    @AskNationwide Right, time to move banks, absolutely useless! Our mortgage is due out today and I’ve transferred funds to cover it but no idea if they will get there on time! Unacceptable service!!!

    @AskNationwide As a member, I want some accountability from NBS over the recent technical issues. What's gone wrong, why, who's responsible and what are you doing to make sure it doesn't happen again? Full explanations & apology needed/expected from the very top.
