@AskNationwide Hi Nikita, yes followed support directions, cleared cache cleared data uninstalled and reinstalled, just the same. Just reinstalled the latest version but still the same. Is there any way I can reinstall an older version of the app. Everything worked OK about 4 months ago.

@AskNationwide what’s going on with your iPhone app?! Every time I try to use it buffers for AGES & I end up having to re-download. Had the same issue before and was advised to do updates - tried that, still really laggy all week… Help!

@AskNationwide I set up a one off payment to a new payee yesterday for today, but hasn’t left my account yet. If I call would someone be able to help me work out why? Or could they come out at anytime today?
