@AskNationwide I cannot access the internet banking app. I have deleted and downloaded the new version a couple of times and restarted my device, but no luck. The app says ‘technical problem’ but service availability is green. Can you help?

@AskNationwide I have nationwide insurance because you say it’s just about the cover. It’s about the service you can expect. I expected it, but I’m certainly not getting it.
