@AskNationwide Well no one has reached out to me. So I might as well complain. Terrible service folks and you are splitting customers down the middle. Please dont ever put MY money into a queue again. I needed that transfer on 4 January and you were at fault. It's more than just Direct Debits.

@AskNationwide I'm not interested in another three hours on hold and I have a job to go to. I switched away from you because I was absolutely disgusted with the service and yet I'm still forced to deal with the problems you cause me. Dreadful company avoid at all costs. Holding my money hostage

Surprised I haven't heard from you, @AskNationwide, about a £60 apology payment. I was left with £300 stuck in transfer limbo on 21st Dec unable to use my salary in your account and without the money I expected in my daily checking account while you fixed your problems.
