    Anyone know of any decent banks that are not @AskNationwide that regularly have these system break downs regularly and withold payments that are £1000+ just been told on the phone the issue is sorted its just whenever the payments team now get round to clearing it jokes

    @AskNationwide That’s great if my direct debit wasn’t due before 2pm today and the issue wasn’t resolved until 4pm! My utility company will now charge me if i pay over card. And if this counts as a returned direct debit then it will affect my credit rating! Absolutely ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide This is not the first time there has been technical problems. Very inconvenient and unable to access any money as it's in limbo. Bills going unpaid and incurring charges.

    @Nessieluiz @AskNationwide I am just so perplexed! I will indeed post the screen shot…. Advised them three times that i can’t call in as have vocal call issues and then get told “so you have to speak to us on the phone to get it resolved” …. Disgusted xxx
