@AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

@AskNationwide hi, I need a statement to show proof of address and it’s impossible to sort via the app…. Can’t even locate one to screenshot. Do I need to visit a branch. ? Or can I request one is posted to me at my registered address?
