    So I'm trying to switch my bank from @AskNationwide to @firstdirect @firstdirecthelp whu am I being told I cant as nationwide aren't part of switch service? Is this correct and how do I go about this now as I switched to get the £175

    Not sure if it's @TheAA_UK or @AskNationwide who are not great but after 18 years breaking down on the motorway and being told someone will be here in 4 hrs when your 15 mins from Edinburgh is blowing my mind!!!!

    @AskNationwide Her response and get away for an early lunch! What a diabolical and despicable level of Customer Service from Nationwide. Now, a Complaint to the Financial Ombudsman is the only choice left for me. #Nationwide? Not worth a piss in a pot!!

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
