Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.

SteveB (@SteveB2706) reported@AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.
