@AskNationwide Update ... the member of staff i'm on the phone to from @AskNationwide doesn't even know who his supervisor is ... and they believe he is trustworthy with my money! I'm shocked at the absolutely awful customer service today! :(

OMG our break down saga continues - after promising us we would be picked up from Folkestone for the final leg @AskNationwide breakdown have just told us there is no-one available to recover us and we’re now stuck in bloody folkestone. After a 2 week saga this is the final straw

@AskNationwide Thankfully her Financial Adviser has resolved the issue. We are transferring her assets away from your bank. Your managers have no time to work when they are on Twitter all day! Not in branches mind, they are let down by your HO operation.

@AskNationwide Not yet as they are closed & was only spotted when we went to the local shop this evening & the card was declined. Thanks for your help I will contact them tomorrow it’s just odd that’s it’s two completely separate companies (one is a local takeaway and the other a major airline)

@AskNationwide unhappy customer. The service we've had with our recent change of mortgage product and term has been challenging, resulting in us having to pay a higher amount because the new rate and term can't coincide. I don't believe somebody can't manually sort it!

  • Banananna93 Anna (@Banananna93) reported

@AskNationwide Hi my banking app is telling me I need to "re-enroll" and that I need my customer number but I'm not sure where I fan find this if I can't get access to the app. Could you please help?

  • Tomp29193 Tom Perry (@Tomp29193) reported

Very dissapointed with the experience I'm having with @AskNationwide, usually fantastic customer service however this advisor I've been on the phone too for the last half an hour is dreadful. Has absolutely no clue of what he is doing and has made a simple transaction v. painful

@AskNationwide today on performative caring. Calling the paramedics on someone who doesn't need or want them inspite of the person telling you 20 times what would help them. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

  • GGNDRiRock Hannah (@GGNDRiRock) reported

@AskNationwide Do you know allow regular payments to go out on the last [working] day of each month? Because if it’s set to the 30/31st, February doesn’t like it!! It should be a simple thing to do!

  • hogfather49 Graham Hogg (@hogfather49) reported

@AskNationwide Why don’t you reward customer loyalty any more? Your so-called Loyalty Saver offers a very low interest rate compared with the Flex Saver you’ve just introduced.
