    @AskNationwide No kyle, if I did, I wouldn't be in this ridiculous situation. You could whataspp me as I have hotel wifi but that does not seem an option. As said previously, good luck monday. I want compensation for not access to my own money for two weeks on a holiday. Its jokes

    @AskNationwide Naaa your looking at a £40+ bill for you to answer the phone. Its my money. Not how customer services works im afraid. Tried to tell you before I left. Nooop its fine if I use my card at the airport. Lies. End of.

    @AskNationwide hi - you have made it impossible to cancel stolen cards abroad without the app. My parents are in their 70’s. They do not have apps for everything. Exactly how is this helpful?!

    My mum's trying to change pension from @PostOffice savings acc to @AskNationwide without success. No one will help or listen even @AgeCymru. Any suggestions? Very stressed mum.

    @AskNationwide She is logged in via the website. She cannot click on the Flex Account and there is no drop down menu like normal. Error message says some functionality is unavailable at the moment, try again later

    @AskNationwide hi - my mother-in-law has signed up for online banking yesterday, but she is unable to download account statements. There is a message saying some information is currently unavailable. Is there any idea when she will be able to access her xurrent account online?

    @AskNationwide Spoke to Ian. He told me nationwide don’t have to even give the customer a reason to why they declined it even though their legal dept. was telling the customer the mortgage will be complete on a certain date. I would appreciate if you can help me?
