    @AskNationwide I'm still having the same problems. I have the right amount of money on my account and I have made orders on amazon in the past. But whenever I try ordering anything on amazon even when I have enough money (and I put the right details in) I still get declined

    @AskNationwide Thanks Sue! Swindon have confirmed there IS an 'anomoly' and are going to escalate it to the office that deals with such things. I'm hoping to help others avoid the same horrendous problem and being considerably out of pocket after trying to make a simple, regular transfer. Thnx!

    @AskNationwide had a techno glitch yesterday resulting in a double payment to a local company. A substantial sum. They will repay it when they check their mini statement tomorrow, they do not do online banking. Is there a way to halt one of the identical payments or too late?

    @AskNationwide I am appalled at the service I received this evening! After having a message to say my accounts been placed on hold and now having NO access to my money! I have bills to pay, and I need to live day to day. Not being able to access this account is leaving me unable to work!!!
