Cheerio @AskNationwide the absolute worst bank ever. System went down 3 days before Christmas 2021 leaving me needing to exit a shop with my card being declined. And now my wages not available due to “an error” disgraceful organisation ❌❌❌

@AskNationwide I called UK insurance for a medical upgrade for my flexplus holiday insurance. I've had no email to accept/pay the upgrade and I can't login the portal to do it either. Do I really have to wait half hour on the phone again to sort this?
