-
Diana Kimpton (@dianakimpton) reported@AskNationwide I’ve already called. That’s why I know there really is a problem. You aren’t doing anything to warn customers about it so I thought I’d do it myself.
-
Vivian Brickell (@TheOldDear) reported@AskNationwide My state pension has not been paid in. I can’t take it up with the DWP until you confirm it’s not a nationwide problem. I can’t get to find out if it is. Sadiq blew me off with a ‘will be credited’ but no idea when - no one available to talk
-
Matt G (@Icematt12) reported@AskNationwide Having trouble making payments to unsaved payees that automatically open the app to make a payment. Always gets a vague "Something has gone wrong" error message. Even paying my AmEx like I have done numerous times.
-
Christine Bickley 🇬🇧 (@bickley200) reportedWas due to travel to DBX on 2nd March. Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all. Anyone else having this problem? @Telegraph

Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
-
Chris Dawson (@ChrisCharlesD1) reported@AskNationwide what have you done to the website and transaction view, its awful please go back to the old view. Who ever is the UI developer and signed off on this needs to get a grip.
-
Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide you chat help is an absolute joke!! You decided to block my payment to HMRC and I’ve now spent 45 mins trying to get in touch with them!! Why block my payment??
