    @AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!

    @AskNationwide apparently nationwide are having issues processing payments with no notification to customers. A direct debit for y credit card was made and reversed. Payment from savings to current also reversed. This is causing distress and anxiety for me as it could affect my

    Very concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...

    @AskNationwide A week ago my card was stopped in branch due to me spotting fraudulent activities. Still awaiting my new card, and email or a text. Very poor service, but I am use to this from Nationwide.

    @Powell_Property @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide Always book an MOT one calender month before it's due to expire then any issues can be sorted. Your MOT certificates will then overlap and keep the existing date. Exp 03/26 MOT 02/26 New Exp same as old 03/27

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide Bad, Ask you why you are withdrawing your own money, for years, and not just Nationwide. Then they don`t want you to have a lot of cash at home. All of them are a problem.

    @AskNationwide Having trouble making payments to unsaved payees that automatically open the app to make a payment. Always gets a vague "Something has gone wrong" error message. Even paying my AmEx like I have done numerous times.

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:
