    @APxx77 @DJ_MICKYT @AskNationwide It’s crazy, I spoke to natwest where I sent the money from, their timescale is 24 working days if I want to claim it back. I can’t afford to be so much money down at Christmas. It’s a joke!

    @AskNationwide shocking service! Never known a bank to take this long to resolve issues! Somethings not right sick of seeing scripted, automated responses which mean nothing several hours later someone needs to start telling the truth!!

    @AskNationwide I think you need too be truthful and let people know the full extent of problems facing payments today not just an our teams are working too fix this We are all owners apparently? An approximate eta for solution given Christmas is days it will help ease our worries

    @AskNationwide Your customers need to know when this delayed payment will be resolved, it is utterly unacceptable. We have £900 floating in the air somewhere, and it has been since 11am this morning. This is deeply concerning and your lack of information is adding to the problem. Very very poor
