@AskNationwide Mel, contacting me via letter is not the issue. It’s actually a complaint that doesn’t need 2 MONTHS to be resolved!? How would you feel if that was you as a customer? It was a fault on your end from the start. If I don’t hear by end of today I will close my account.

@AskNationwide Yeah sorry. That was totally wrong for me to say. I don't think her bangers are fantastic I have not seen them out. For all I know they could be awful and dragging on the floor.

@AskNationwide is there an issue with your call centre? 3 times my call has dropped when I've been speaking to an advisor and she told me she had also had another call drop too.

@asknationwide After almost two weeks waiting for my phone to be fixed I have to send the badly repaired one back and wait for a warranty claim, which could take up to a week, but its thursday so lets assume its going to be longer, what an absolute joke of a service

@AskNationwide I've just transferred pretty much every penny out of Nationwide. When even instant access accounts with other providers are paying higher interest than your 2 year Isa you know something is wrong.
