@AskNationwide, as a building society, are supposed to be more ethical than banks. I didn't receive my fairer payment this year because I didn't have money in my savings account, which has never been a problem before. They refused to let me speak to a manager... 1/3

@AskNationwide - been in the app now for over an hour waiting to speak to someone and you have disabled the function where previously you could send a secure message Enough is enough now, there is always a problem it seems every month. Time to move banks sadly

Fair play to @AskNationwide. They realised last night I was unlikely to be spending money at a DIY shop, let alone 3 payments in quick succession. They phoned and messaged me to alert me. New card issued and payments refunded already. Excellent service.

@AskNationwide Hi I have tried everything to sort this out and everyone has said they are not able to help or stutter when I’m ask them a general question they are as confused as I am in the situation and they told me honestly they do not know what to do

@AskNationwide Could you please help me out with this as it is very frustration having to do it every single time to make some payments it should be smooth sailing without and issue this process seems like I have gone backwards in the online banking industry
