    @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? What’s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible

    @AskNationwide We’ve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience we’ve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems N’wide can’t offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

    Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???

    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
