    @AskNationwide I contacted the branch and have been able to email the manager which hopefully will resolve the issue. But please, don’t be dinosaurs, move into the 21st century and give individual depts their own email addresses so we can communicate electronically and not by snail mail

    @AskNationwide #poorcustomerservice Human in local branch said cant see a mortgage advisor in person anymore..phone 08.00 to 20.00 and they will help..so far lines are always closed when we try after getting in from work..even the recorded message straight up does not

    @djonesbutchers @AskNationwide Gotta say, I've only ever had good experiences with them. I started the account when I was broke as **** and they were the only ones that were actually helpful in sorting out ID requirements (I didn't have a passport or driving licence at the time).

    @AskNationwide iPhone and it’s just been updated to the latest iOS and was told it would work. Still not working. Funny how my new bank app is working and they’ve not had a problem. Just nationwide leaving customers high and dry. Three weeks now.

    @AskNationwide so on the 3 weeks nationwide have banned Apple customers form using internet banking I’ve managed to get a new account and use the new banks app on the same Apple iOS nationwide refuse to update. Well done nationwide. Lost a customer and you don’t care

    @AskNationwide Hi Ashley thanks for the reply, on the previous occasions I have spoken to someone they have told me my application is due to be reviewed the following day however it never has been, I’m about to lose my house purchase because of this, no help for a loyal customer

    @MikeScanes18 @AskNationwide There customer service is a farce in itself!! There 24 hour line, only 12 hours, 5 days a week. Bloody pathetic, incompetent to the core!!

    @AskNationwide the last 2 days I've been trying to use your Switch to Nationwide option on Internet banking. I keep getting the message we are experiencing technical problems. I also get the same message when I try using the Chat to us service
