  @AskNationwide Hello this was not helpful as it keeps asking me to key in my on line banking customer number and I don’t have one, I just need to speak with someone.

  @AskNationwide I've just tried that and it's still the same. Spinning circle and 'talking to Nationwide' but does not progress from there. Just the same as last time I deleted and reinstalled the app 2 days ago. I've used this app for years and never had any problems until now
