@AskNationwide Thanks Laura, turns out Nationwide had stopped the card. It was only 36 hours since I received it. It's the 2nd successive card I've had problems with, the last being unable to be used contactless.

@AskNationwide Hi yes my feedback is to offer existing customer discount and stop paying brokers unnecessarily. Pass the savings on to your customers.
