    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:

    @AskNationwide just to let you know the app update says you can close savings accounts within app …. You can’t… he redirects to website.. Regards Pete

    @AskNationwide @_xnxnxs_ Every time any body posts a problem on any social media platform, your answer is DO YOU WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT.. What has happened to your company its absolutely ridiculous pathetic and to top it all really bad..

    @AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.
