    @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

    @AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

    @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

    @Sparky2504 @AskNationwide Good luck, do you have your customer number and your telephone password because you're not speaking to a person if you don't have these. Gone are the days when you just call up and speak to a person

    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    Not sure if it's @TheAA_UK or @AskNationwide who are not great but after 18 years breaking down on the motorway and being told someone will be here in 4 hrs when your 15 mins from Edinburgh is blowing my mind!!!!

    Hey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.
