@AskNationwide Sheffield branch closed until March. Meadowhall branch no counter service. 60 mile round trip to get our own money out? No thanks. Closing account ASAP.

@AskNationwide I'm confident at using your online banking, it just massively aggravates me l, that I have to use my card reader to add new payees each time. Is there a way around this? Surely my log in code or being sent a OTP code each time would be easier and less time consuming.

@AskNationwide You need to open up the iPhone app geography though - Ukrainian refugees can't install it. It only works if iPhone is set up as UK. Android app doesn't have this problem

@TSSNI can you help or direct me to somewhere I can get this looked into? @AskNationwide if food has been delivered cold, am I able to request a visa chargeback as the goods are not as described?

@AskNationwide How can I cancel a DD with you and within a good amount of time, and you still give access to @UtilitaEnergy to withdraw over £600 from my account for 1 months gas and electric use?!? This world is MAD! I want my money back!!! Just robbing us blindly!!!

  • LuckyClover1995 Chloe (@LuckyClover1995) reported

@AskNationwide just tried to deposit money via ATM. It took the envelope and cancelled the transaction but didn’t return the money! Help?!

@AskNationwide @Sibby_Sibthorpe Or send a screenshot of our tweets to Customer relations? You shouldn’t make it difficult to give feedback.

@AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

@AskNationwide For the last year, several of my account debit cards have not been appearing in online banking or in the app. Noone can fix it in C/S & my formal complaint sent weeks ago has been ignored. #sortitoutnationwide #nationwidemayhem

@AskNationwide Yes it is set up and the problem seems to have resolved itself with the bonus of me saving nearly an extra £3 this month
