RichieDabbs (@rdaborn) reported@AskNationwide I don't usually say this sort of thing but I logged into my online bank and the layout and format change of one of the most ghastly awful changes I have seen of this type. The old layout was clear, detailed and had everything to hand. The new one.

Diglit Dear. (@diglitpie) reported@AskNationwide I cannot get into the Nationwide app or get online both using WiFi and 5g. This has gone on for over a week. I have deleted app and reloaded app, turned WiFi router on and off but still no joy on IPhone or IPad. Please help. Thanks.

Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
