    @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

    @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
