    @AskNationwide On your website. Any town or city currently served by Nationwide Building Society will continue till at least till January 2024, Then why have you sent letters that the Tilehurst Branch will be closing Thursday 3rd November. I have started a petition

    @AskNationwide That’s the number I’ve kept having to call and had all the problems with with of getting cut off etc. I’ve so far wasted close to an hour and half of my day on the phone.

    @AskNationwide #homeinsurance Just been advised by your home emergency claims team that following a 3am emergency call out yesterday, that you won’t replace parts in my main toilet cistern as I have another working toilet! Surely this is a joke???

    4. @AskNationwide once again round of this weeks list, they’re offering £100 for new customers to switch to one of their Flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

    @AskNationwide I have asked him to do that. I am just explaining that it is difficult for me now with no money and it is your fault this has happened. Not my bank's fault. Santander told me that. There is obviously an issue with you. It normally works perfectly fine every week.

    @AskNationwide six attempts to get through. Twice I’ve been cut off, twice it’s been silence and once I got put through to the wrong department. All this because your website is broken. Been with nationwide since I was a kid but really thinking of leaving
