Helairmike (@helairmike) reported@AskNationwide complete disconnect between Nationwide travel insurance and their provider Aviva . It used to be simple but now it’s Aviva it’s impossible. Absolute nightmare trying to get hold of travel insurance documents and having paid £120 + premium

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.
