    @santanderukhelp Again takes min 30minutes to be put in a different cue to be told you can't call me back so have to wait again.. Had enough customer service is horrendous never have this with nationwide or virgin @VirginMoney @AskNationwide

    Why @AskNationwide isn't your online Flex Account application system working ? why tell folk they can apply online when the bloody thing won't let you go through the steps to apply ?? why do the drop down choice boxes not work properly ??

    @AskNationwide Hi! Just had a call from a random mobile number and when I answered it said an amount has been stopped from being taken out my bank and press 1 to speak to someone, but put the phone down! Thought you might want to know

    @AskNationwide trying to get an update on an email my solicitor sent you 3 working days ago, cant exchange until we have this. Been on hold 35 mins so far to get hold of new business after being transferred!!

    Total farce from @AskNationwide breakdown service today. Sending an agent out to a flat battery with a flat battery pack and no jump leads. 3hours and counting for a simple job

    @AskNationwide 3rd day of trying to get FlexPlus quote for pre-existing medical. Sat - offered call back but no call. Sun - closed (but insurance website says open). Today >45m on hold no call back option. Increasingly thinking this is neither Flexible nor 'Plus'

    @AskNationwide applying for a mortgage and need to speak to someone about the application. Been on hold for 30mins+. In that time I have separately called my current lender and solicitor to sort everything out and I'm still on hold! Bad idea switching given service so far??
