    @AskNationwide @FranatAFI I can't access online banking either at the moment. Keep getting error message about "we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties". The app is fine though

    @AskNationwide No - we are trying to use the card reader to access our customer number so we can log in online. This is for my son. The card is blocked, therefore we can’t use the card reader to get the cust number

    @AskNationwide It won’t let me phone you guys now as lines are closed….what is going on? I’m sat here so stressed out and in tears please help me! Still can’t access my accounts!
