    @AskNationwide Further to this exchange, I have just gone through this on the website and it is not as simple as you suggest. I have to edit payee details then go through the payment page, a two stage process. Rubbish.

    @MacDoesStuff @AskNationwide Yeah in the past Nationwide CS have been ace. Was very disappointed with today including explaining everything resulting in "now write all that down in a form as if this call never happened " approach

    @AskNationwide Nikita how would you feel if your bank locked your account for like the 4 times and then they started ignoring you and you had no access. Can anyone at nationwide answer me that

    @rufflemuffin @mathewtrivett @AskNationwide When are the challenger banks going to start offering mortgages? Then we might start seeing some changes in the mortgage market and better service experience? Policy also needs to change though!
