    @AskNationwide my current debit card expires on 31st, New card in my possession, some of my site updates have accepted the changes, others will NOT - until expiry has passed- is this normal?

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

    @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

    @AskNationwide Nationwide advised a customer of our company we were a scam concern and not to pay us for an order! We are a small 22 year old family company.

    @AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem

    @AskNationwide Post been and gone again. Still no card. App Chat isn't much help. Got an apology for inconvenience, wow. To be told a replacement of the replacement would take 5 working days. What sort of customer care is that? I can get a birthday card from Moonpig next day. @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide so please enlighten me as to how I’m locked out of setting online banking up but then I tried to access my customer number and it says I’m locked out of setting it up Honestly a joke, regretting trying to set up an account with u
