Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

@AskNationwide Hi, Im verifying a customers bank details. The customer states that they cannot print a statement for their flex account fully showing, name and address, sort code/account number and date. The statement only shows bank details without name. Is this true?

@AskNationwide @DianaAward Stop trying to be everyone’s mate Nationwide. You are not here to help. You are a business that purely exists to make money. I had a contract with you for buildings insurance. My wall collapsed in a record breaking storm, and guess what? You avoided all responsibility.

@ryansteps @AskNationwide Good question! It's ridiculous 🤨. I have a Sainsbury's credit card and verify payments by text and have NEVER had a problem. It's not reasonable to expect customer to carry a plastic card reader everywhere they go!

@AskNationwide Just went into my local branch to pay in £10 of 50ps. 2 tills out of 3 manned & dealing with customers and up to 6 people waiting. One member of staff in the customer area greeting customers and asking if they needed the counter. Why didn't he man the 3rd till?

@AskNationwide hi please can someone help clarify if the help to buy scheme is ending? I’m not in a position to buy yet and I have a HTB ISA with you - does this mean it’ll be rendered useless? Any info would be great!
