    @AskNationwide 2/3 ...journey to visit my 85-year old mother who came out of hospital today over the Christmas period. Had we been informed there were issues with incoming payments we would have been able to work around this. Please sort asap! 😠

    @AskNationwide It has been hours now. Hours, with no estimation of timescale to resolve this issue or real explanation as to why this has happened. People are want to access their hard-earned money. Please work on this overnight and have it be resolved by tomorrow morning.

    Hi, @AskNationwide. I understand you’re having major online issues having switched to Microsoft Azure. I assume whoever made the decision to use that system, which has been proven to be substandard, will be sacked. But there’s a simple fix. Your I.T. department will be (1 of 2)
