what a shambles @AskNationwide. Twice to the bank to make a transfer today and systems were down. Made the payment using your banking platform and now the payment has gone missing. On hold for 40 mins and cut off, now been on hold for 25 mins.

@AskNationwide Your customer service team have cut off my call twice today and are refusing to let me speak to a senior member of your team. I am on the phone to your fraud department and for the last hour they have been trying to find a manager to escalate the situation to. Still holding

@AskNationwide I have been on hold for 1 hour and I still waiting for someone to help me. The CHAPS team have gone *** and your managers won't accept calls!!!!!!!! I have someone in the fraud team trying to get someone to take the call!!!
