    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

    Very concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...

    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide I’m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!

    @AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues
