    @AskNationwide our current home insurance runs out today and been trying to get cover with you. Been referred to "head office" last week and still can't get covered. Just been told by one of your agents to renew with old then cancel when you call us. Are "head office" that slow?

    @AskNationwide I live in France and want to apply for a mortgage on a UK property because I’m returning to the UK. Yet your website says I need to be a UK resident for tax purposes before I can apply. Does this mean I can’t get a mortgage?

    Not often in the 20+ years I've been a customer have I been disappointed with the service from @AskNationwide (the company not the social media team, they're great!) But today is one of those days! 🙄 something as simple as moving a payment date has been multiple conversations

    @AskNationwide absolutely discussed with your service. You have said we missed a mortgage payment when we have not. This has been confirmed on the phone it’s YOUR error. But it’s now on our credit score. So many promises and non kept. The worry and stress you are causing is wrong

    @AskNationwide It's on the phone app. I logged in, went to the pay/transfer, selected the account,.put the value in and went to send the money at which point it said you have a service issue. I pressed the link for more info and got the screenshot I sent just now
