    1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

    @AskNationwide I wrote to them as someone that had very much been part of Pride celebrations in the past, but who felt unable to support the incarnation that @AskNationwide was promoting, by the way. /end

    @VirginMoney Clydesdale Bank application from 23rd April. Latest expected offer timescale: 2nd week of JUNE !!!! Dire, dreadful, apalling service. Someone has badly dropped a ball here. @AskNationwide - are you feeling rueful yet.

    @AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

    Hey @AskNationwide , this new “push notification” instead of payment due text message is useless and no way near as effective. Fix it please.
