    Been loyal customer to @AskNationwide for 16 years but having two current accounts with them every year and because I can’t afford to save not getting the £100 bonus totally has put me off banking with them now.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Instore banks are next to useless these days. Go in to open a joint account with all the documents and get pushed into a room to do on a tablet because it’s all online. Lloyds aren’t much better as have to do online too (only popped into Lloyds because there was an issue online!)
