@AskNationwide It might all be working normally but there is still money missing from my account

  • anujmor anuj morjaria (@anujmor) reported

@MrChewie Your 2nd point really gets me. In 2010 @AskNationwide were happy to lend me £118,500 on my flat with a gr doubling every 20 years starting at £400pa. In 2020 @AskNationwide REFUSED to lend to my buyer unless I capped gr in perpetuity at £300PA! It cost me £27,000 to fix this !!!

  • thepurplewitch_ Lauren Peace (@thepurplewitch_) reported

@AskNationwide Still an apology doesn't do much, with late payments which ends up destroying my credit. Sick of this bank always having problems. I think I will be changing in the new year.

  • JonnytheRob Jonathan Robinson (@JonnytheRob) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks for the response Ashley, I do find it frustrating that I have not had any reduced working or holiday since the pandemic started yet a lot of required services seem to be hiding behind it as an excuse (sorry, that's just the way I feel).

  • Mollylou1988 Lou (@Mollylou1988) reported

@AskNationwide yesterday when your system. Messed up I tried to make several payments that didn't work but you still took the amounts a pending you took over 150 pending now I have no way to access that what's happening

  • natasha_prigg Natasha Prigg (@natasha_prigg) reported

@AskNationwide The issue is still not resolved. A payment is not showing up in my son’s flex one account. I was the sender (from another bank) and it’s confirmed as leaving my account. This was on Tuesday.

  • TeachMsWilliams SW (@TeachMsWilliams) reported

@AskNationwide @AnalystEarth2 It’s very clearly not working properly. I have a payment of £850 missing and it’s coming up to 36 hours since it was sent. It has not bounced back to the sender’s account (my partner). I need this resolving as it’s our bill money!

  • Sdutaut Steven Dutaut (@Sdutaut) reported

@AskNationwide I sent money to another account in my name yesterday evening in a series of payments, and only 2 arrived out of 6. It is therefore surprising to see you claim that the problem is sorted.

  • enyledzamora Enyled Zamora (@enyledzamora) reported

@AskNationwide Still waiting for my payment. No even a respond or updates. This customer service is so terrible

  • jof_turner Joseph Turner (@jof_turner) reported

@AskNationwide so mortgage interest rates have risen, other interest rates have risen, but interest rate on my help to buy stays at 1% when it was originally 2.4% at the time I opened it. Explain?
