  Hi @AskNationwide The app isn’t working for me either! It hasn’t been working since last night. Keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I have restarted the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work.

  @financefraz @AskNationwide Its a shame @AskNationwide are poor at managing customers though. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

  @AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄

  @MartinSLewis @Zopa @AskNationwide Hi Martin, help required CAB no one available to help, complaints in with both Zopa and nationwide but they are both passing the buck. Zopa sent Nationwide money via Zap, the money was to an old nationwide account which is closed. I was told the
