    Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.

    @AskNationwide hi, I know you have issues at the moment, but you’re stating that direct debits are working as normal. They aren’t, as mine haven’t come out of my account today, and the funds are there. Can you advise please

    @IrreverentPint @AskNationwide Same thing happen to here I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to their team but luckily I was directed to LEGIT_RECOVERY on instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

    @ephgrave_ben @AskNationwide If it was a one off I could understand it but to not have anything in place to help when they so often have the same issue shows the contempt they have for their customers.
