    @AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!

    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

    @AskNationwide I’ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
