@AskNationwide my own money being in my account, instead of incompetent errors, leading to "we're sorry we can't accept payments into your account from outside of nationwide @ the moment". 4 days before xmas? Get it sorted.

@kellyw2094 @APxx77 @AskNationwide The main issue the team we are talking to is that the team fixing the issue/s will spend hours investigating it and when they find the fault. It could take 30 minutes to bring it back up.

Recently @AskNationwide blocked payments to cryptocurrency website @binance and warned everyone not to use cryptocurrency.. fast forward a few months and all my cryptocurrency works flawlessly but nationwide have been down for a full day and all my fiat money is unusable #irony

@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.
