@AskNationwide I don't want to talk to a bank who hires staff that don't give a f**k about their customers. He focused on my swearing rather than the issue. I'm acottish. We swear when we upset. My favourite word is "f**k". You've caused emotional stress as well as financial.

@AskNationwide is there a problem with your app? I can’t see any transactions for my credit card account - either via statement or recent transactions. Any advice please?

  • DominicNewbould Dominic Newbould (@DominicNewbould) reported

@AskNationwide This problem is still unresolved. I have sent you a DM. Please advise ASAP.

@AskNationwide Not a biggie but unable to update existing phone number to a non-UK number. Repeatedly get message: "We're currently experiencing a technical problem. Try again or view service availability page for more info", and then have to verify which also just shows same message. Thanks.

@AskNationwide I've just reported my nw credit card lost. A new 9ne is on the way but the address associated with the credit card is incomplete .. my flexplus AC does have the full address. Can you fix before new cc is posted ?

  • Cardlinger Peter Harris (@Cardlinger) reported

@AskNationwide hi, a company has told me that they'll automatically charge my debit card and don't give me means to prevent this transaction without spending money calling a phone line. Is there a way Nationwide can block them taking automatic payments as I don't consent to it?

  • Toany80704880 Toany (@Toany80704880) reported

@AskNationwide I never received a text. The first i knew about a block on the card was when a regular payment to Netflix was refused. Why do wait until I am embarrassed by a refused payment

  • Zoe1303 Z.K (@Zoe1303) reported

@HSBC_UK Nope, we cancelled the transaction. Have now managed to withdraw the funds from the account & will spend time this weekend switching back to @AskNationwide who have Uk based support teams.

  • charleespence26 Charlee (@charleespence26) reported

@AskNationwide This isn’t the issue - I want the switch to be stopped as I won’t qualify for the cash back which is the whole reason I did it! Your literature says I can cancel 7 days before the switch but apparently this is not the case?

  • Neilnio Neil (@Neilnio) reported

@AskNationwide What if I had one of these products in the last 12 months but closed it down. Would you still class me as new if I opened one again tomorrow?
