Shocking “customer service” from @CET_UK “home emergency” as part of @AskNationwide home insurance. 6 days without heating and hot water and continuously told they “can’t do anymore for me today” to get it fixed.

Yet another issue with @AskNationwide payments... card just got declined doing the Christmas dinner shop, I nearly had a heart attack, went on the app and it says 'sorry there are an issue with all payments at the moment'... this is the 2nd time this has happened in a month.
