@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide The only way we can arrange the service we need is via phone, but we can’t get through on phone. Is this @AskNationwide way of not giving us our money?? Really not impressed

@AskNationwide It appears to be working now. It let me log out & then log in again…fingers crossed!

@AskNationwide Thank you for the scripted response, but clearly you didn't get the broader point being made. If you can comment on this surely @AskNationwide can comment on how customers & public at large are being disadvantaged? (Not dissinng Nationwide. I've been a customer for decades).

@AskNationwide Hello, Is your website broken? I am trying to apply for a product and am being sent round in circles. It just makes me log in over and over again without letting me apply for the product.

@AskNationwide Surely there’s a team manager that’s willing to help? Surely someone cares about a customers house chain not falling through?

@AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

@AskNationwide My debit card had stopped working online today. I tried to call to fix it, but got a message that the line is closed. Is there a number to contact for help with this? Thanks!
