    @AskNationwide @dave69415082 People at nationwide keep saying working to fix it ASAP Iv been waiting since 9am for this to be fixed my entire day has been scuppered. People shouldn’t be made to wait for their own moneies. For me my entire day has caused me to have a flare up of fibromyalgia

    @Tmcg12340 @AskNationwide It's bad enough what state folk are left in without access to money without them adding insult to injury by saying they make provision for vulnerable people. Your absolutely right, bet the boss doesn't struggle to access his £500 a day expenses.x

    @BBCNews @AskNationwide this is disgraceful now. I'm assuming you're going to offer a goodwill compensation to your customers for yet ANOTHER payment issue that is your responsibility! For the sake of keeping any of your customers beyond this point, I suggest you give it a consideration.

    @AskNationwide @SkylarrosePhil4 That service status update was written 2 hours ago. When will this problem be fixed? Honestly this is a shambles. Its unfair to people who have no other means. I need access to my money to buy shopping. I have a child at home. Its completely unacceptable

    @AskNationwide fantastic I'm so glad standing orders and direct debits are working normally so they've been able bounce straight back, I'm assuming I can claim all incurred costs of returned direct debits, late payment fees etc?
