    @AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that

    @GBPolitcs @danwootton @AskNationwide All under threat and coercion of having my account frozen and closed...which lets be honest, we all know that'll happen anyway, they just need to be able to say they followed due process. It is invasive, dystopian and leaves vulnerable service users at risk of having access to

    @AskNationwide apparently there’s no issue with services? But not been able to access any of my accounts online or on the app. Is there a fix anytime soon? Got bills to pay 🙄

    @sjwhite00 @AskNationwide Hi Simon, we're sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Our team are currently looking into this. In the meantime, you can make a manual transfer using your HyperJar account number and sort code in the Profile Tab of your app.

    @Angela_M_Price @AskNationwide Their customer service is appalling! I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. It not for much longer! They ‘lost’ £600 of my money!!

    @AskNationwide Is there someone I can speak to about your insurance that is Nationwide not RSA. I am so upset with the way I have been treated by them you are losing a banking customer. I feel nationwide should be aware that the lack of support from RSA reflects directly on you.

    @AskNationwide latest app update no longer allows payment to credit card with 'zero balance', despite a large pending balance! Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!
