Since moving our Apple App Store family to the Canada region we're having all sorts of problems. Older iOS devices that need to reinstall old versions of the app refuse to download; the @AskNationwide app isn't there in the Canadian store. Any other globe-straddlers solved this?

@AskNationwide Yep, typing the address manually and used two different browsers and an incognito window. The page then times out and a message about current IT issues popped up.

@AskNationwide My app wasn't working but after I restarted it like 10 times, it eventually worked. But there's obviously an issue as others are reporting the same issue and you shouldn't have to restart the app that many times to get it to work.
