    @AskNationwide @Debbiecrosbie1 Thanks, I really want Nationwide to help too. I have asked many times if the Fraud investigation could begin. It’s been 15 weeks since I first reported it. It would be great if you could confirm it has begun.

    @thealexfreed @AskNationwide Strangely unwilling to honour your obligations when money is stolen from your customers. It’s like they are robbed twice. Once by the thief. Once more by your fraud team who refuse to help.

    @AskNationwide Why so you can say oh call this number they will help you it’s ok I will be transferring everything to my @bancosantander you had your chance a couple times and the service is terrible no help or care in the world for your customers

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to register for Online Banking - cant remember my passcode. Tried re-registering and it errors after I input my details. Also don't have any emails or documents with my mortgage account number on - are you able to provide that to me?

    @AskNationwide Got a msg saying theres a prob setting up my new PCA & I had to call.Waited 40 mins to be told that the team I needed to speak to was closed for the w/end & the issue would be raised as a priority & someone would contact me. No one has Not happy!

    @AskNationwide why are you taking longer than 8 weeks to reply to complaints? Initially you said 5 working days.. now on week 9.5… in the meantime mortgage rates have trebled @MartinSLewis
