    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

    @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service
