@AskNationwide No, I won't DM you. I've wasted enough time on the phone with your bank over the last two days. You need to sort out your systems they are not working.

@AskNationwide I lost my passcode 4 years ago, I've been on the app to change it, I change it using the card reader, then it asks me to verify it the 2nd 4th number etc, it says doesn't match when I know it's right, what I just set up had this issue for years

@AskNationwide Hello, I have waited and waited on your live chat this evening, I have waited longer than 5 days, I have requested 3 times over last 2 months. I live rurally and nowhere near a branch and I want my money out of Nationwide, the service is ridiculous

  • seany85 Sean Craddock (@seany85) reported

@AskNationwide (2/2) is this because you simply don't know much about the company, and it's for a reasonably big sum (~3k?) as now I'm worried even with contracts that there's a danger. I don't see anything online about issue with them, what DO you 'know' when this alert appears?

@AskNationwide can you intervene to sort the issues with Lifestyle Services Group phone insurance website ? It's been a year and I'm still unable to register on their Nationwide-branded site. They clearly have IT issues that aren't being dealt with. Not good for your brand!

@AskNationwide were there issues with direct debits on credit cards today. I don’t have a dd set up but one was tried and reversed on my account.

  • AlisonMatheson Alison Matheson (@AlisonMatheson) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks, I thought you'd have a 24 hour helpline to help people stop a scam?

  • JohnEWark CJM (@JohnEWark) reported

@AskNationwide Been approved for a personal loan. Upon applying it states you should receive the loan within 48 hours (if accepting faster payments). Now told to wait 3 -5 working days. Why the change of terms?
