    @AskNationwide Let's do it here: 1) Your website takes you round in circles whenever you try to find something. 2) Even when you find the correct form to fill in, you are repeatedly thrown out and have to re-enter your credentials many times.

    @AskNationwide please can you help? Trying to contact #enactconveyancing to no avail! My parents mortgage offer with you runs out on 23rd January and Enact have been dragging their heels for months with little communication. Their level of incompetence is beyond belief!

    @AskNationwide 5) Your chat service is not working. 6) Your website service status says that everything is working normally. Perhaps this is normal? 7) Your complaints line took ages to answer but was able to sort me out in the end (sort of).

    @AskNationwide Hi there - I’m having trouble accessing past statements in PDF on the site. I get nothing if I click on the download link. If I click twice, it sends me to a log-in page. I’m already logged in. Each link appears to end in a null (#0) instead of a named file.

    @AskNationwide I wouldn’t be able to call until much later today as I do not have a pin and I’m worried about any transactions being taken out of my account. Is your website down too currently? It says error when I log in.
