    @AskNationwide Thanks for getting back to me. So no ETA still? It's a absolute nightmare to deal with so any form of timeframe to manage expectations would be greatly appreciated. And I'm guessing there's quite a lot of people who feel like this and are getting fed up of your service

    @AskNationwide why would you send me a new debit card 1 year 1 month before my current one expires? I didnt ask for it. Its causing me loads of issues. Absurd process.

    @AskNationwide Is there any chance of someone picking up the phone on number 0800 545 3004. I've now heard 125 'We apologise for the delay but will be with you shortly' messages. HOW LONG IS SHORTLY. Glad you're not running the fire service.

    @GoWokeGoBrokeUK I find the monologue diatribe by a black man on behalf of @AskNationwide offensive & disturbing. Over the years I've arranged 2 mortgages & half a dozen bank accounts remotely without being asked my skin colour. Is NW now planning pro-black bias to redress a non-existent problem?

    @gingio @Barclays I quit Barclays about 20 years ago due to their dire customer service. I’ve been with @AskNationwide since and haven’t got a bad word to say about them.
