@AskNationwide We have. We are. We've sent a complaint. We were told an engineer would fix the boiler yesterday. We waited for 9 hours in a cold house. Today EXACTLY the same. We are on the phone constantly to your company.

@AskNationwide what's going on with your customer service? 6 weeks to get a response to a complaint, which you have apparently investigated without speaking to the complainant (which apparently, is impossible even in this connected world). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@AskNationwide We have home insurance with emergency repair cover and have been cancelled TWO DAYS RUNNING. Please help us. We are pleading with you. My wife is on hold right now ... so far 29 minutes, in a freezing house and freezing, crying child.

Appalling service by #nationwide @AskNationwide if I had the opportunity I’d take my business elsewhere. If you want a mortgage go elsewhere
