    @AskNationwide Not possible to make outgoing payments??? Delays are one thing, preventing me from sending money out of my account, major WTF, switching bank, this is disgraceful

    @AskNationwide All by design yeah? Cruel doing this to people at Xmas. An you’ll be well aware of the issue yet zero transparency with your customers who ENTRUST u to take care of their cash. So not acceptable nor are ur generic replies. Get it sorted ASAP befor ruining Xmas :-(

    @AskNationwide @rob_j1987 That is UNTRUE! I transferred from another bank at 8am I was NOT TOLD ANYTHING and recipient still has NOT received! I am NOT a customer of yours so where is MY money #theives #nationwide
