@tanyamaymurph @AskNationwide But you would need to explain why you think Nationwide should compensate you for being out of pocket due to their IT error and if you can’t cover all corners then it won’t be happening. So if you’re out of pocket, it’s your own fault.

@AskNationwide I understand the issue, however nothing has been communicated to us via email or text. It wasn’t until I was paying for something after I had transferred money and it got declined, I checked my account. The lack of communication is very poor.

@AskNationwide @nikki79692361 @financialombuds I think this “building society” should be investigated by you on behalf of all their customers. I’m sure you can fine them for their poor level of service. If you can fine NatWest for washing money, you can fine Nationwide for not allowing access.

@AskNationwide Thanks but when checking the Nationwide website and the app at 0730 this morning the message was no issues and it as all green. (Since changed) Payment from the external bank immediately was returned with warning the recipient could not receive the payment and to try again later.

Getting sick now of @AskNationwide being down all the time…can’t get our money, can’t transfer our money..can’t even see our money. Get it sorted…it’s a Christmas and you’re making us more miserable than Boris and that’s saying something. #nationwide
