@sassievamp @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide I haven't kept a count, but Barclays went down in January which caused me a big problem. Their banking tech is just as complicated as others. They might have fewer facilities (no business accounts), but each facility is the same as other banks.

@AskNationwide I’ve transferred funds from my savings to pay for work on my car. I can’t get my car back until I pay!!!! Any timescale for a fix. Made the transfer over 2 hours ago and it’s still not showing in my Co-Op account

@AskNationwide any chance of an update with the payment problem. I think it’s disgusting you do not message us advising of a problem but message instead about payments that might be missed because there is not enough money in account

@AskNationwide @DZL_2004 Fix the often encountered, never explained, consistent problem you have then. You dismiss peoples angry responses, with bland “cut n paste” PR comment, but you fail to comprehend the upset you cause, and continue to do so.

(Yes I’m aware that my opinion of most banks is that they are slow and outdated but the pure fact that I can do EVERYTHING I want to on @monzo’s app and I can’t do some of the basics in the @AskNationwide app says a lot) I’m quite open about my opinion as you can tell.
