@AskNationwide why is my Amazon payment not working? I have something like 2 hours before the delivery can't be delivered by the 28th and I have enough money and the card is not frozen. The details in Amazon are correct and it 'orders' before asking me to update my details.

@AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?

@AskNationwide They have been told this is covered on their insurance but still no joy. The house is absolutely freezing and people within the house have asthma - can you fix this urgently as it is genuinely making them sick.
