    @AskNationwide evening my bank card has stopped working as contactless , i dont worry so much but it use to be useful feature is there anything i can do? Simon stainer

    @AskNationwide great building society but do not touch their home insurance with a barge pole. Went up every year and now I’ve moved trying to charge me over £70!!! Poor customer service luckily I never had a claim!!

    C’mon @AskNationwide. Cannot get through on the phone. Your social media team say they’ll help, but ultimately pass me to automated system. Which cannot help. Then get online chat. Which cannot help. And everyone refuses to call me. Just trying to transfer an ISA. To you!
