    @AskNationwide Have been trying to book a telephone appointment for my 11 year old to open a bank account with you. Had to hold for a long time only to be told I need to go into a branch first. Your website states that it cannot be set up this way.

    @AskNationwide I am trying to transfer money from my direct easy access account to my hsbc account via the app, something I’ve done many times before, and there is no longer any way of doing this, have things been changed? And if so how do I now access my money?

    @AskNationwide have been a customer for 45 years, but got email today to say I have to close account as I use it for business.This will mean you've lost 4 other family members who are also self employed. Any ideas #banks #banking #selfemployed like some new customers?
