    @AskNationwide If it’s any help they have a not on their door saying different closing times to the ones on the website which isn’t great really when you’ve looked on the website then turned up . They also have the normal sign that does have the correct times

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your reply, how embarrassing on my part. It highlights the issues renters face when attempting to save/apply for mortgages. Could Nationwide spearhead a campaign to utilise a tenants rent payment history as a risk reduction.

    @AskNationwide Yes tryed all that they say because it's a flex plus cannot be done over phone was over 3 hrs yesterday trying to get help but nobody could assist just said I would have to reapply creating another credit check very annoying that not one person could assist

    @AskNationwide my login details were stored in my computer, but not showing now. I can't find my customer number - only account and sort code. I don't have a card reader. Is there a way in?

    @AskNationwide Thank you I believe it would and also it would create a new generation of members. If people paid rent via Nationwide accounts and this tailored the deposit reduction, it would help everyone involved.

    @AskNationwide my bank card hasn’t been working in store/online, only using apple pay. I thought my address was the issue&changed it as I moved recently but it’s still not working. I have bills due now and I can’t pay for them. Is there any way I can sort this today?

    @AskNationwide I asked and they said to wait 14 working days which I have and then they said to get my money back they required your email/fax
