    @AskNationwide Hi, I have recently set up a current account for my mum. I have Power of Attorney. You are asking for proof of ID from her but she is an existing Nationwide customer so this should not be needed. I spoke to someone at your call centre 1/2

    @AskNationwide hello, I’ve had 2 outgoing payments leave my account this month that I didn’t not authorise. Neither retailer can find my card being used on their systems. I’ve never used it to shop with either of them. Please can you help
