    @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

    @educationgovuk I hear I being charged 2.50 being late. At a very top Pri - School. It is not going to happen @Uber_Support. We Charge back @AskNationwide...you will pay my money back. There are cameras...I challenge the British Company working with Chinese Company in Shenzhen...pull out the CCTV.

    @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

    @AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card
