@AskNationwide So yet another call back not returned. This is really poor customer service, particularly as I'm trying (and evidently failing) to become a new member of NBS. How do I raise a complaint. Or does that involve yrmet another phone call that won't be actioned or returned?

@sciolisthjf @MartinSLewis Several institutions try to make PoA operation as hard as possible even with a single attorney. @AskNationwide made it impossible, so in the end we closed the account - which itself took months of hoop-jumping. (The care home did wait for their fees rather than evicting.)
