The “up to 2 hours” response is quite frustrating when obviously there’s an issue. It’d be good to increase transparency to tell us why processing payments is not immediately as this seems to happening more frequently

A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.
