@British_Airways your website is terrible, thank you for taking a flight transaction twice - you've now bricked my card because of your error, and @AskNationwide no one to talk to on a Sunday? Your website time tables for my issue are "open" but you hang up on me every time.

After @tsb were so entirely unhelpful, I crossed the street to @AskNationwide who were brilliant and had sorted him a savings account in minutes. That’s customer service. I’ll look to move myself ASAP - #TSB have lost custom today

Well @EGX never bothered to get in touch with me about tickets so I emailed them requesting a refund after the ripoff that it was, they refused so I tried @AskNationwide and they can't give me a refund either I'm down £76.50 for an event that wasn't sold as advertised 1/2

@2_Wheeled_Wolf @AskNationwide Yep - on the Lloyds app it was easy - nationwide seem muddled - they said to newspapers etc they “are” phasing it in but their customer service says ‘they have no plans’ ax churn out contactless on or off as the only option!

@AskNationwide Unless you have an iphone then nationwide refuse to help or let you check your balance make bills. If you have an iphone bollocks to you your not worth the effort.

@AskNationwide can someone help me? Tried to pay for flights with @VirginAtlantic the other day and one payment worked and the other didn't. Trying to call but says lines are closed? Virgin telling us to contact you
