Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Was told my switch was successful and account will be credited as was all criteria done and ive had someone say opposite and go back and say no longer valid. You advertised it till the 4th march so any application before should be fine
