  @MPHPP2 @AskNationwide Nationwide does not value customers - it’s a problem from the top down! Some employees are great but leadership is bad!

  @AskNationwide I have done that and the limit I can pay is £500 which I'm afraid is no help re building work. I took my cheque book, driving license, passport and could tell them my transaction details including when I ordered the card and they still refused.

  @AskNationwide I fail to understand why you need a secure medium for logging feedback re your public-facing website? It's not specific to myself nor my account. I don't want to have to spend time speaking or chatting to someone, I'm giving feedback about the interface.
