    @AJMB75 @HelenYaffe @AskNationwide That’s terrible!

  • proogs Peter Scandrett (@proogs) reported

    @AskNationwide Thanks, though the message actually began "I was chatting with you last night via the livechat system about the letter you received." which suggests it came via the online chat support person rather than IT! It'd be good to know if the emails bounced back or weren't even sent.

  • mcinally_scott Scott Mcinally (@mcinally_scott) reported

    @AskNationwide It has been more than 5 working days

  • DeepinLakebirds 50 plus Angry Grumpy Old sod (@DeepinLakebirds) reported

    @AskNationwide Obviously nationwide don't care about existing customers. I will be transferring my current account in the coming weeks! Pretty piss poor customer service really. I've been a customer since they took over the Anglia BS and were the Nationwide Anglia. Well your choice. Bye bye.

  • AJMB75 Alan Beare 🇨🇺✊🇵🇸 (@AJMB75) reported

    @HelenYaffe @AskNationwide They also closed it while I was changing banks using the Current Account Switching Service meaning I no longer qualified for a £175 switching incentive from my new bank.

  • annabelchan88 Annie (@annabelchan88) reported

    @AskNationwide hi I’ve been trying to do a switch joint account online since Thursday but keep getting an error message after the credit check page…can someone please help? I want to just do it online if possible

  • proogs Peter Scandrett (@proogs) reported

    @AskNationwide Well, I had an online chat the other day (alluded to in the thread) and then got the message quoted in this thread. I'm dubious about the explanation I've had. Is there a policy document anywhere that explains what email domains can and can't be used for customer comms, please?

  • robcruss Rob C (@robcruss) reported

    @AskNationwide Our mortage is up for renew in Jan and would like to discuss our options. We have looked online to do it ourselves but feel a chat with someone would help

  • cjamob colin James (@cjamob) reported

    @AskNationwide Thanks Pauline, I've used the advice and made application to make international transfer. I did this last Saturday (over 7 days ago) and it's not left my account. I'm returning their own money transferred to me...if there was a problem with the transaction I would like to know 😔

  • paul_mcquillan Paul McQuillan (@paul_mcquillan) reported

    @AskNationwide You are my account provider; why do you think I am sending these tweets to Nationwide? @Debbiecrosbie1, you know, I pay Nationwide every month for this customer service; its hilarious, right; I pay for this!
