    @AskNationwide Have just tried to access the Nationwide banking App but it states I need to re-enrol to safeguard my accounts. Is there a specific reason for this happening or is this just a new security protocol?

    @AskNationwide I can use the app no problem. I wont be able DOWNLOAD the app unless i chane country. Why is the app not available to download in Canada?

    @AskNationwide No problem I went into a branch as I wanted to change the direct debit date of a loan from it being in the middle of the month to the start. I looked on nationwide website and it says call into branch which I did but I was then told it can only be done by phone
