@AskNationwide Hi! I need to download a full statement for my Help to Buy ISA to use as a proof of a deposit. I can do this for my Current Account, but can't seem to find how I do it for the ISA. Any way I can do this using the website, or will I have to visit a branch? Thanks.

@TheOfficialJVS Re your HSBC £4k customer, why aren't the police involved and charging the keeper of the £4k for "retaining wrongful credit" under the theft act 1968? Ask both @HSBC and @AskNationwide why they aren't going down the theft route? This is an appalling story!
