@AskNationwide hi is there a problem with the app? I’ve got a new phone and trying to log in. It keeps saying that my information is incorrect. I’ve tried logging in with two different account numbers and my mortgage account. I need to get in to pay a bill by tomorrow.

. @KLM_UK Hello - I’m owed compensation due to a recent experience - I’ve been speaking to your customer team about but now they’re saying they can’t transfer it to my current account (@AskNationwide) even though I’ve provided an IBAN. Now offering a travel voucher. Why??? 😤🙄😑
