@AskNationwide @mlcpfc1 They are awful. Basically you need to carry one about with you to pay anyone instead of using biometrics on phone. Totally outdated so I'm switching as soon as practical.

@AskNationwide are you having problems with debit cards as I’m trying to pay some bills online and it’s been rejected 3 times although the funds are available and it’s not the same company I’m paying?

@AskNationwide @twpburton Tom, I had the EXACT same issue - they didn't send me a card reader and couldn't make payments! I've made a complaint and waiting to hear back from them. I've received my £200 so this weekend I'm switching again to another bank. I'm not carrying about a card reader all the time!
