@AskNationwide So I'm seeing tweets about no payments gone in. I've usually got mine by now but nothing... must be an issue because 1st of every month hasn't been a problem ! I've got direct debits due to be paid now but can't as no payment.

@AskNationwide Kyle, it does seem that you have no understanding on how to deliver good customer service. As an ex CSM let me give you a piece of advice, well two. Tell the truth and admit there's an issue, explain what's being done to sort it.

@AskNationwide Never ever has been this late though Mike. If my money ain’t in by 6am then I’d very much like you to explain to my children why I can’t put food on the table. Even worse when you’ll be shut till Tuesday! Absolutely farcical you’re not acknowledging there is an ISSUE..

@AskNationwide And there we are...a robotic response. Mike people like myself are vulnerable and have special needs, the uncertainty and robotic replies are making things worse. Please can someone at nationwide just be honest and acknowledge there's an issue.?

@AskNationwide waiting on 2 payments, always in account by 0030. The number of ppl tweeting with same issue indicates there IS a problem. Given this and issues 22/12, perhaps 2022 will be a good year to switch to another banking svcs provider?

@AskNationwide @Charliefarliela Still waiting on 2 lots of wages in my account. Single parent that needs to do a food shop with current £1.15 in the account.. clearly the issue is in them crediting our accounts seems like the payments have come in but there’s an issue releasing funds

@AskNationwide is there an issue with payments clearing? Usually in at 0030 but nothing as of yet. I’ve never known anyone to have as many issues as you do.

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Nationwide I have same problems, wages were supposed to clear by 0015/0020 - like others I have bills coming out, a food shopping delivery I won't get and a sick pet who won't be seen by vet if wages haven't gone in!
