@AskNationwide Yes, it was disappointing not to be told it was a Nationwide error, as I’m on leave I wasn’t able to check with work, a message from Nwide would have sorted it. It was also disconcerting to see Nationwide trawling through all my accounts to debit money without letting me know

@AskNationwide I've tried a couple of sites and definitely an issue with online card payments. I got this message from amazon... Please check fund availability on this card or try a different payment method. Your order was placed, but will not ship until you complete your payment.....

@AskNationwide That is the line I called and spoke to someone and they ‘put me through’ to the fraud dept. I’ve just been cut off for the second time. Help please
