@AskNationwide There is no way to unblock a credit card. The on line chat agent cannot do it. The link to to a secure message give a error response when you try to save it. Why is there no way to unblock a credet card withe a secure message or the rough the app.

@AskNationwide I have tried that. They wouldn't help him. He is borrowing money all over the place because Nationwide won't give him his card back. As far as I am aware, that is theft.

@AskNationwide Will you change the automated message to 30 minutes now? Update on my mortgage application. I need to go back to work shortly didnt expect to be waiting 45 minutes especially as it said up to 3 minute wait time. Really poor customer information waiting 15 times the time advised
