@asknationwide had a payment declined for no reason today, tried calling wait time over 20 mins, tried talking to arti your so called virtual assistant I typed why has my payment been declined? His reply ' I don't understand the question' 🙄 getting too frequent now these issues

@AskNationwide Can I input the reference number? As I followed the link from the app to complete the application I’d started earlier? When I try to follow the link to continue the application now it says there’s a technical error.

@AskNationwide What's the problem with your one-time code SMS system, it took 10 mins for a code to be sent to login and even then failed to work? How about developing a resilient IT system, it's not if it's particularly difficult these days especially with your resources.

@AskNationwide @Helencowles1 This is an utter lie. I’ve just been blocked from transferring money to Revolut and booking through eurotunnel and you’ve confirmed on the online chat that there are payment issues so why on Earth are you telling people it’s not your issue???
