  @AskNationwide They definitely aren’t, wife’s account and daughters both having same issue, balances not updating or reflecting money paid in. It updated a few minutes ago and then has reverted to yesterday’s balance. Just tagged you for awareness as may wish to feed in.

  @AskNationwide The app issue has been ongoing for the last fortnight. I've restarted my device, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is glitches aplenty when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

  Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???

  @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

  @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

  @AskNationwide my current debit card expires on 31st, New card in my possession, some of my site updates have accepted the changes, others will NOT - until expiry has passed- is this normal?

  @AskNationwide So get Fraud alert that's not fraudulent, app closed down on me, 55 mins waiting on phone, drive to branch they can't help, back on phone 35mins 😤😤😤 fuming #complaint

  @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!
