    @AskNationwide New Customer opened account last week, can't set up a Payee because "you can't verify me" despite me having a card reader Now logged in today amd all my pending transactions are showing as pending and completed leaving me with over Β£300 missing. Whats going on? Terrible start

    @AskNationwide 2 things. I have push notifications on and they work. No issues there. But how do I get this for payments in and out? I.e. I paid someone Β£10 etc.

    @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a β€œWe need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?
