@AskNationwide been on hold for 14 minutes, very poor service. Keeps telling me i will be answered shortly but that is simply untrue. I want to raise 3 transaction disputes which cannot be done online. This is such poor service and please do not trot out the old “covid” excuse🙄

@BelleStarrC @AskNationwide Not silence. The nationwide first denied then confirmed their association with SW. And explained to me that they consult with them but make policy in line with their own values. Which values lead then to associate with the SW hate groups. Such a shame. I was happy customer

@AskNationwide But you won't take any notice and carry on regardless as customer service isn't really a thing these days it's all about cutting wage bills by getting rid of humans.

Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? @AskNationwide Girls that are not kind….Girls stand up for themselves, watch their backs, protest male ********** are often told they are the wrong kind of girl. ‘Unkind’ and put down accordingly. Your marketing team might want to consider the messaging a little more.

@BelleStarrC @AskNationwide They bat of questions and complaints with anodyne statements which do not address the issues. I have started closing accounts, though it is not easy to find alts. Since they initially denied the assocn I find I am suspicious of other banks/societies. But I have made a start.

@AskNationwide @44_Pistons The problem is the culture. Coaches leave players on pitch that are violent or abusive at a young age with no punishment at all. There is no punishment anymore for bad behaviour or disrespectful behaviour in grassroots football. Wasting your time! DM and I will prove to you 1/2

@AskNationwide Total bloody waste of my time 15 minutes later AND you can't do the job I wanted to do. Where as an email would have taken me a couple of minutes and I could have got on with my day whilst you replied. This isn't PROGRESS one pissed off customer
