@AskNationwide Hi Lucy, the website seems to state that the service is back to normal, but my mortgage payment from my flex current account still nowhere to be seen on my Nationwide mortgage account. It usually reflects overnight. Is there still a backlog of internal payments you’re working on?

@AskNationwide I have just wired money to a completely different bank as it states you are back to normal. My money has still not been received and no comment came up re me sending the money When are you going to be back to normal. Unhappy customer.

@AskNationwide Why are you lying to us? After the shambles of yesterday, and not having any money for am entire day, you have now said the problem has been rectified, which it quite clearly hasn't, as once again I've transferred money to my nationwide account and its still not showing up!
