The service in @AskNationwide is absolutely horrendous. they prompted me to close my bank account, they were extremely rude and on top of all that they gave me the wrong balance. Will never be banking with them again. #nationwidebank #nationwideuk

@AskNationwide If you class help as not communicating in a timely manner, leaving our mortgage chances in tatters, then to use a piece of snail mail as an excuse when everyone knows Royal Mail was backed up in December due to COVID! Atrocious service. Exact opposite of helpful

@AskNationwide. With the reduced opening hours your branch at Hertford now has, my 13 year old daughter is not able to get access to her account as you are not open on a Saturday and she is at school when you are open 😡

@AskNationwide I would like to open an ISA but it seems impossible to get any assistance? Can you actually open anything at the moment? The Branch said they aren't and I could not get through on the phone? How is it you are actually helping 24/7?

@AskNationwide what has happened to your app? I have used it for years with no problems but in the last few weeks it has become so unreliable - freezing before I can log in it is very inconvenient!

@AskNationwide are there any issues with the bank? My pay hasn’t gone in and my working are claiming it’s a banking issue. Thanks

@minusplnp @AskNationwide I had no problem changing my name with them either; in that respect they were great. However their subsequent refusal to stop advertising in the transphobic Daily Mail meant I had no choice but to close my account. Shame.
