Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?

Gary Fox (@garygfox) reported@AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
