I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

Rachel small (@rachismall) reported1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.
