I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

Not overly bothered about the £100 it's the lack of respect 4 along time customer. I have spoken to someone & technically I don't meet the criteria as
