    @AskNationwide apparently there’s no issue with services? But not been able to access any of my accounts online or on the app. Is there a fix anytime soon? Got bills to pay 🙄

    And its soo unprofessional @AskNationwide for your customer support to hang up the call on me when i asked them to help so i can atleast use my card for food and travel fix this and give me my money

    @AskNationwide Good morning - wish to change the sort code and account number of a payee I pay regularly - have tried to change these details but cannot find where I can do this on-line in my account - keep going around in circles. Help. For some reason I cannot use DM today 🤬

    Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

    @AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that

    @AskNationwide can you explain why I have been trying to speak to someone in your complaints department for over a week and keep being promised a call back which doesn’t happen? Appalling customer service!
