    @Eulalia91 @AskNationwide Has any slots available. But Asda just don’t care. I’m not £100 down and no food or anything totally screwed. They sent a email saying it’s been cancelled I said why didn’t you ring I’m sure something could have been done but nope. Just been in tears since 11 cos of it x

    @AskNationwide Oh Kiri, another generic response. Fortunately the financial ombudsman are helpful and have clarified that this unacceptable,that no timeframes have been given.Yes technology fails- Customer service is shocking now tho. I won’t be paying any of my account charges on time again.

    @AskNationwide @nikki79692361 @financialombuds I think this “building society” should be investigated by you on behalf of all their customers. I’m sure you can fine them for their poor level of service. If you can fine NatWest for washing money, you can fine Nationwide for not allowing access.

    @AskNationwide I have been checking my banking app every hour to see if the payment issues have resolved. Will it be sorted by the end of the day ?

    @YourMSTechDroid @AskNationwide You probably can but I wouldn’t risk it as I attempted to and it didn’t go through but still took the money from my account. I’m now £450 down and have to wait 7 days to get my money back.

    @AskNationwide I understand the issue, however nothing has been communicated to us via email or text. It wasn’t until I was paying for something after I had transferred money and it got declined, I checked my account. The lack of communication is very poor.
