    @AskNationwide chat service has to be one of the worst. Constantly crashes & wipes previous discussion so you start over. Hope you do something about it soon and make it fit for purpose! Having to make calls because chat is so poor wastes valuable time.

    @AskNationwide so is your internet bank and app now down?? This is not scheduled maintenance. Any connection with yet another payment meant to arriving earlier today that didn't!
