@AskNationwide Hey, I can't make any payments on the app or online without the card reader (which is broken), nor can I do it via telephone service and I'm being told that there is a 15 minute wait to speak to someone. This is really frustrating.

@AskNationwide have broken every promise and terms and conditions of the switching. Offer have been told numerous times it will be paid but it still hasn’t. Terrible seevice

Ohhh the irony.... saw an advert last night from @AskNationwide saying they will help people with the cost of living crisis. This is a supposed mutual who are stealing peoples savings via low IRs/Inflation to prop up the insane house prices they have helped inflate #Fraud IMHO

@AskNationwide - all just need to pay a bill and after my log in +10 digit cust no + 6 digit other number + DOB + texted code to my phone I DO NOT want to use a bloody card reader as well! Calm down and let me pay a bill.
