Al (@Alimarielen) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Nationwide are the most awful bank and investors. Mt Daughter trust fund came back as just over Β£500. All her friends have over Β£1000. Not a good entry for your boy into trying to navigate finance

Jon B (@ozzybn1989) reported@AskNationwide Weβve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience weβve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems Nβwide canβt offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5
