    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

    @AskNationwide @JoeEDwyer I don’t think you do appreciate it India. Yes, it is very far from ideal. I have patiently waited for the past 98 working days for updates. Do nationwide think that’s acceptable way to treat their customers ? I would appreciate it if a senior manager called me.

    @AskNationwide bad enough you are closing down branches everywhere, the few surviving branches are understaffed. l’ve been queuing 25 mns now with one single tender working. 17 St Andrew street. Edinburgh

    @AskNationwide That doesn’t help. 1) the form to fill only allows to insert a UK address. I don’t have one. 2) If I cannot print the form the only other option is to write the details on the cheque and send it. That’s fine but I cannot sign it as the cheque is in the UK and I’m in Spain.

    @AskNationwide Hi, the Number just takes you through to telephone banking. You request another service and just hangs up on you?

    Nice survey by @AskNationwide about how 1st time buyers can’t get into the property ladder due to housing cost. Shocking that my 1st time buyers can’t get onto the ladder as @AskNationwide have stalled on mislaid paperwork supplied 2x - appalling customer service 😢

    @AskNationwide seriously. You payment system is down. AGAIN. you've had this before - sort it out. Can't receive or send anything and have an international payment to send as a matter of urgency how long is this rubbish going to take!!!!

    Anyone experiencing problems (again) with the Nationwide Banking App? Never happens with Lloyds Bank! Nationwide App is always causing me problems. Very unreliable @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

    @AskNationwide I did access it. ARTI didn't understand my question and 2 days after I left a message using 'Chat' I got a live message from someone saying they didn't have my original message! Lucky I copied and save it. I'll write using Royal Mail in future!
