    @AskNationwide Deansgate in Bolton. He's now got some kind of telephone appointment to guide him through it so he doesn't want any fuss, but we would've preferred for them to help him in person - pls would it be possible to feed back to the branch that the elderly should receive extra support?

    Can I receive a refund I paid for a service which I didn’t receive. @AskNationwide I paid for 7 day fast track application and haven’t received it @HM_Passport false advertisement.

    @AskNationwide my grandad is in his 80s, and went into a branch to open a new account in addition to his current account with you. i am so disappointed, they wouldn't help him, and told him he can use an ipad, internet banking, or ring someone.

    @AskNationwide “highly competitive” 0.80 percent AER for 12 months. Is this a joke? No increase for junior isa savings. I’m off to @chase_uk 1.5% easy access. Tesco 2.25% junior.
