@jimmyb03 @AskNationwide @financialombuds Twitter suggests that nationwide may have rejected the payment during the outage. Utter **** tbh. I dont have the funds to cover the gap whilst bills come out before wages go in. I dont see why I should have to either. Thankfully we had enough plus overdraft to pay mortgage.

@AskNationwide I’ve spoken to NatWest, the money is not with them and the transaction has not been reversed. They suggested you check your suspense account? The issue is clearly not resolved …

@MartinSLewis please help! @AskNationwide are adamant that a standing order paid into my account on 2nd January is lost!! It has left the senders account and their bank can confirm it has arrived with nationwide. They are telling me it’s nowhere to be seen!!! What can I do?

  • truffuk_clare Clare Threlfall (@truffuk_clare) reported

@AskNationwide It's not Barclays issue. 5 x payments were sent from Barclays at the same time. 3 of those have been delayed but received into my Nationwide account. 2 are missing. This isn't a Barclays issue.....it's a Nationwide one. Please get in touch to confirm how this will be resolved.

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide #disabledhatecrime AGAIN Aservice provider must not in providing the service discriminate against a disabled person as to the terms on which they provide the service to the disabled person! S29 P2a it's been law 11 years its compulsory law need a call from head of legal

  • Mxx1988 Emma Edwards (@Mxx1988) reported

@AskNationwide I don’t see why they should when the issue is on your side. The SO goes in every month without issue yet the one time you have a problem it doesn’t. I see that as your responsibility to resolve, not the originating party
