    @AskNationwide the contactless facility on my debit card has stopped working how do I order a new one ?

    @AskNationwide my debit card is cracked right through the middle, so the contactless isn’t working. It still works in machines with chip and pin, but I want a new one. Am I OK with reporting as lost/stolen via the app to get a new one? Or is there another way to get one please?

    Watch out, any FlexPlus customers hoping that the breakdown service is any good. My wife managed to get her car stuck and they refuse to come out as it's "not a breakdown". #chocolateteapot @AskNationwide

    Hello helpful @AskNationwide. Yesterday I called the nationwide call centre regarding issues with my app. They said they would get back to me but they haven’t yet. I wonder if you could see how long it may be? As I need to pay some bills!

    @CooperativeBank I transferred money from a savings account to a @AskNationwide account and it said it would be instant, but I haven't seen the money go through yet, however it has left my Coop account. Could someone help me? Thanks

    @AskNationwide we are having a problem adding a reference on a payment. Could it be the / In the reference that bounces it back
