    @AskNationwide I did. I’m looking to speak to your complaints department ASAP. Our only experience with your insurance service and it’s been abysmal. Not at all commensurate with the level of customer service a so say valued customer should be entitled to as a bare minimum? So disappointed

    @madamelebun @AskNationwide Yep, my mobile banking app has been down for over 24 hours now, Downdetector and another site are reporting problems at Nationwide with the app and mobile banking, yet Nationwide's own website is claiming services are working as normal.

    What a surprise @AskNationwide down again 😭 why is it ALWAYS when I go out with my toddler trying to be Independent and end up looking like I don't have money in the bank - card declines.. there's a message on the app saying its down, It's always down, hard in a cashless society
