Users of @AskNationwide can't currently receive or send any money from any other banks. Now it seems @firstdirect customers can't view their accounts on the mobile banking app. Are you having any UK banking problems today? #downdetector #ChristmasShopping #MerryChristmas

@AskNationwide Joke all your lines closed no but can take money out but not put it in you'd think if u knew that 4 days before Xmas you would've cancelled them outgoing payments because it is your fault but no leave us with nothing except a complaints form that takes 5 working days to answer
