Well folks let me give you all a tip! Don’t put your money in @AskNationwide #nationwidebuildingsociety appalling customer service and certainly couldn’t give a toss about protecting your money!#Robots

@AskNationwide Shame Nationwide closed our local branch down. We now don’t have a bank or building society in our town. Sadly nothing further you can help us with as we can’t do the children’s monthly savings trip to you for them to take part physically in the same ritual I did as a child

@AskNationwide The system agreed for communication should be working, I'm not going through the hassle of attempting webchats yet again.

So now I’m back on hold again. Usually it wouldn’t be urgent, but in this case it’s a fixed-term ISA I want to close within the first-14-day grace period, and I will be very very angry if the broken @AskNationwide website and poor customer service actually costs me money. (3/4)

@AskNationwide No problem I went into a branch as I wanted to change the direct debit date of a loan from it being in the middle of the month to the start. I looked on nationwide website and it says call into branch which I did but I was then told it can only be done by phone

@AskNationwide I've tried to log in to my online banking app, but it says for safeguarding I need to re-enrol. Can I please check if this is a genuine message from Nationwide? Thanks
