    @AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail

    @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

    @AskNationwide 2 things. I have push notifications on and they work. No issues there. But how do I get this for payments in and out? I.e. I paid someone £10 etc.

    @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
