The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. 🌬️Yaga💨💨💨 (@Yaga_42o) reportedtoday I had to contact @AskNationwide because one of my kid trust fund account went missing from my banking app. Turns out the address was incorrect. No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.
