@AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

Don't you know how many sports governing bodies have looked at the EVIDENCE... common sense .... to most people... and found that you can be INCLUSIVE or FAIR but NOT BOTH? #SaveWomensSports

@AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Do you know what would help make sport more inclusive? Not forcing female footballers to wear white strips. Especially when menstruating. Will you get behind that? It’s something they talk about and worry about and it needs assessing.

@AskNationwide called up and the woman on the phone quite frankly had no idea what she was doing and didn't understand what the issue was, she tried to put me through to sales but instead kicked me back to the main options menu where I'd already sat for 20+ mins!
