    @AskNationwide Hi, iv turned off paper statements, my printer isn,t working and i need this months statement to apply for a local self employment grant, can i arrange to get this done ?

    @AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app

    @AskNationwide I've just opened a NW Online Saver which is opened and operated online. Why have you emailed to say I will soon receive a Welcome Pack in the post? When I questioned this, you say, it's 'in case I cannot access the Internet' !! Come on NW - wake up and save paper!

    @AskNationwide why would you send me a new debit card 1 year 1 month before my current one expires? I didnt ask for it. Its causing me loads of issues. Absurd process.
