    @AskNationwide I have seen people are getting £60 pound compensation for the outage over Christmas which I don’t seem to be included in. Even tho I missed out on wages being paid in and 2/3 direct debits not being taken ive held an account for 14 years don’t see how this works ?

    @AskNationwide Thanks. Card frequently being declined on @on_lothianbuses when trying to travel despite sufficient funds in account. Wasn’t sure if it was my card or fault with contactless system. @on_lothianbuses are other customers having issues with contactless pay?

    @AskNationwide £60 disgusting I've been a customer of yours for over 30 years and that's the way I get treated I missed payments and had to pay fines

    @AskNationwide Been sent a new flex account card “just because” which expires 3 months after current one which I neither want nor need & no activity on my account. Customer care reps don’t care that I’m closing all my accounts after 30 years of banking. Thanks Nationwide.
