    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting

    @AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.

    @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.
