@AskNationwide @Shelter Is there an issue with outgoing payments at the moment, hubby has just been to the shop and his payment was coming up as insufficient funds, even though we have money in bank, had to get his mate to pay for our shopping!!

@AskNationwide It is now the 12th and Nationwide are unable to answer a simple question as to why i can't buy a bond from them as a life long customer but can via a third party and pay their fees. Truly horrific customer service

@AskNationwide Bank card is missing on the app. My savings account is showing but then I go to click on it I’m getting that error message. My current account is working fine and my bank card is working.

@AskNationwide @MoneyHelperUK NWide KNOWS money is tight but UNLIKE some lenders, NW increases mortgage rates at every OPPORTUNITY letting NW customers down so NW make GREEDY huge profits & customers find it even tougher to pay their mortgage. Switch to another lender?
