    @AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money

    @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

    @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!
