    @AskNationwide hi my new card has appeared on the app when I log in to my online banking and has been there for about 4 days but I haven’t received the card yet any idea how long after it appears in this that it takes to arrive to me?

    @AskNationwide I would need to try that, but in all honesty when I'd tried to contact them during the tenancy they were very slow and unhelpful.

    @AskNationwide Are there plans to get rid of the card reader? Particularly for paying people who I've previously paid. I already have it set up for biometric log in on the app - it's a bit 2010 to then have to use a card reader too. Please say that's being updated! Thanks.
