    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide I don’t want to go through live chat, I’ve already tried that and it was hopeless - hence trying social media as a last resort. This isn’t much help if all you do is direct me back to the generic telephone number/chat. Can you find out what the long delay is on Visa disputes?

    @AskNationwide Thanks - I've selected "online banking" as the problem but I'm not getting offered chat, only a phone number. Where do I find the chat option?

    Shame on you @AskNationwide I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Today I discover that you've closed my personal account without no communication beforehand, leaving me in total disarray financially. You have all my savings and I have no ability to pay for anything.

    @AskNationwide I’ve raised a complaint but turnaround time suggests 5 days - I need to access my accounts today, not in a week’s time!

    @AskNationwide No, it says on the Govt website that it's a new method. I just thought it might be easier than fighting my way through layers of security to create a new payee on my account!

    @AskNationwide How do i access my account now then? I cant get back anytime soon and i need to do something. I dont have my customer number with me either as havent needed that for years.

    @AskNationwide when you are told something will be sent out within 5 days is that full working days and does it include the day you were told on ?
