    Shoutout to @AskNationwide Recently had to move to them as @HSBC_UK closed my account with no warning. Had a call from customer welfare checking I was ok. Both knew about my #mentalhealth what a contrast. 🙏 #Nationwide for valuing me. #MentalHealthMatters

    @AskNationwide I have logged into Internet Banking and some of my personal info has been pre-filled (helpfully) I’ve never had a problem with Nationwide applications in my 11 years of membership. I’ve seen Tweets saying people have been given ISA account numbers then told it can’t be processed

    @AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

    @AskNationwide Yeah I wondered if it was a glitch on the system. Unable to download a csv from any earlier than oct 2021. I presume this should still be possible?

    @AskNationwide Hi I’m trying to send my partner money for rent and other things I do this every week on Friday of £250 it keeps saying that correction transfer to and doesn’t send the money over I’ve never had this issue?

    @AskNationwide To put this in public. @AskNationwide have changed policy to only allow 15 months banking history. So you cannot easily do a tax return!! Just be aware. Very poor for the customer! Worth seeking alternative bank
