@AskNationwide Have already logged a complaint, have been told nothing can be done and complaints take 5 working days to process. Unless that information is wrong like the previous things I’ve been told? What’s another week when you’ve waiting 4.. that’s if I still have a house to actually buy.

@AskNationwide Yes the live chat helpfully directs me to call the number I’ve been calling for the past 3 days where I’m told there is nothing that can be done to help… really @Nationwide you can’t do anything to help after all the errors you’ve made on my application?

@AskNationwide Once again waiting and worrying about whether Nationwide clear funds meant in my account. We all understand one offs but you have to admit this is getting regular! and who was paid the £60 goodwill payment the other mth due to the issues as I never got a penny....

@steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide Yeah normally I would think it’s inconvenient but it will be sorted, today I have 45 mins maximum to leave for a wedding and avoid traffic etc if not I don’t make it. I feel so sick and just signed up to Lloyds, won’t help this month but this has to be the end for me

@darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide I've just checked again but not there yet , had a crap month having had to put our cat to sleep after a big vet bill before that so it's been spending pennies all month and really wanting to see my wages today, I don't get the lying though that there's no issues with systems

@AskNationwide as we speak I'm changing back to Barclays. It's not enough that you think it's ok to lie to people about systems being down etc but then to not admit because if complaints you try to lower yourself to deceive people with lies about it being a dwp problem. Bye NW
