    @AskNationwide Struggling to contact Nationwide about customer service issues. Prepared lengthy email of appalling customer service from Aviva, insurance partner….but Nationwide don’t accept emails! Tried their chat…a wasted hour!

    @AskNationwide but I had an outstanding stipend that was supposed to be paid but was never made aware to me, I don’t know if you can help check my account and send the last bank statements on the account please 🙏🏿 It’s very important so I can take the case to court so I can properly paid

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:

    @AskNationwide As a customer for over 15 years I'm gutted (again) that I'm not part of the fair sharer. Every time is a sad moment. Don't know what I'm doing wrong to miss such privileges even though I've been on your website to check

    @AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail

    @AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
