@AskNationwide My goodness, that’s fast service. I woke up really early this morning and thought I’d just send a message ahead of time. Didn’t expect to get a reply this early, excellent service from my bank. Needless to say I would prefer a widget. But thanks.

@teaandrobots @grogipher @AskNationwide I am also a Bank of Scotland customer and while it took a bit of persistent "education" I managed to get my title changed to "Mx" on all documents, accounts, cards etc.

@AskNationwide is the mobile app down for last 24 hours ish it gets to the talking to nationwide loading screen but just hangs there?

@AskNationwide That’s easier said than done. With face recognition it doesn’t give you chance to cancel the log in. It makes better sense to have the balance as a widget like the other banks do.

@AskNationwide So your phone team were more helpful and managed to help me recover the duplicate payment and it's now back in my account. Please can you train your webchat staff to not be dismissive & tell me to wait 8 days - they could have said please call to discuss and see what we can do

@SimplyBeUK why have you taken two lots of payment for one item? @AskNationwide can you help assist in recovery this please as I'm stuck in the middle with both of you blaming the other
