    @AskNationwide I was chatting to your colleague earlier see above thread, my internet banking was telling me you had a tech error, I’ve just tried to make some purchases on trainline and it asked me to verify via card reader it was rejecting the codes it was spitting out, it tried app instead..

    @AskNationwide Live chat said I must phone a number. I phone the number. They wanted me to log in. I do not have details to log in. I am told I have to visit a branch to close the account. I cannot visit a branch - I live in France. The account is empty. I want it closed. A solution, please.
