    @AskNationwide Why don't you just tell us not to accept cheques, I received a cheque and all of a sudden my account is frozen. How do you expect me to survive. Its been a week now and no one gives me an update. As soon as this issue is resolved am moving to more organised bank

    @AskNationwide Your advisor appear to look at the same infomation I have in my bank app thry are unable to advise as the issue is being investigated by escalation. Apparently they are unable to do anything but write a note against my account as an update -

    @AskNationwide You don’t even know my full name & I don’t have even have an account as it isn’t my house? Absolutely appalling service from Nationwide Emergency Line. Online Portal doesn’t work, on hold for over 4 hours & still haven’t spoken to anyone. Been without water for nearly 48 hours

    @AskNationwide I have fo e this hence my tweet I was told by advisor they couldn’t help as the issue was with escalation team. No updates and further issue occurred .. Again!

    @AskNationwide could you explain why after yesterdays banking issues my account is not showing invoices paid or money out when I have proof of this being paid from my regular customer , I don’t enjoy having to chase invoices to find out it’s your mess again that’s the issue ,

    @AskNationwide can you please advise when my issue will be resolved. Advised your systems are all down. Advised that issue been escalated and to wait for response. No further infomation/help given and would not be put through to payment dept
