@AskNationwide why are you still forcing your staff to #WFH?? Majority of us have gone back to work so why can't you? You capitalised on covid, hastily shut down offices, and walked away laughing with record profits. Disgrace. You don't care about your staff's mental wellbeing!

@sonofamitch48 @AskNationwide @sonofamitch48 Thanks! I'd tried uninstalling & reinstalling, as well as clearing all the app's data and cache, but that didn't work. A restart of my phone fixed it though, so thanks for the suggestion! I think Nationwide need to improve their error handling!

@AskNationwide how can play station network get access to my brand new card number without me giving it to them or permission to use jt?? I only got my card yesterday and they have taken money from my account, I got a new card for this reason and they can still take cash
