  @AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Used to be able to get it with just a current account, now it's either a mortgage or savings. @AskNationwide have let themselves down over this. Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

  @santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
