@AskNationwide I cannot get into the Nationwide app or get online both using WiFi and 5g. This has gone on for over a week. I have deleted app and reloaded app, turned WiFi router on and off but still no joy on IPhone or IPad. Please help. Thanks.

@AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!
