    @AskNationwide today's joke is that not only have you not responded to our complaint but yesterday you sent the mortgage to offer. Today you tell us it was sent to offer in error. This feels much like when we finally got the valuation 2 days later you tell us the valuation expire

    @AskNationwide For GDPR I’m not going to publicly discuss what I need to talk about, as a bank I’m sure you understand that. In the DM conversations I am being told to call the mortgage department, which is what I’ve been trying to do, and why I am complaining. So…. Not much help really…

    @AskNationwide I didn't believe the stories of appalling customer service until I experienced it for myself. I'd really like to get my problem sorted out but after many phone calls and assurances from you, nothing has materialised.

    @AskNationwide my husband made a complaint 7 days ago (so 5 working days). No text from you, no email from you no letter. We've been trying to get a mortgage with you since September 2021. You keep giving us the run-around! The way you treat your customers is disgusting.

    @AskNationwide Dictating the terms by which you provide a service breaches S29 P2a & 5a EA2010, i don't need any further prima facie evidence but i do my data #disabledhatecrime #DPA2018breach need a call from head of legal as this #disabledhatecrime is to be pursued due repeated breaches!

    @AskNationwide Your link takes me to a generic website which doesn’t help. Your Worthing branch has all the details and is being fobbed off by your IT team. E.g. the branch was told by IT on that a chps payment would be made that day. No transaction was made. IT is lying to the branch…

    @AskNationwide sitting on hold for another 30 minutes today to be given the runaround again. You should be ashamed of your lack of customer service
