@AskNationwide Hi Nathan yeah it was done online using my debit card for £29.99 I managed to find a contact number relating to the company under a very different name I've left a voicemail but don't hold much hope and hoping you can help with the consumers act of getting my refund

@AskNationwide @Hereweg77404901 @AskNationwide when will interest be reinstated to existing Flex & FlexPlus account customers? When BoE rates dipped you removed it pretty quick, now BoE rates are back up and there's radio silence on the issue (except for new customers). Where is the benefit for loyal members?

Disappointed not the word (maybe angry/frustrated) @AskNationwide twice to register mums death and now @HSBC_UK deleted my last power of attorney documents to help with dads finances. Whats going on :( (I have enough pressure to deal with)

@AskNationwide my partner @SadieIson was going through the switch service until the ID verification part when the website kicked her out, and now can’t complete the set up of her online banking or ID verification. Could you help her out please?!
