    @financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point itโ€™s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs ๐Ÿ™„

    Some absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

    @AskNationwide but I had an outstanding stipend that was supposed to be paid but was never made aware to me, I donโ€™t know if you can help check my account and send the last bank statements on the account please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ Itโ€™s very important so I can take the case to court so I can properly paid

    @AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?
