@AskNationwide Thx for reply. After another 30 mins tel call today with a colleague, I’m still left with failure (v polite, but can’t help!) @AskNationwide had two jobs to do - register POA and open an account. Failed to both both, that’s really poor, esp. as your reputation is good.

@AskNationwide I received a refund to my debit card on 2nd Feb with an email saying allow 5 working days so why isn’t it back in my bank yet?

@AskNationwide I’ve been a FlexPlus holder for longer than I can remember but now considering cancelling it. Benefits are being watered down and then your travel insurance provider only works part time days - it’s taking over a month to process a small loss claim!!

@LizParkin3 @AskNationwide What’s their credit card like? Thats my main issue I’ve had today was I always have paid off the full balance on my credit card by direct debit. Logged on today and found that they’ve changed how much direct debit is so full balance wasn’t paid off and now I’ve incurred interest.

@AskNationwide I have a £500 limit on my credit card.. it’s fully paid (& I’d only spent £130 on it last month) yet my available balance is showing as £5. Is there a glitch with your app at the moment?

@AskNationwide on Saturday went to a cash machine, it took the money out of the account but I didn’t have the cash, it happened more than once and it went back in. But one amount haven’t. Can I have some help please?
