    @AskNationwide I tried to update my name to my new married name on joint mortgage by sending the form from your site with my marriage certificate. I got a letter back saying to go into branch which isn’t very convenient for me. Please advise why you couldn’t update it that way?

    @AskNationwide disgusted with switch service debarkle. Taken 7 weeks to sort - I’m at fault due to failed switch initially- now they renege on incentive payment of £200 - shall be closing all accounts as a result

    @AskNationwide Ringing you is a nightmare. Your robot keeps saying you are experiencing high call volumes. Why tell your customers this? It means you’re understaffed surely? The recorded message telling me I can go online for help is so annoying. If I could do it online I would.
