    Every Christmas @AskNationwide does the same thing. Delays people payments and leaving their customers without wages. It’s very disgusting. If you want function as a building society then shut down.

    @_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I've had the same issue, no heating/ hot water for 5 days now and keep getting fobbed off 'issue with trades'. We have vulnerable people in the property but this hasn't made any difference! Called CET 20 times to chase, not once had a call from CET to explain what's happening!

    @AskNationwide @lifeasiknowit_3 it is we need that money so we can get our shopping and pay bills but nationwide are no help at all

    @AskNationwide absolutely brilliant that your banking has gone down and didn’t tell customers 🙃. Got my sainsburys delivery scheduled today but they can’t take payment. A few days before Christmas and won’t be able to get delivery again before this excellent
