@AskNationwide Hi Nathan I’m very aware how to setup payees but the problem for me is I have a Chip and Signature card (that does not require my pin), and so how would I setup a payee without the need for a card reader

@AskNationwide @Huntpl @AskNationwide I am having a similar problem. Currently cannot see my help to buy ISA or my FlexDirect account on the website. I was able to see both on the mobile app but they’ve disappeared as well now.
