    @AskNationwide That'd be great if you didn't delete people's accounts from the app & tell them to go in branch if they want money, but they're housebound & calling up gets you passed from department to department with no actual solution. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

    @StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.
