@AskNationwide Funnily enough, via DM you have advised that I try your webchat service which now tells me that it can’t help and I should call the mortgage team. Don’t you think we’ve tried that?! They’re the ones we’re complaining about! Absolutely appalling customer service with no care

  • McDona1d Iain McDonald (@McDona1d) reported

Can you @AskNationwide CEO Debbie Crosby why your customer care is so absolutely awful? No response, poor service, letters from bots - no point having account benefits if they’re poor quality with zero support from Nationwide when it goes wrong. NBS7658000 refers Many thanks.

@AskNationwide Your mortgage customer service is just awful. I have been told it could be up to 3 months before my mortgage query is answered. Beyond poor!!

@AskNationwide I'm confused. Are you suggesting I wrote that greeting myself? I certainly didn't and no one else has access to my account.

@AskNationwide How does the building society justify the high salary for the new CEO @Debbiecrosbie1 .. There a numerous issues and saver numbers are dropping ..

  • spoke_n H (@spoke_n) reported

@AskNationwide so why did my insurance premium drop by 30% this year? Did the law change and force you to give me the same deal as a new customer? So you’ve been massively overcharging me for years, legal yes, ethical, no. Treating customers fairly, no!!

@AskNationwide Thank you. I think this must be a common issue for backpackers. The system is very clunky. The assumption for a long standing client should be that they are trusted when the sum is relatively small and represents a very low % of the total transactions.

@AskNationwide Can you please fix a way to sign into the web OR install the mobile banking app on an iPhone locked to Ukraine? One of our guests has to use Safari and SMS authentication fails because every time you send an SMS to her phone it forces a page refresh in Safari.

@AskNationwide He’ll know approximately, but NW looked at the wrong one. I think it’s down to NW to investigate until they find the offending one. Can you work on a date range of say a week? He was regularly withdrawing cash. He will have drawn up to £7,000 and the erroneous sum was £70!
