@AskNationwide Hi, is there a problem with mobile banking? It's telling me that I have to restart the app but it keeps bringing up the same error page, is there any way to fix this? I have checked and I have the latest version of the app.

@AskNationwide Nope cus I've never had issues before. It has now worked but I think you had some issues with your service as I could transfer between my own accounts fine.

@annie_slinn @AskNationwide We had to call yesterday, and @AskNationwide were wonderful, didn't remember my phone banking log in and was able to access using card reader. Made a tricky situation much easier. Thanks

@AskNationwide @leanneram88 My daughter is having the same issue trying to send me money on the app. It's just really laggy and works up until the final 'Make payment button' when it says 'There was a problem with the transaction'. She's going to give it a while and then try again.

@Yorkshire_BS Used to like DetyysBS until the shark @AskNationwide took them over so went to YBS in my local town then they shut it down! Now theres only 1 NatWest in the town & nothing else! Now don’t like any bank or BS & sooner keep my money under the mattress & get about the same int rate!

@AskNationwide Bar staff, table waiting staff, shop staff are all working in the public and not behind a screen. Bank staff are behind a screen, not mixing with the public. Whether they are open until 2 or 5, it makes no difference.

@AskNationwide I'm disgusted with your service. For the second time this year, your fraud team have placed a block on my card with no explanation. I called you today to get it removed but you were closed, your colleague on your website couldn't help. 😠😠😠😠
