Just got some in person mortgage advice from some @AskNationwide staff on the train to London, literally best advice I've ever had. 10 out of 10 customer service and they're not even on the clock #smashedit

@ashridgepf @HenryPryor You can currently get a 4.2% fix with @AskNationwide - locked in 6 months in advance of the current deal ending. If people can't afford that, plan that, or don't have the nous to pay an exit fee to take care of their business, then they've got no business buying houses.

@AskNationwide Thanks for replying, but as explained I’ve called Nationwide’s team numerous times but phone advisors were unable to explain the 3 month+ delay. I was told that the underwriting team could give details, but I’ve no way of contacting them. Could someone please help?

@AskNationwide does anyone there actually work? Like as in actually complete a task that's assigned them, by a customer. You are causing unwarranted stress by not doing a simple job and releasing funds when you've previously stated you've sent a cheque when you obviously haven't.

@AskNationwide pls advise: my dad died and I found a nationwide account but I don't have the full account number only a few digits + customer no. I rang 20 Sept and notified you. Have heard nothing, can't fill in online form as no acct no. He didn't do internet/phone banking.

@AskNationwide please help - my current account is still showing previous address on back statements despite moving 8 months ago - address changed on account and you hold mortgage. I need to present a bank statement for ID which I can’t as wrong.Tried calling - mega wait!
