@AskNationwide I have a question. If a customer phones you to report possible fraudulent activity on their savings account & after 15 minutes there is no answer do you hang on (forever) or call the Police???

@AskNationwide What good will that do, it could cost someone thier job which isn't what I would want on my concience, you really need to look more closely at the staff you employ and thier deliverance of the requirements of the customer ,!

@AskNationwide They said within 24 hours they'd call, it's over 48 hours now and no call back. I appreciate you saying sorry, but for it to take over 2 weeks and still have no access to my money and no replacement card abroad it just feels like lip service.

Rubbish service from @AskNationwide today tried to change account can't be done via app not clear online NOT switch account online chat said could be done in branch. Walked to branch 3 people sat with no work, told no we can't help you with that you'll need to do it online @ home
