  • CNLaing Claudia (@CNLaing) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve tried to log into my Nationwide app and it’s asking me to re-enrol before I can access my accounts. Please advise if this is a legitimate request? Thanks.

@AskNationwide Internet bank not allowing log in. “Loading”

  • markhgn 🙏 (@markhgn) reported

@AskNationwide can you fix your app so when you 'pay or move' money to someone you've paid before you can edit the details section, e.g. with a new invoice number, without having to add them all over again

  • WMichelle73 Michelle Kateley (@WMichelle73) reported

@PayPal what a waste of time you lot are. Fobbing me off saying you've sent 'MY money' to my bank account when no transactions are showing and then telling me the @AskNationwide is lying about pending transactions. Not only ridiculous charges but terrible customer service.

  • elgoldave dave (@elgoldave) reported

@SarahDawson83 @AskNationwide Oh Sarah. My problems are insignificant compared to yours. I’d to reload etc, luckily home so could do, but couldn’t have when I used App previously; so a near miss. I hope you get a full resolution. I’m still an @RBS_Help customer…. they’ve had their problems but App is fine.

  • MiNombreAqui Kate (@MiNombreAqui) reported

@AskNationwide Hi there. How can I stop a recurring payment to a subscription service (for which I'm not in contract?). The website has no cancel option, "customer service" doesn't reply, and the payment doesn't appear in my Direct Debits (I guess the payment comes off my card).

  • EssexMagpie Aimee Howard (@EssexMagpie) reported

@AskNationwide I've tried to log in to my online banking app, but it says for safeguarding I need to re-enrol. Can I please check if this is a genuine message from Nationwide? Thanks

  • JohnCoxon John Coxon (@JohnCoxon) reported

I’ve been banking with @AskNationwide for a while, and every time I deal with their customer support I am more and more disappointed. This time it’s closing an account. The website won’t let me close the account. (1/4)
