Susan Jarvis (@AttonSusan) reported@AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)

steve WBA (@WbaSteve) reported@AskNationwide My debit card was cancelled (not by me) and ordered a new one this Monday My card still hasn’t arrived and now my apple pay isn’t working!! Where’s my debit card ?

Aston Lord of Who 🦁 (@AstonoftheLord) reported@MichaelFra89678 @SkhTrains @AskNationwide Then maybe save some money like the rest of us and you will get a little bit of help. If you can’t save £100 by your age then you are not making good financial decisions.

JCB (@Plsdoright) reported@AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem
-
sam (@hunting_sam) reported@AskNationwide I’ve just tried the call centre to sort an issue. I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - I need to speak to someone but can't get through.

CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
