@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

@AskNationwide hi Nationwide. I am unable to renew my ISA online due to ‘technical difficulties’ your website is experiencing. Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.

@AskNationwide This year I've been excluded from your fair share scheme even though I have a current account & savings with you. Not overly bothered about the £100 it's the lack of respect 4 along time customer. I have spoken to someone & technically I don't meet the criteria as

@AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

@AskNationwide Great new offer for fixed rate bond for existing customers. Is this offer available in an isa? This would help your loyal customers save paying tax on hard earned cash savings.
