    @AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!

    Please, please @Tamara_Rajah help us. After 5 months of @AskNationwide mistakes we are about to lose our sale & purchase & our money. 56 day wait for complaint investigation - we lose everything on Friday. I'm on my knees begging you to help. PLEASE HELP US. We can't take it

    @AskNationwide Had to do this twice now with a triple access saving accounts V13 to v14. So you are saying you made v13 obsolete in weeks. Just do what other building societies and banks do and raise the rates on the existing accounts, your current practice looks (and is) underhand

    This may make me sound incredibly old but can anyone recommend a decent home insurance company with good service? @AskNationwide have increased mine by 40% with no claims made because “people in my area may have claimed for accidental damage during lockdown” and won’t reduce it.

    I am emotionally exhausted by the total ineptitude & misinformation provided by @AskNationwide’s #TheMortgageWorks - provided estimate of 5 weeks = 5 months & counting… Hopefully a report to @financialombuds will ensure TCF practices are actually adhered to. Absolutely awful. 😔
