    @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide just received a letter from you stating you’re removing my overdraft and you’re giving me 30 days to pay it off??? Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

    My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2
