    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    Last year @AskNationwide gave me £50 as a thank you Today they sent me an email telling me my account has been closed!! WTF!!! What about the money, including the £50, I have in it?????

    @AskNationwide Yes, it says “we seem to be experiencing some technical problems”. I’ve tried a number of times to make a payment online and keep getting this. K

    @AskNationwide still awaiting for passnumber I can read, pin number, the app is down and arti is useless, plus there's no email address, so how do we use the bank?

    @AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.
