    @AskNationwide So fed up of this.5th time this has happened in less than 2 months. No "member" will be out of pocket but the company I have to pay and can't yet will suffer because I can't move money in or out. Utter Crap service. Time to take all my accounts and move to another bank I think.

    @daniellebxtch_ @AskNationwide Same the only person is my mum who is on holiday so her only way is to put it in my bank up until maternity leave I was working 3 weeks solid no break at times working my arse off it's a joke

    @Its_CCHogan @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Which bank do you have more problems with? I am genuinely interested as I have business and current accounts with Barclays, Santander and nationwide - however only ever have problems with NW,and the banking facilities they offer are less complex by far than those mentioned above

    @AskNationwide So my direct debits are ironically working fine but my salary hasn't gone in because of your delay. i also have a food shop arriving today what do you expect me to pay them with, fairy dust?

    @AskNationwide No disrespect but just copying and pasting the same to members does not help. Why don’t you get the CEO to make a statement to members apologising for this in a news letter and promise this will be looked into and reported back. This isn’t an isolated case it’s happening a lot ?

    @AskNationwide When is this issue going to be resolved I have a hormonal girlfriend and she needs feeding? You can tell her how long this is going to take I'd rather be fighting ww3 than tell her I can't feed her because of nationwide not sorting there problems out

    Cut along story short I had to contact my bank @AskNationwide raise a visa dispute as I had explained the whole situation but due to £262.17 pending I had to call back when I see the money taken from my account to raise it so my bank can investigate the problem & credit me back😤

    AGAIN ?!?! With your failures becoming so frequent, @AskNationwide, do I need to "budget" for YOUR failures to ensure I have money for petrol *on payday* in future? Not having a time-to-fix each time is atrocious customer service, and I call you out on even your internal SLAs.
