@Assurant @AskNationwide poor service using mobile phone insurance, delays and delays, returned phone to wrong address after confirming multiple times it was coming to the right address!! Receive phone back with non genuine parts used, screws rattling around inside! Please avoid!

@AskNationwide If I can’t download statements because they are physically missing from my online account, will store colleagues be able to access them? Concerned I’ll have another wasted trip.
