    @AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

    @AskNationwide I don't usually say this sort of thing but I logged into my online bank and the layout and format change of one of the most ghastly awful changes I have seen of this type. The old layout was clear, detailed and had everything to hand. The new one.

    @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting

    If #Nationwide insist on closing their branches during the working day. The least they can do is make sure they have enough receipts in their ATM. @AskNationwide #Haverfordwest

    @AskNationwide Any news on when the St. Neots branch will be opening again? I have walked into town twice, last week (I think) and today, it was shut both times for maintenance. Your branches website says it is open!
