JD🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!

Just being myself (@Suzanne11649685) reported@AskNationwide hi just wondered if you have had any reports of problems with NFC payments. Ive used on android for years and last week stopped working eventually after 5 days of trying things got it working again and after 2 days now no longer working again?

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!

Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
