    @AskNationwide "Sorry" doesn't really cut it this seems to be an extension of a problem earlier this month. For any customer I would have expected the basic banking function is to receive funds in the form of wages, pension etc and allocate to the correct account. If you can't manage that well!

    @AskNationwide Something badly wrong at nationwide when the same problem happens at critical times of year. Four times in a month is four times too often. Still no word on what the actual problem is?
