Errrmmm @AskNationwide when will you sort out the payments issue!? Some of us have bills that come out of those accounts and cannot be doing up middle man explanations to the companies we pay bills to.

@AskNationwide this miss managing of this situation on social media is actually shocking. You should've pinned a tweet regarding this . Looking through your replies I can see that this is such a huge issue for some many people, ruining Christmases even. 1/2
