@AskNationwide Hi, how can I request my PIN to be resent and a card reader to be sent too. Received my letter post finally today and neither have arrived. I won't have any access to my money over Christmas.

@AskNationwide They have been told this is covered on their insurance but still no joy. The house is absolutely freezing and people within the house have asthma - can you fix this urgently as it is genuinely making them sick.

@AskNationwide trying to sign up to Bet365 and it says my debit card can’t be used to make deposits to online gaming companies. I asked them about it and they said it was a problem on Nationwide’s end, do you know why it says this?
