@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

Hey @AskNationwide is there any reason your app is so unstable? I run multiple banking apps and yours is the only one with failing to load issues that just hangs on the log in screen, it's a shame because generally everything else you do is so great...

@AskNationwide Poor customer service. You have my money in one account. What is the issue? I took the required form printed out ready to be signed, my passport and a printed copy of passport. They literally need to sign the form and stamp the passport copy. It would take 5 mins. Job done 😕

@AskNationwide You say you have support for all your services, why can’t you provide me with email address for your CEO. My concerns through customer services has fallen on deaf ears. They are asking me to contact ombudsman, east way out! This is very poor service from Nationwide

@AskNationwide I've just applied so I'm registering on the app. But it says it doesn't have my phone number and provides a number to call but that line says it's reserved for stolen card issues.
