    @AskNationwide I’m trying to make a payment to a new person via the app and using the card reader. When entering the 8 digit code it gives me an error pops up on the banking app to check the service at this time. But no reports of this being an issue. I’ve tried three times now.

    @AskNationwide hi I’m trying to let the company “oohmola” access my bank statements - I’ve done this before and it worked fine but since late last night it won’t let me connect to my bank - it just keeps saying there’s a problem? The company says it’s my bank?

    @AskNationwide help! I need to transfer some money but I need a card reader to do it. The problem is I’ve forgotten my PIN! Can I view my PIN somewhere or do I need to order a new one? If so, how do I do it? Thanks

    @AskNationwide It is both Money Dashboard Classic and Money Dashboard Neon. Other apps (such as Emma) work fine now - but their customer service had to “force” the sync. The error appears to be Error 500 (provider s server queried not answering). Setting up new accounts work fine apart Nat.Wide

    Humiliating... • ARC card • National ID cards • Letters from the solicitor were submitted to open the most basic bank accounts. @AskNationwide rejected our applications on the grounds us being "no work" "no access to public funds" people. Asylumseekers are not illegal!

    @AskNationwide why can't anyone help I'm trying to move my account to you and at the final page it freezes I have reference number status show incomplete you hit the continue button it says error occurred contact us but when you contact you can't help very annoying
