    @AskNationwide They said within 24 hours they'd call, it's over 48 hours now and no call back. I appreciate you saying sorry, but for it to take over 2 weeks and still have no access to my money and no replacement card abroad it just feels like lip service.

    @AskNationwide It even came up on the app regarding issues and to try again later so clearly you just weren't informed as I and many others had the same issue thanks anyway but rather than claiming there's no issue try not commenting on something clearly above your pay grade as you always lie

    @AskNationwide my accounts have disappeared off my Internet banking app, I can't use my debit card, and every time I call the helpline it hangs up on me while I'm on hold. Please help! I'm hungry and I can't buy any food!

    @AskNationwide So you are offering new customers 5% on their current account whilst there has been no increase in the 0.5% rate on your 'Loyalty' saver despite all the BoE interest rate hikes - which you are passing on to mortgage customer immediately! How is that treating customers fairly?

    @AskNationwide I have changed banks to Nationwide and I find the app is not as good as other banks ie no transaction notifications. the log in process for the pc is old fashioned as well as the need for a card reader. When are you going to catch up with the others?

    @AskNationwide I pay £15 a month for the account and I have no access to it so I'm expecting to be refunded the £15 this month.

    @AskNationwide i transfered money to my loan account last monday, was given the wrong information. Over a week later and nationwide still cannot locate where my money has be sent to, even with the information they provided me with. Not happy with the service #nationwide
