Hi @AskNationwide - for several days I've been trying to submit an application for additional mortgage borrowing online (after logging in) and constantly get a system error message after the first page. Can you help? We phoned yesterday, but no help.

  • mummahazelwood mummasmeg (@mummahazelwood) reported

@AskNationwide I have tried to call 4 times this morning but the line keeps disconnecting. I need help with 3 transactions that were taken.

  • hollygolitelyy Nicky McDonnell (@hollygolitelyy) reported

@AskNationwide What time do the lines operate to?? I’m working all day

  • bchypnotherapy Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported

@Frankie44444 @AskNationwide They don’t want to help first time buyers either because their poor little fingers can’t work past 5pm.

@HSBC_UK awful customer service at your Pinner Branch. So bad that I decided my daughter would be better to have her first account with @AskNationwide @nationwide whose customer service was on another level. #nationwide #CustomerService

  • offbrandbeanz beanhead (@offbrandbeanz) reported

@AskNationwide Hey! I have applied for a FlexOne card and I just got sent my customer number. Can I create an account on the mobile app yet or do I need to wait until the card and PIN arrive?

  • Curlypics Curly (@Curlypics) reported

@AskNationwide Not yet, bearing in mind the branch didn't deem it an issue losing the cheque for 2 weeks or when she chased it to bother letting her know that they'd found it I don't really see the point in complaining to them.

  • nlieck Norbert Lieckfeldt 💙 (@nlieck) reported

Getting caught in vicious circle from hell at @AskNationwide - they say Without a card reader, you can still: [...] send money to someone you've paid before. Logged on online. Made payment to - guess what - someone I paid before. Site asks for card reader input. 🙄

  • bchypnotherapy Becky Armstrong-Corbett (@bchypnotherapy) reported

@AskNationwide You’re sorry my son wishes to keep his private information (which you need to identify him before the call can continue) private and only ring you after work? Please just have your phone lines open as per your website at 6pm.

  • yatesco Colin Yates (@yatesco) reported

@FredAtBootstrap @AskNationwide I appreciate it when they block a "suspicious" transaction and confirm with me first, but telling me "no, you can't spend your money on that perfectly legal thing" - yeah, big no for me.
