@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide I am currently outside the UK with no card reader and noticed a payment on my account that I havent made, I cant call or log in to online banking (just the app) and Im not in the UK until mid Jan. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks!

@AskNationwide I am trying to get help regarding a refund I have not received although the company say they have sent. It looks like a can’t communicate via email anymore. Virtual assistant not helpful.

@AskNationwide I have to say Nationwide are quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I am experiencing problem after problem and Nationwide appear to have no interest in resolving these. I would advise any would-be customers to take their business elsewhere!
