    @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Nationwide are the most awful bank and investors. Mt Daughter trust fund came back as just over £500. All her friends have over £1000. Not a good entry for your boy into trying to navigate finance

    Dear @AskNationwide and @BreckCouncil you’ve now held £2k pending from my account for over a week, £1k needs refunding as u took it in error , but neither of u will refund it until the payment comes off pending, to which you say “how long is a piece of string” #givememymoneyback

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
