    @AskNationwide Now resolved via a 15-minute call to the number above, where I got someone who COULD access these KYC questions & take my answers over the phone. (The daftness remained of having to give false answers to most questions - and being invited to - due to limited options available.)

    I can open and use a @StarlingBank account in minutes. I'm 8 days into a @AskNationwide account setup and I still can't login because I need another thing I don't have.

    @AskNationwide banking app isn’t working. You can’t sign in via their internet page either. How long is this problem going to last?

    @AskNationwide That's the number I had an hour-long call to today. Bloke I spoke to was unable to view or edit answers to questions about my income, my use of my Nationwide accounts, or how money is transferred into my accounts, even though they are part of the form that appeared on login.

    @draevans @AskNationwide He kept telling her to phone she has situational mutism she uses online chat because she can’t phone She had managed to attend branch with PA given wrong info. Now demanding she return or phones It took gargantuan effort 1st time the result of visit will make next time impossible
