Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.   @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

  @Mattcarpfisher @AskNationwide Always had amazing service in branch. I have been trying all afternoon to get through to Aviva contact to give the details of my medical conditions. I have tried on line, on the phone, waiting on both occasions over 20 mins without further contact. What is happening. And when i have gone to one line it just gave me the website, which already i am holding onto but have had not response. And for your info. I went through the app to the chat box and they said they would get me a human but nothing happened and later i pressed 1 for a call back. Nothing. ****** the time i have spent without solving the problem is 3 hours. This is nuts i have a job and trying to do this is ridiculous. Such a shame it cant be done in the branch.
