    @TheSmirkingApe I used to go there regularly. Best avoided now. It's basically bomalia. @AskNationwide have their head office there, they're both importing indians to work in Swindon, and therefore help with Swindon's enshittification AND outsourcing call centre jobs to india.

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying there’s a service issue. I don’t stay at the address that’s on my account but I have received letters to my current address

    Not sure if it's @TheAA_UK or @AskNationwide who are not great but after 18 years breaking down on the motorway and being told someone will be here in 4 hrs when your 15 mins from Edinburgh is blowing my mind!!!!
