    @AskNationwide I have my account because I tried to support the concept, but your delivery is shocking - allowing credit cards to go overlimit without any warnings and then charging for the privilege - hiding behind the fact you're not a bank to escape your obligations and now this? I'm out.

    @CrystalBreaker8 @moodyfrenchman @AskNationwide As I've said in another tweet. The people who can fix this are currently working flat out to get it resolved and get money into accounts. Be annoyed, vent, just remember that the staff are people too!

    @AskNationwide surely be losing my custom after this. Leaving people without access to payments/money right before Christmas is scandalous.

    @AskNationwide This unfortunately doesn't help my son that couldn't eat today because the money I have of his in my Nationwide account, of which I sent at about 9am still hasn't reach his account 😰

    @AskNationwide Lost 2 hours at work last week sorting out one of your problems now I can’t access my wages 4 days before Xmas . Been with you for 37 years never had a problem what’s going on now
