@AskNationwide why are you still denying on social media there is still a problem ,yet in your branches they are admitting it. Your just making your customers and members even more stressed than the already are.

@AskNationwide Can't get through on the phone, was waiting earlier and got cut off, and now ringing doesn't even start the IVR. I've made other calls today with no issue.

@AskNationwide Hi again Emma. You are failing to respond to the fact you are telling everyone it’s all sorted, but it’s not. Where is my money? Are you staying publicly that you have no issues at all then? @financialombuds

@AskNationwide I even went into the branch in Stevenage in 2019. I was there about 1.5+ hours, they were not able to help. I used to have internet banking but now It seems I cannot get internet banking. I have tried to re-register but this does not work.

@AskNationwide was told I could not pay my adult sons Christmas money into their savings accounts today. Never had an issue before and under £100. So you expect one to take time off work and my SEND son to put himself at risk to go into a branch?😡

@AskNationwide my son (age 11) is trying to transfer money to my nationwide account and my husbands Barclays account. We are using the card reader and everytime we try it says there is a 'technical error' but your service availability says everything is fine. Please help

@AskNationwide He is doing it through the app and setting us up as new payees to do this using the card reader. We can complete the whole transaction but the app comes up with an error at the end and no payment is sent nor the payee saved
