    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)

    @AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?

    @AskNationwide i tried to open an isa with nationwide, but it always asks for an account number. Im not a nationwide customer though. Do I need an account before I can open an isa?

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    Last year @AskNationwide gave me £50 as a thank you Today they sent me an email telling me my account has been closed!! WTF!!! What about the money, including the £50, I have in it?????
