@AskNationwide absolutely shocked with the serviced received today, why say things when you can’t deliver. Now because of the complains team take 5-8 weeks I have to wait for them to sort and provide me a service and I can then drive again #pathetic

@AskNationwide But disappointed. Been with you for many years now, including a mortgage for the last five. I get interest rates have gone up, but you've charged me £999 to renew. You then email me saying thank you for being loyal. No, thank you for £999 in these hard times. Awful

@Stefan59 @AskNationwide We have no issues with the Nationwide as a company we have been with them for many years . Our issue was with the time we were hanging on the phone.

@AskNationwide totally disgusted with your lack of communication. An existing mortgage customer should not have to wait 24 business days for a resolution. 15 phone calls made, one escalation and a formal complaint lodged. Not one call back from your staff. #shambles
