Hey @AskNationwide I’ve just been forced to drive miles to the nearest branch to pay a cheque in, as you closed my local one, only to find it unexpectedly shut and the cash point not working!! The Post Office don’t take cheques either. How am I expected to access my account??

@AskNationwide Just tried this, but as I expected the same thing happens. You have to have a current ac to open a flexi saver ac. So after entering website, applying for acc you're then directed to sign in to website,+ back to square one. Please sort it+stop getting me to investigate it 4 u.

@AskNationwide Yes it was a PayPal direct payment, which should have cleared straight away... I'm worried now at the whereabouts of this payment. I have entrusted nationwide by switching via CASS and you've let me down.. what are you going to do about it?
