    @AskNationwide Why is it taking so long to fix this payments issue? Not a word of it on your Twitter account, and no estimates of when it will be fixed.

  • IvorThomas19 The Raging Moon (@IvorThomas19) reported

    @AskNationwide I asked exactly what has caused this outage. How happy is your CEO about it ? TEN HOURS AND COUNTING AND STILL NOT FIXED ARE YOU TRULY A REAL BANK or Boris Johnson’s track and trace !!!!!!

  • shansmilesss well **** then (@shansmilesss) reported

    @AskNationwide … if it’s the same issues because that’s ***************

  • tammiew tamara wall (@tammiew) reported

    @AskNationwide can I ask when people sending me payments will be able to do it ? It’s Christmas what an awful time for your systems to brake?

  • natalie40015794 natalie thomson (@natalie40015794) reported

    @AskNationwide this is an absolute shambles! Your banking system is causing nothing but problems every month! Single mums like myself relying on wages being paid into my account by tomorrow. Can't give a timeframe! Load of nonsense!! Get your act together

  • CarolineElsson Caz Elsson (@CarolineElsson) reported

    @AskNationwide any idea when payment issues will be fixed? I’ve been waiting for a transfer since 7am and that person hasn’t been asked to resend it. That’s money just sat in Limbo and it’s taking the p*** a bit now.

  • JD_Stutz1 wadiyatalkinabeet (@JD_Stutz1) reported

    @AskNationwide When is your bug going to be fixed I currently have no electric and I’m unable to cook food as I was waiting for some Christmas money and I now cannot access any of it, it’s cold and I can’t eat. Thanks merry Christmas

  • Lorro_K Lorro ☆ (@Lorro_K) reported

    @AskNationwide your site says that in person payments should still work but they don't. So now I can't send or receive money or use the card in person and you have no timescales for when this will be fixed. What am I supposed to do now?!

  • admiralross2400 admiralross2400 (@admiralross2400) reported

    @AskNationwide @saraheds123 No offense, but it's been all day. Some people are literally struggling. No pay but direct debits are still leaving. I'll be switching my account asap. I can understand issues but your complete lack of actual information is appalling

  • t_stanners Tom Stan (@t_stanners) reported

    @AskNationwide I’m told my employer that due to an issue at your end my pay this month may be delayed, can I assume all overdraft fees will be suspended during this period?
