    Avoid @AskNationwide they don't know what they are doing. I'm having to EXPLAIN how i chose to spend my Money. As I'm explaining NAS drives the call handler is looking up the equipment on the website i was trying to buy from

    @AskNationwide your age verification policy is a complete joke. You know the age of my teenager because you took all their details down when they opened their account. Now you’ve blocked their access to their account just as they have to pay their rent! Just crap.

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide the thing is you can’t just remove access to someone’s account without actually making every effort to tell them by email/text/in the app/whatever. The onus should be on the building society not on the member. Really poor service.

    @AskNationwide They used the chat functionality on the banking app. Directed them to write a long note and wait up to three days. Called customer support. No one in the age verification team available. Maybe there will be someone available tomorrow? But not helpful for this evening!
