@RUKB2017 @AskNationwide Literally just had the same issue and can’t see it online either. Not sure what is going on.

@AskNationwide Hi Nationwide, not sure where to find support and feedback for the banking app. When using the Banking app to make payments to regular payees, it would be very useful to be able to update the payment reference for each transaction, eg INV 100...

@AskNationwide I understand the security element however it is seriously detrimental to the customer experience. Other banks use secondary passwords/phrases, 2FA, etc. Yet yours requires a physical device being on the person at all times ' just in case' it's needed. It's outdated.

@AskNationwide Would payments that are normally made during that period of down time take slightly longer to reach accounts? I usually have my wage paid in by around 4am

  • jlk100 jonik (@jlk100) reported

@AskNationwide I don’t, but my sister does, but she’s not with me and doesn’t live near. My son is with me of course, he has a N/wide bank account, if that would help at all re verification?

  • adamaustin84 Adam Austin (@adamaustin84) reported

@AskNationwide I've just been informed that it's outside working hours.?

  • jlk100 jonik (@jlk100) reported

@AskNationwide No, I went in with my son, we had both our passports, his birth certificate, and our N/wide current a/c cards, as I’d assumed this would be enough, as my 2 elder children never had any issues like this with my mum’s Smart save a/c when they were teens

  • igor_dexys igor (@igor_dexys) reported

@AskNationwide your website states if I switch to the flex account I “could” get £200 .

  • BamfordFiona Fiona Bamford (@BamfordFiona) reported

@AskNationwide why do you guys not offer emergency cash when the customer's card has been cancelled? I had fraud on my account, you cancelled the card and told me you'll send out a replacement but the only way to get cash out is from my local branch which I can't go to because...

Having to use an @AskNationwide card reader to transfer money between accounts is ridiculous, it adds an unnecessary step into the customer journey which causes additional effort and frustration. Other banks don’t require this, so why should I jump through hoops with you?!
