    Hey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.

    @AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you

    @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

    In germany and cant use #visa cards to pay due to system failure. Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Waiter tells me its "europe-wide" issue? @AskNationwide any idea if this is a wider system issue or me specific 🤔

    @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

    Been loyal customer to @AskNationwide for 16 years but having two current accounts with them every year and because I can’t afford to save not getting the £100 bonus totally has put me off banking with them now.

    So I'm trying to switch my bank from @AskNationwide to @firstdirect @firstdirecthelp whu am I being told I cant as nationwide aren't part of switch service? Is this correct and how do I go about this now as I switched to get the £175
