@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

@AskNationwide I can already access online banking, but I need help with this particular account. When I opened it, a debit card was sent to the person, but as they have dementia, they’ve lost it and torn up the PIN letter. If I order a replacement, the same thing will happen.

@AskNationwide Just the ones you pay for. It is OK with my Samsung tablet. It was OK with my last debit card. It is only a problem with t ng e new card (where the CV number is in white on a black panel). I am going to have to zap my Note20 as may have caught a bug.

@AskNationwide Tried option 2 and they can’t help, they deal with ‘credit’ cards, this card it a visa ‘debit’…
