@AskNationwide And there we are...a robotic response. Mike people like myself are vulnerable and have special needs, the uncertainty and robotic replies are making things worse. Please can someone at nationwide just be honest and acknowledge there's an issue.?

  • Paul96626327 Paul (@Paul96626327) reported

@AskNationwide now saying you hope to have our money in our account within the next hour. So obviously there's some sort of issue. But yet again we're all being kept in the dark

  • astroangelxo angel (@astroangelxo) reported

@Claire11152715 @AskNationwide Their system is definitely down again, but instead of just holding their hands up, apologising and admitting it they are trying to play it off to everyone. Terrible service, at least be direct with those using it!

  • astroangelxo angel (@astroangelxo) reported

@AskNationwide And what about last time when there was no updates and it took hours past this time for payments to go in? It’s never taken this long and everyone else is saying the same. Check your system please! People have lost out on food slots and all sorts, terrible.

  • Mikeyvex81 MikeyMoo (@Mikeyvex81) reported

@Claire11152715 @AskNationwide Never had an issue. Has always been in right after midnight but today is odd. There's a problem obviously

  • Paul96626327 Paul (@Paul96626327) reported

@AskNationwide everyone having the same problem not received there money. There is obviously an issue Kyle so stop lying because as customers we have a right to know.

  • NatashaWarren_ Natasha Warren (@NatashaWarren_) reported

@ChicandSparkle1 @AskNationwide Yeah I always wait up so I can transfer into my savings always seems to be a problem with nationwide and payments these days I’m thinking of switching banks

  • Paul96626327 Paul (@Paul96626327) reported

@AskNationwide So there is a problem? If there wasn't you wouldn't need to look into it. It might be early hours but we all need access to our funds immediately

  • wmo1190 Michael (@wmo1190) reported

@AskNationwide @Rhona_Johnston I haven’t had money in either please address the issue instead of hiding the fact nationwide is a problematic bank which is losing its credibility by the second

  • BackofBeyondS35 Richard Fletcher (@BackofBeyondS35) reported

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Waiting here on 2 payments, always in by 0030. It's ok to keep repeating the same reply over and over, but the number of tweets you are getting indicates that there IS an issue and I'm disappointed that @AskNationwide suggests otherwise.
