app. Same result, log into the app, no way to apply. Loops out to an information website, no way to apply unless I'm a member and so have to login again...

    @AskNationwide some feedback about your poetry adverts - they are truly awful and actually make me angry. The patronising tone and sickly messages are astonishingly arrogant. Whoever signs these adverts off needs to have a word with themselves. I’ll never want to be a customer.
