    @AskNationwide I have a limited access saver account but only have access this with the book and have to go to the branch to deposit money. Can I open up a online banking account for this kind of account? So I can put money in more easily and will I have to get rid of the book?

    @AskNationwide #1 My elderly parents: mum - housebound & dad main carer had a joint savings account. During the pandemic my sister was allowed to access the account as a third party but recently told she couldn’t. @MartinSLewis @Moneybox

    @AskNationwide Changing my a/c from you. 7 yrs you have denied me an o/d. I have not been o/d once, tho would have liked a buffer amount. Proceeds of a house sale sat my a/c, a large sum & when I rang to ask what sort of savings a/c I could put it in, I was told to just look at yr website 🙄

    @AskNationwide I am writing on behalf of my 71yr father, who has been dragged through hell and back, initially by errors in your mortgage renewals department, now carried over to your complaints department and on to a senior member relations consultant (since writing to your CEO)

    @AskNationwide Criticism not aimed at twitter team, just your greedy processes that are slow to raise saver rates but QUICK to grab mortgage rate increases. SKIPTON increases its saver rates much quicker to help its customers in these tough times.

    @AskNationwide @soozachu Ridiculous that I can't change reference in the app, so have to set up a new account each time, other bank apps in the family don't have this problem
