    @AskNationwide It's just an image that says "We couldn't process your payment you need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you've spoken to them please come back." I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they just say it's blocked on O2's side and send me back to O2.

    @AskNationwide It’s a payment using a debit card I have saved in the Barclaycard app that I always use without any issues

    @AskNationwide I'm in Mexico and trying to book an Airbnb with my credit card but nationwide will not verify the payment. The app keeps stopping and the text verifications aren't working.
