@AskNationwide how is anyone in southampton with a job meant to go to the bank if you close at 5pm? Explain the logic please, just had a male staff member wave me away when I'm trying to deposit a cheque... awful

  • BWFC1982 Chris (@BWFC1982) reported

@AskNationwide I do but I don't have access at this moment in time. Can you help me?

  • nlieck Norbert Lieckfeldt 💙 (@nlieck) reported

@AskNationwide In that case I'd suggest updating your help page.

@AskNationwide what’s your data protection protocol for a customer requesting a copy of a bank statement in branch? I just obtained one while stood in the queue outside by just handing an employee my bank card, no details given/ID shown/pin given which feels a bit sketchy 😬

@AskNationwide I need to transfer some money but the App is not coming up properly, there’s just a blurry picture of some trees. Are there any issues at the moment?

  • bchypnotherapy Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported

@AskNationwide seems their mortgage application lines are only open when everyone is at work. My son can’t have his phone at work. Guess when the lines are open 9-5. Unbelievable joke. He’s finished by 5.15. No online chat no help for working people after they finish work. Jeez.

@AskNationwide Hi, yes I do and have sent a message via there. But the last two times I sent a message through this way, I got a standard response directing me to FAQs. I'm hoping someone can look specifically into this issue

@AskNationwide so if you don't speak english you can't report a card lost via customer service?? 🤔🤔 Even though you confirm details while sitting with your daughter on speaker phone? But request she speak on your behalf?

  • BWFC1982 Chris (@BWFC1982) reported

@AskNationwide hi I've had a series of direct debits leave my account that I didn't approve. Can you help me regain my lost money?

  • Curlypics Curly (@Curlypics) reported

@AskNationwide Not yet, bearing in mind the branch didn't deem it an issue losing the cheque for 2 weeks or when she chased it to bother letting her know that they'd found it I don't really see the point in complaining to them.
