    @AskNationwide trying to make a purchase online and my pay in 3 option is being declined, I have plenty of funds in my account and have never been declined before..I have never defaulted on my finance payments so wondering if you’ve put a block on my account without telling me?

    @AskNationwide Hi, I am completing a change of name form as I have got married. When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.

    @AskNationwide I just completed a decision in principle but your site won’t show me the outcome. Pls advise on how to access the result. I have tried calling and the lines are closed. I have tried the chatbot and have received no reply. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide still waiting opened current account last week I still can’t log into app just says check in a few days what login details do I actually need to be sent to me all I have had is the card and pin

    @AskNationwide I was caught out by a telephone scam. Very convincing and worrying. The person I spoke to Friday after 5pm was supportive but no one else I've spoken to who could help has seemed that interested or empathetic. It's concerning Nationwide's Fraud Team won't even look into it.
