@AskNationwide My app wasn't working but after I restarted it like 10 times, it eventually worked. But there's obviously an issue as others are reporting the same issue and you shouldn't have to restart the app that many times to get it to work.

@AskNationwide Hey, like everyone else - I too, am experiencing issues with accessing your banking up. I have an iPhone XR, latest updated software. I would appreciate no reply saying “we aren’t aware of this issue” as evidently, you are.

@AskNationwide Big decision, have a number of fixed ISAs maturing, looking to reinvest, would like to continue stay, but your ISA rates are significantly less attractive than your competitors, so we will be moving, disappointing you are not focused on loyal customer retention
