@AskNationwide I last responded this morning after being told I’ll get no help as nationwide are following the policies they set out. So no help at all, my issue then becomes that nationwide’s policies are a joke

  • charlie_21 Charlie Wilkinson (@charlie_21) reported

@AskNationwide Postman has been today and still no bank card?! I need to shop and get petrol and I can’t do either. 5 working days was Monday 😔

  • richiebrwn Richie Broooooon (@richiebrwn) reported

@AskNationwide is it possible to get a Help to Buy ISA closing statement in branch? Our solicitor has just received the necessary paperwork to process the sale but it needs to conclude by Monday and this is the final piece we need.

@AskNationwide So people who work full time in order to get a mortgage are unable to get through to the mortgage team about their mortgage… because they are busy working full time. Got it. Not your fault but the phone line customer service is the worse I’ve come across

  • James30181388 James (@James30181388) reported

@AskNationwide Best believe if I’m left with the £60 phone bill from calling you after you block my card, I’ll be a pain in your *** till I’m done with you

  • Link2076 LinkoVitch (@Link2076) reported

FFS @AskNationwide your web portal won't let me send a secure message because you seem hell bent on me using your clearly half baked chat bot, so half baked the button to start it doesn't appear, and there is no option to send a message. Please fix your broken site

  • James30181388 James (@James30181388) reported

@AskNationwide The most useless customer service and virtually zero ability to help or even want to help customers

  • James30181388 James (@James30181388) reported

@AskNationwide pathetic service from Nationwide as always, I will be closing all my accounts as will my family. All because Nationwide can’t add an international number to call when there’s a problem. ******* pathetic customer service, catch up with the 21st century

  • SarahCholwill Sarah Cholwill (@SarahCholwill) reported

@AskNationwide I just wanted to say what excellent service I received this week in your Norwich branch. The man who served me went out of his way to help even though the branch was very busy.

@MelanieJFlorenc @AskNationwide Thanks for the suggestion, Melanie! Unfortunately that bit's out of our hands: @AskNationwide asks the builder whether the fix is 'temporary' or 'permanent' & they proceed on that basis. Now we've checked the small print it seems there are exceptions, tho... It's all so TEDIOUS!
