  @AskNationwide All by design yeah? Cruel doing this to people at Xmas. An you’ll be well aware of the issue yet zero transparency with your customers who ENTRUST u to take care of their cash. So not acceptable nor are ur generic replies. Get it sorted ASAP befor ruining Xmas :-(

  @FayeShortland @AskNationwide Exactly, and no updates on that link they keep throwing out. They say make a complaint but it takes 5 working days so absolutely useless information intime for Xmas
