    @AskNationwide Doesn't work on my phone, Android 7. Been adviced by technical support some older version android phones not working. Strange it used to work before you did an update. I would be happy with an older version of the app that works on my phone.

    @AskNationwide Truly awful service from nationwide credit card . Lost 300 pound due to Holiday to USA not going ahead,Booked for 3/11 but USA airspace didn't open till 8/11. BA only supply a voucher and won't respond to ANY Comms . I need to prove holiday didn't go ahead not BA

    @AskNationwide Is the online credit card statement viewer down? On online banking I keep getting "We seem to be experiencing some technical problems.". I urgently need to check if a payment went through.

    @AskNationwide hi. Is it correct when awaiting a refund from a retailer it’s actually the bank /BS that determines if it’s refunded back quickly ? And that it’s not the retailer that’s slow?

    @AskNationwide can someone help? Yesterday afternoon a sun of money wasn’t into our joint account doesn’t say who from and worse because I had some cash in anyway I don’t know exact amount. It’s being left untouched until we know.

    @AskNationwide just had 2 text messages saying my cards been blocked n did i make a payment at 6:22 this morning and to call a number if not or text if was me. Not sure if genuine or not.. please help. 07401116344. I havnt used my card.
