    @AskNationwide considering this has not happened 3 x in just over a week, why has the payments issue not been sorted yet? You must know the cause and how to fix it by now? Why won’t anyone give a reason or a timescale??

    @AskNationwide I want to book in for an appointment in branch - tried calling and just keep getting cut off. I'm (hoping to be) a new customer so don't direct me to online banking - Can you tell me how to do this if no calls are being taken? Thanks.

    @CaraWilliams09 @AskNationwide Yep they are lying. I can't use my card or withdraw cash because they don't care enough about their customers to put a temporary fix in place for people to access their cash whilst they fix the problem. I can guarantee they swill not be treating companies and corps like that.

    @AskNationwide I tried calling Nationwide to inquire how long it will before payments go through. It's not good enough just to say ASAP. I was put in a telephone queue to wait 20 minutes. No other bank has issues. When will this be sorted so that I can access my money please?

    @AskNationwide Again? Really???? All fine and dandy saying I can still use this and that yet I can't do diddly squat until my ingoing is there to spend and make use of said working services. Far to frequent this, I've onmy just switched to you in the last 6 months too. Mistake??? Perhaps.

    @AskNationwide "Hi Steven, thanks for your message. We can only advise that this is an issue currently being looked into and we’re working to fix this ASAP. Your Direct Debits, standing orders and all outbound payments are working normally.

    @independencekat @AskNationwide It’s an utter disgrace!! @AskNationwide are leaving customers hungry!!! I have money going into my account but I can’t access it, can’t even buy milk, bread and butter as I only have £1.43 in my account according to nationwide 😡😡😡😢
