    Since moving our Apple App Store family to the Canada region we're having all sorts of problems. Older iOS devices that need to reinstall old versions of the app refuse to download; the @AskNationwide app isn't there in the Canadian store. Any other globe-straddlers solved this?

    @AskNationwide Can you confirm whether or not Nationwide invests in Israel? I'm a customer, but won't be for long if the answer is yes, so fingers crossed it's a no!

    @AskNationwide Correct details were used and money has not been received in friend's account,, which is a Nationwide Fleet Account. Surely funds would've been returned to my account if there was a problem?

    @AskNationwide Yes and it was acknowledged to be an ongoing issue two weeks ago, even though your status site says there's nothing wrong. Any chance of a progress update?

    @AskNationwide hi, my PIN is currently locked as i forgot it (but now remember) but can't unlock it at an ATM as i am currently abroad (even though i should be able to use the card internationally). are you able to help with this as i need to access my internet banking?

    @AskNationwide Thanks for replying. Obviously a corporate response that didn’t answer my question but that is what you are instructed to do. I’m not asking you to comment, but it’s not a good look for mutuality when shareholder run banks are giving their customers a better service.....
