    @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!

    @AskNationwide so please enlighten me as to how I’m locked out of setting online banking up but then I tried to access my customer number and it says I’m locked out of setting it up Honestly a joke, regretting trying to set up an account with u

    @AskNationwide is they a problem with transfers. Sent money to somebody and they not recieved it

    @AskNationwide have been unable to transfer any money out of my account for 10 days. Always getting an error message- have been on live chat 3 times and nobody able to fix this issue This is not good enough. I will have bills bouncing from another account if I cannot transfer

    @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.
