@AskNationwide I need an update on when this issue will be fixed. I will be withdrawing funds, also closing my business account associated with nationwide.

  • BodenJones Catherine Jones (@BodenJones) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks Dominika. Can I ask what has caused this latest problem?

  • GordGreenfield GG (@GordGreenfield) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, when will the payments issue be resolved? Why does this keep happening? Thanks, GG

  • GregaMb Gregor (@GregaMb) reported

@AskNationwide Is it time to change bank account? Your "Payment" issues are now becoming a feature at the end of every month since December. Clearly, you changed something in your backend systems and you have no idea what's causing the downtime when the load increases.

  • Howitt83S Sarah (@Howitt83S) reported

@AskNationwide No as I need my salary to transfer money to their parent pay account, haven’t enough food in the house to make pack up as I had obviously planned on doing the food shop today. I’m a single parent so don’t have access to other funds. Rubbish being unable to access your own money

  • ChelseyP_91 Pilch (@ChelseyP_91) reported

@unknown09190919 @AskNationwide They also ignore live chats. I'll be contacting the ombudsman regarding this. ASAP isn't helpful to my bills and charges when those bills aren't paid. Shocking 'service'.

  • Ann1e___ Anne (@Ann1e___) reported

@AskNationwide at what time did this issue start? I was expecting a payment yesterday that didn't arrive.

  • brianvicky28 vicky brian (@brianvicky28) reported

@AskNationwide why does this problem with payments coming in and out keep occurring it really in an inconvenience 😔

  • JohnTho42150663 John Thompson (@JohnTho42150663) reported

@annaliese_k86 @AskNationwide I know it’s not a fix but I contacted my supplier (Scottish power) and they credited £10 to each to cover me

  • mariasc63673238 maria scott (@mariasc63673238) reported

@AskNationwide yet again my wages haven't made it to me when paid, how long will it take to fix this this time? Its all well and good saying direct debits won't be affected but they will be if the money isn't going in to pay them!
