@AskNationwide Your systems are archaic and failing customers. Complaints procedure is not working and I feel short changed as I upgraded to Flexi Plus and now given the privilege of paying for poor service.

@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide Due to these problems I can’t transfer correct funds before standing orders come out. Will this effect my credit score? Will putting cash on my card work?
