@AskNationwide I've had an email to say that I've not increased my start to save balance by £25 this month. When I've just checked, I can see that I transferred £25 into it on 1st March. Has the email been sent in error?

.@AskNationwide having been a good customer of over 35 years we may now have to look elsewhere for banking, 1st you stop the free atm abroad, then the travel insurance now the mortgage protection #noidea

@AskNationwide hi, I tried to use my credit card today and it was refused. I tried online chat but it said it didn't understand. I tried ringing but it said my code that is used to log in was wrong. It works to get into my account. You are my last hope other than snail mail.

@AskNationwide I'll do that thanks. It seems something has been changed in the app with the 9th March update (presumably, the effective/displayed transaction date) without telling us that change was going to be made. I didn't have this problem on Sunday 26th Feb!

@AskNationwide Hi, I have arrived back into the UK today & transferred some AED from ADCB so I had some GBP while I am here. I have done this twice before and never had no problems, transfer usually is quick. Will I receive the transfer today or will it be Monday now? Thank you.
