    Absolutely fuming at @AskNationwide, we are definitely not getting our keys tomorrow because of their error! After telling us repeatedly we should get an answer today - there's been nothing!

    @AskNationwide Hey, I can't make any payments on the app or online without the card reader (which is broken), nor can I do it via telephone service and I'm being told that there is a 15 minute wait to speak to someone. This is really frustrating.

    @AskNationwide Hello. Applied for the current account switch on your website a few weeks ago. Given current account details and access to account straightaway. Today when it gets very close to switch day I've been told the switch has been rejected? How does that work???
