@AskNationwide Want to open account for son, website says can NOT open a Flex One account in branch, says I can only do it online, then says I need to come into branch because using a birth certificate as ID. How stupid is this, Nationwide is literally the worst at helping its customers.

@AskNationwide How long is the limit set for? Is it meant to reset daily/weekly or what? Just wondering as I've only made a couple of small (sub £30) transactions today and the issue was present on both.

@few1971 @AskNationwide I think this is more of an issue with Direct Debits, a thing from the dark ages that needs to be updated IMO.

@AskNationwide Can anyone help me please? Im trying to apply for another loan, it’s asking for my existing account no and I’m putting in what it says on my online banking but it’s not working. It now says I’ve entered it incorrectly too many times. Can anyone help please? Megan
