    @AskNationwide What was happening is what I described - my suggestion in future is to be honest - people were frustrated no so much by the banking problem but the bland response

    @KeaneJohn69 @AskNationwide The Comms are terrible and they have had decades to fix the IT situation. Accept working from home has maybe not helped but the problems are relatively recent and point to an outdated system that needs updated!

    @AskNationwide Clearly you have not rectified this issue- I sent a payment on 27th and it CERTAINLY hasn't processed at the other end by 28th. Generic messages do not cut it - this service should not be giving blanket advice when some transfers can't be accounted for- ergo money's 'missing'.
