    @_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I've had the same issue, no heating/ hot water for 5 days now and keep getting fobbed off 'issue with trades'. We have vulnerable people in the property but this hasn't made any difference! Called CET 20 times to chase, not once had a call from CET to explain what's happening!

    @AskNationwide Yeah, seems like every week now something like this happens. I’m sure there’s not just me waiting for money to clear that people have sent us, but we can’t access through no fault of our own. Getting really sick of it now.

    @AskNationwide I've had money sent to my account from another. Is this in a queue? As its left my other account. So can't access the money at all now
