@AskNationwide There is no possible way to set up direct debit except calling by phone. This conversation leads to cancel my payment setup instead of setting up to set payment amount. Bank's mistake and customer bearing consequences is not right. Formal complaint filed.

@AskNationwide I need to look at my statements from January 2017 to June 2019 but I cannot access online as they do not go that far back. Is there a cost to have these statements and how long until delivery or can they be emailed

@AskNationwide Then to actually get hold of anyone on the phone number provided in said email is impossible. You are asked to send a text message to request a call back - well 6 days later and still waiting for resolution on this.

@AskNationwide my card hasn't been working properly (declined) and has gotten worse over time especially in certain shops. Will I need a new card or is it a different problem?

@AskNationwide OK can you help on another issue. I need to transfer some money to another bank that I haven't yet set up but don't have my card reader with me on holiday. This is quite urgent and can't wait until we return home at the end of May. Is there another way I an set up a new payee

@AskNationwide Thanks, the problem is, you might well be there but are not able to help! Both of my issues are things that in the past would have been sorted manually at your end by now.

For the 4th time now @AskNationwide has responded to a base rate increase with: "We're currently working out what this means for our savings members" Based on the last 3 times, it will mean a very belated increase in rates, passing on only a fraction of the rise. Or nothing.

Hey @AskNationwide. I recently switched my bank account to you. It said it was due to complete on the 29th April but i've heard nothing since. The account is opened but no funds or Direct Debits have moved. Bit concerned as I was hoping to get switch bonus. Help please?
