Our 2 year fixed mortgage deal ends in February. Just checked with @AskNationwide and the same 2 year fix is £600 more than we're currently paying. SIX HUNDRED. Jesus. Can't even sell due to the building safety crisis. Trapped. #endourcladdingscandal

@AskNationwide you have shown absolute disregard and terrible customer service to support me as I’m dealing with fraud. I will never trust or recommend you to anyone again- to anyone reading this, do not bank with Nationwide #angry #frustrated #anxious

  • paul_mcquillan Paul McQuillan (@paul_mcquillan) reported

@AskNationwide The Nationwide Scam Protection Promise is that scams will be investigated within 35 working days. Its been 68 working days since I reported fraud by a Contractor and Nationwide have not started to investigate the case. Don't rely on Nationwide, report fraud to the police.

  • OakBe OakBe (@OakBe) reported

@AskNationwide pathetic customers service. On hold for 45 mins. Finally got through. Lady put me on hold to check something and I said “whatever you do don’t cut me off as I’ve been waiting for ages”. Guess what. Cut off! No call back either despite having my phone no. Disgraceful

  • Mike41250130 Mike (@Mike41250130) reported

@AskNationwide Chesham branch closed on a Saturday and appears nearly now all branches are. Branch Promise is not a promise worth making when as a customer who works during the week needs one at the weekend.🤬

@AskNationwide Okay, I have a pending transaction that definitely needs to be cancelled. Can you help with that?
