@AskNationwide @DamonJ2001 He went into nationwide in Winton Bmth to deposit ‘children in need’ collection, only to be told they’re not accepting CIN donations, despite being advertised on the CIN site that nationwide are taking the donations. I hope that’s clear enough for you 👍

How can a relatively simple complaint take Soooo long?? a week to aknowledge it then 2 weeks think about it.!! then who knows not got there yet @AskNationwide Very poor service but i won't forget

@AskNationwide Poor customer service. You have my money in one account. What is the issue? I took the required form printed out ready to be signed, my passport and a printed copy of passport. They literally need to sign the form and stamp the passport copy. It would take 5 mins. Job done 😕
