@AskNationwide So, I’ve been with Nationwide since 1980 … and as with every other UK bank, standards of customer service have slipped to appalling levels: - phone lines unavailable - fees for moving my own money - opening times that amount to half-days - insufficient staffing

@AskNationwide hi. My son has received his log in for digital banking for his first current account. Can he go straight to using the app on his phone or does he need to log into it on a computer first? Many thanks.

  • MyReikiDiary Peta Morton (@MyReikiDiary) reported

@HellieD75 @AskNationwide They totally missed the point. I didn't want to fill in a form and wait yet another 5 days for a reply, but to rapidly resolve the problem and gain access to my account.

@AskNationwide Hi Jon. Sounds great but it's happening on the website as well. Could you delete and reinstall that please?

  • KelsieMeakin Kelsie Meakin (@KelsieMeakin) reported

@AskNationwide Internet speed in 100mbps so isn't internet either and app is up to date on IOS store. I cannot think of any other reason it'd stop working.

  • c8west Cate West (@c8west) reported

@AskNationwide No, nothing else - just the one, apparently insoluble, issue.

  • Slay3rx Shawn Smith (@Slay3rx) reported

@AskNationwide Thank you it was the member of staff who helped me get my bank details as im doing an account switch. Working in the same industry I know how easy it is to take good customer service for granted but its not all that common

  • KelsieMeakin Kelsie Meakin (@KelsieMeakin) reported

@AskNationwide Hi - Mobile banking won't work it just freezes on the initial screen. Internet connection is fine, app is up to date, so must be an issue on your side. Please can this be looked into?

@AskNationwide I'm not wanting to increase I'm wanting to reduce it 0 to stop your overdraft team bombarding me with calls about some accounts review during my working hours.

  • timeveleigh Tim Eveleigh (@timeveleigh) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks - I know you mean well - but it's always the same. "Could you take more of your time to tell us about our own problems". You've read my tweet - why don't you send in the feedback on my behalf?
