    @AskNationwide I did access it. ARTI didn't understand my question and 2 days after I left a message using 'Chat' I got a live message from someone saying they didn't have my original message! Lucky I copied and save it. I'll write using Royal Mail in future!

    @AskNationwide That doesn’t help. 1) the form to fill only allows to insert a UK address. I don’t have one. 2) If I cannot print the form the only other option is to write the details on the cheque and send it. That’s fine but I cannot sign it as the cheque is in the UK and I’m in Spain.

    @AskNationwide Faster payments down again!! All incoming payments in a que! With no answer how long for! Talk about inconvenience! It’s about time this shambles of a building society was sorted out! All week one issue after the other and the app is a joke!

    £43.40 instead of £25.00. Our rail system is broken, and a broken incoming payments system from @AskNationwide just exacerbates the problem. Being poor just costs too much money 💔

    @AskNationwide seriously. You payment system is down. AGAIN. you've had this before - sort it out. Can't receive or send anything and have an international payment to send as a matter of urgency how long is this rubbish going to take!!!!

    @AskNationwide Hi, further to my question this morning. I want to ammend a standing order, but am I right in thinking I can only do it on the day before the payment is due? Ant not any other? As I have tried 3 times now, and your site always says a technical failure.

    @AskNationwide @BettyLhaschnoo Sarah. We can DM you the address of the property directly and you can then call the buyers TODAY and expediate this TODAY. They have been told this appalling delay is down to people working from home due to Covid:19. Diabolical excuse for lazy customer service.
