    @AskNationwide I had a flex account which I switched to starling then I made a flex direct account and the app and website still show I've been a member for 4 months so does that mean when I switch my barclays account I'll get £100 or £125?

    @AskNationwide Cheers Kerry. It looks like @TSB are the only antiquated bank who won't let me make a CHAPS payment online. A shame, as I enjoyed being a customer, but it's time to say goodbye and go modern!

    @AskNationwide What if I closed an account then opened one again? I switched before then I opened a flex direct. Or do you have to be a new new customer?

    @AskNationwide Thanks so much for doing NOTHING to fix the £3000 you have lost in your system. You even say you have received it but its not in my account and the details are 100% correct. 4 weeks now and I have no money!

    @AskNationwide Spoke to customer services and they can’t continue my 0% on my current Nationwide credit card so I will take my business elsewhere to another 0% offer . Thanks

    @AskNationwide Really need to access my FlexOne & FlexOnlineSaver accounts, Christmas presents I gotta buy here before Christmas delivery deadline ! 😩 Any idea why both accounts are showing as ‘infomation can’t be displayed at this time’

    @AskNationwide Hello, I reported my card as lost on Saturday night when the machine swallowed it up but I'm still waiting for my new one to arrive and starting to worry it won't be hear by the weekend when I will need it 😭 can you help?
