    @AskNationwide I'm not exactly sure I'm a new customer they didn't say which bank account I asked to join nationwide they received my address I think they had my email and number on the system as it took me two times to pop in to set up. Might have been a flex basic account

    @AskNationwide joined nationwide over ten days ago I was told I receive a letter in the post with my details between 1 and 10 working days nothing has arrived it's been 10 days. Nationwide hasn't asked me for my email or phone number so don't know why either. What should I do?

    @AskNationwide Please could the ability to skip a standing order be added to your app? At the moment you can only amend or cancel them via the app but in order to skip one you have to log in online. A lot of faff to do something that could be a couple clicks on the app. Thanks!

    @AskNationwide I rather suspect the payment gateway is at fault, not anything my end, I have had no issues with any other sites I have used and bought things from all weekend.
