    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

    Absolutely disgusted at the service i've received from @AskNationwide this morning. Cant send any money cause you've decided to do a card reader security check. The card reader that I havent used in 6 years even though ive passed ID and security checks
