    @rstar666 @AskNationwide @BBCNews So glad to see someone else asking about this. I have been having problems for a couple of months and was initially told it was just me. Have exchanged countless secure messages. Getting apologies now but no resolution. Having c card blocked today by IT error was last straw!

    @AskNationwide Cancelling customer’s cards and doing nothing about is appalling, the customer service even worse I’m done

    @AskNationwide Hi - are there delays with ISA applications? My confirmation said up to 15 working days but you will contact me by email and text during the process. I applied on 18/4 (16 working days) but have heard nothing. I have an application reference screenshot. Thanks.

    What a nightmare with @AskNationwide You have to use mobile or online banking, which I do not want, so I cannot pay any bills, their telephone banking will not help. I'm switching to @BarclaysUK their customer service is so much better - and I got to pay my bill!

    @AskNationwide This still has not been fixed and 3 weeks have passed since I reported it here, and it has been broken for at least 2 weeks before that. What is going on. Why hasn’t it been fixed yet?

    @AskNationwide On Hold at the moment (From other tweets looks like a long queue) but is there an issue with Nationwide card payments presently? Both my Credit+Current Accounts were declined for a £5 transaction despite plentiful funds?
