    @AskNationwide Hello, I ordered a credit card over 10 working days ago and I still haven’t received it. I start a new job on Monday which I need the card for to pay for travelling but now I won’t be able to get there because of your inadequate service. Trashy Bank

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
