    @AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

    Still no fix from @AskNationwide over 2 weeks and still cannot access credit card account using online banking. No updates and no ETA.

    @AskNationwide I’d already down that and thought it was sorted but your ISA team still contacted me asking them to phone. The number of security questions felt like a phishing exercise with increasingly obscure things - that got me worried and I refused to answer more.

    @AskNationwide I have notified Nationwide that my wife has passed away though the "tell us once" service. She also has accounts with The Cheshire, I can not find a way to notify them. Will all the details filter through Nationwide re Cheshire ( it was not included in the scheme)

    @AskNationwide I am in the process of switching a joint account to you and had a txt message saying Ts and Cs need signing but this was done online and your web site is no use at all,I do have a reference number.
