@AskNationwide I recently lost my credit card and got a new one. I didn't realise I had to change those details for bank transfers. So I think I've paid money to a credit card that doesn't exist anymore. How do I fix this? 😭😭

@AskNationwide since I updated the app a few days ago I can't log on & get a message saying technical issue. Uninstalled, reinstalled and updated phone & still can't log in. Need to check accounts & move money across so very frustrated at the moment.

@dennisrey1701 @AskNationwide Of course they're not, over me. But companies have been badly hit over some issues, especially in the US. If enough people react then there wld be a response. The longest journey starts with the first step.

@AskNationwide I haven’t even applied for the max overdraft limit for this year (being £3000) but when I go to increase it it’s says there are service issues. From talking with an advisor its an issue with a lot of the student accounts however it is still not fixed

@AskNationwide No as I've said before, complaints have repercussions & no value when the situation has passed & doesn't prevent the problem repeating itself, I use my own actions & avoid the such staff by avoiding the branch whenever that person is present or leaving the bank all together...
