ourtrace89 (@ourtrace89) reported@AskNationwide are very close to losing me as a customer to renew my mortgage with them. Trying to set up the mortgage manager online and the only way I can do so is by calling them, calling into branch or by post! So frustrating!!!!!

Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Waiter tells me its "europe-wide" issue? @AskNationwide any idea if this is a wider system issue or me specific 🤔

🌬️Yaga💨💨💨 (@Yaga_42o) reportedtoday I had to contact @AskNationwide because one of my kid trust fund account went missing from my banking app. Turns out the address was incorrect. No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.
