    @AskNationwide is the banking app down ?

  • ac3rca M4rcus (@ac3rca) reported

    @AskNationwide here's a thought, I've been a loyal Nationwide customer for 15+ years, however if I leave for another bank I get £175-£200, but if I was a new customer joining Nationwide I'd get £200. What if I'm loyal and stay? Nothing? How's that seem fair?

  • Jo04979039 Joanne Hazzard (@Jo04979039) reported

    @AskNationwide Thank you it appears to be working again now

    @AskNationwide might wanna look at the app can't gain access telling me it unavailable

  • LondonHotspur London Hotspur (@LondonHotspur) reported

    @AskNationwide I was already told someone would be in touch first thing today. I was also told my funds would be returned by 6pm last night. Neither of those things have happened. Ridiculous service.

    @AskNationwide can someone help ?

  • Keeponmovingon1 sammy (@Keeponmovingon1) reported

    @AskNationwide do you have a separate phone line for vulnerable people to discuss banking issues?

  • kennyofstand Kenny (@kennyofstand) reported

    @AskNationwide Henry Jordan recently said “Ask existing members are now and to access rates below 5% regardless of product or fee.” I’m an existing member with a NW mortgage moving home yet this doesn’t apply as I’m apparently a “new customer”. So rather unfair/misleading!

    @AskNationwide What help do you offer disabled people? One person person lost £8,954.35 Nationwide funds plus income from 17.2.2020 to 2022 in the end PIP was closed they ended up with no income, no home, no bank account I wonder what happens to the £8,954,35

    @AskNationwide I #remortgaged with u and thought it had all gone thru but Enact Conveyancing didn't tell me there was a problem-I had 15 days in which I could have resolved this!! and now I've had to pay an additional £400. Are you going to reimburse me for this cockup of yours?
