    @AskNationwide Trying to send money to my daughter who has nationwide account to buy my grandchildren Xmas presents money sent but she can’t access it. Looks like a new bank account to be opened as this is to frequent

    Shocking “customer service” from @CET_UK “home emergency” as part of @AskNationwide home insurance. 6 days without heating and hot water and continuously told they “can’t do anymore for me today” to get it fixed.

    @AskNationwide This is not acceptable! We have bills coming out that have not been paid because of your issues with wages being paid into our account. I’m unable to collect my Christmas food shop because the money is not in there and should be! I now don’t have Christmas dinner for my girls!
