@AskNationwide Hi Lucy, what I mean is why don't you also promote the number 159 as well as your own number. Please if you don't believe me dial 159 from your own phone and see if your own private bank or building society is part of this service.

@AskNationwide Normally a deal should last 6 months but why this has been reduced to 90 days I don't know. Basically, I could miss out on a house after years of trying to get on the ladder based on a @AskNationwide supplier/admin problem!

@helengrantsays @santanderuk Bloody hell!! Someone tried to do this to D after his details were stolen online – they attempted to buy 2 Mercedes! – and his bank (@AskNationwide) shut everything down immediately. It was a pain to sort out but we're very grateful they were on the ball!

My 91 year old uncle is a possible victim of fraud with someone opening a bank account using his address but @AskNationwide refuse to investigate because we aren't the (fraudulent) account holder! Any help available? @BBCWatchdog @PSNIArdsNDown
