    @AskNationwide my debit card runs out 01/22 but not had a new one sent yet. Worried will not be able to access money if it doesn’t arrive??

    @AskNationwide Karen, nationwide have already said they’ve helped as much as they can, meaning you will not add my international number to my account, and you can’t stop blocking my card when I use it over here.. so no help at all. Nationwide have done nothing but screw me so my tone isn’t nice

    @AskNationwide No thanks. I already gave this information to the cashier as well as other security questions, but they wanted my passport information! I have been a customer for many years & was shocked that you required this information!

    @AskNationwide Which is extremely useful if you don’t have an English mobile number, costing me £60+ a time to call you when you block my card. So yes you have a number, but no it’s of no ******* use at all

    @AskNationwide I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years, but your services are getting worse and worse, no online chat, 'call us and pay per minute' no way to change Credit card payments online 'call us and pay per minute' #notgood #timetoswitch
