    @AskNationwide Your phone and web chat teams haven’t been very good in the past and it’s taken Tracy M to get things sorted last time o had issues that the web and phone teams didn’t sort !

    @AskNationwide it’s impossible for me to register my savings account- the code I need doesn’t come then I’m timed out - tried many times

    @AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

    Is @AskNationwide having a bit of a nightmare? Last night I couldn’t make an online banking payment (it went through OK this morning) and now a ticketing site can’t contact them.

    @AskNationwide still awaiting for passnumber I can read, pin number, the app is down and arti is useless, plus there's no email address, so how do we use the bank?
