    @AskNationwide Thanks i did call and there seems to be an issue with the app requiring some people to confirm details and need to wait until after 12pm to see if works but there is no information on the service update about this particular issue.

    @AskNationwide why has my account vanished from my app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and you found my account after setting up again. Then said I don't have an account which is obviously ridiculous as you just said you found it🤦Please help

    @AskNationwide I am unable to log into the App, it says "lets find your account", but the service update doesn't say this is an issue.

    Hi @AskNationwide i got sent some money but it hasn't arrived in my account despite it saying completed on the other end. I also tried to move money from my savings account to my current account and it has disappeared. Please help :)

    So, I finally decided to swap my current account to @AskNationwide Only to be thwarted as there was nobody in branch who could do that, although they said they could help me use can IPad. Also offered to book an appt but only on a weekday. Not good. Grrr!
