    @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

    @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Go talk to the manager at the bank not here. Not everything is for social media and public consumption. The bank will probably DM you and ask to do same. What happened to offline problem solving?

    @AskNationwide are there issues with being able to make payments right now. I've tried twice and it says "There has been a problem"
