    Been loyal customer to @AskNationwide for 16 years but having two current accounts with them every year and because I can’t afford to save not getting the £100 bonus totally has put me off banking with them now.

    @AskNationwide Now that Virgin Money is full part of Nationwide why can't I access your ISA rates as a Virgin customer? e.g 1 year fix 4.5% Virgin is 4.22%

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

    @AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
