@AskNationwide Is this the same issue as you had at the end of December? If so, your CEO should be sacked without compensation. If not, your IT supremo should be sacked without compensation. Totally unacceptable service yet again.

@AskNationwide So Nationwide UK have regular problems with payments yet do nothing to help. I've been without electricity since this morning I'm now sitting in the dark still waiting for my money to arrive. No help just the offer to log a complaint that will take 5 days. Shameful
