@AskNationwide I have paid 126 monthly credit card payments without issue. I had an accident missed 2 and you put my account onto the parasites that are Moorcroft. I call you and offer to make full payment and you refuse WTF??

@AskNationwide Hey, I'm travelling in India. My account has had transactions that were not authorised by me. Luckily the card has been blocked but I need to speak with someone about this. I can't phone or use the chat box. Any ideas how can I resolve this issue?

@AskNationwide I don't have the app as I only have my mortgage with you, I do not have a bank account with you. Can't you just tell me how long the Mortgage Manage is down for? A day? A month?
