    So I'm trying to switch my bank from @AskNationwide to @firstdirect @firstdirecthelp whu am I being told I cant as nationwide aren't part of switch service? Is this correct and how do I go about this now as I switched to get the £175

    @AskNationwide couldnt get 2 separate payments through this morning to, two different companies. Used another card , different bank. No issues at all.

    @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues
