@asylumseekerx Count yourself lucky it’s a **** bank anyway , the absolute worst , I mean just look at all the problems they are having today with people unable to access their OWN money @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide As long as I can get to see my parents for Christmas for the first time since 2014…that will be great. So disappointed with this after switching to you recently. So many people are let down today by this

Got to be honest with the amount of “maintenance” @AskNationwide do at the stupid times they choose to do them and yet still have major issues like what’s gone on is mind blowing. You’ve caused a lot of stress today and you should be ashamed. Maintenance for what? This rubbish?

@sk94372333 @AskNationwide If the money isn't in an account by 12.45am, the payment has been affected. What will happen is that payment will join the queue and at the moment there is no set guideline as to when the queue will be cleared. It could take a few 'working' days to resolve in full.

  • realhoundrescue Dog (@realhoundrescue) reported

@AskNationwide @Nicolef1Penney The nationwide internet or online banking is a joke. Every other weekend it’s down or some service or other. I’ll be closing my account after Christmas making my Barclays secondary account my only account

  • JPJPJPJPJPJP94 JP (@JPJPJPJPJPJP94) reported

@AskNationwide literally just sent a payment yet it’s not received to my other accounts… yet you say it’s working now?!?!? This is after so it shouldn’t be affected?

  • MollieLaw_ Mollie Law (@MollieLaw_) reported

@AskNationwide Mine isn’t sorted, was meant to have £5,000 by now and I still have the notification at the top of my app. The money was sent more than 2 hours ago. Or have I got a different issue?
