    @AskNationwide #Nationwide customer services have emailed me: "Speak to us online through our webchat: we’re here between 8am and 7.45pm, seven days a week." Are they mistaken? I can't find the webchat. Is there such a facility? All I need is my 2018 statement.

    @AskNationwide is there going to be an issue with incoming payments tonight seeing as so many will be being made early due to Easter? Have you put anything in place to manage them?

    @truth___teller_ @AskNationwide A joke yet they saying no issues how comes on banking it says working as quick as we can maybe staff should have more insight before commenting no issues!!

    @AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?
