@AskNationwide Deansgate in Bolton. He's now got some kind of telephone appointment to guide him through it so he doesn't want any fuss, but we would've preferred for them to help him in person - pls would it be possible to feed back to the branch that the elderly should receive extra support?

@AskNationwide There is currently no way to message the credit card team. The link I am sent will give me an error message after I send it. You agents on the chat are unable to answer question. Why do I have to keep making international calls to operate my accounts?

@AskNationwide Hi, have there been any problems with the app at all? Yesterday it was saying technical difficulties and today it’s asking me to change my pin without giving me the chance to log in. Many thanks, Tom.

@AskNationwide your wickford branch cash machine has just eaten some cash I've deposited. I can't speak to anyone. I need help but there is literally no useful numbers or info anywhere.

@AskNationwide That is really annoying. I didn’t want a paper statement, I wanted to browse back and save a copy for later. Banks encourage customers to go paperless but then don’t provide full electronic access. I don’t have access to a scanner now I am working from home.

@AskNationwide Hi, the only thing close to what you say is "Report unknown transaction" I don't see Get help with card transaction. Sorry.
