daisy macvicar (@daisy_macvicar) reported@AskNationwide I’m currently unable to get into my account as it says “if you’ve forgotten your password” and I’ve followed the steps using the card reader to try and log in. It’s not allowing me to as it say there’s a issue and to restart the app

I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.
