    Gosh what an appalling service from @AskNationwide today. Because of THEIR incompetence I now have to drive for 1 hour to a physical branch with ID to get restrictions on my card lifted. Time to give up on them and move back accounts.

    @AskNationwide I wish you could put a bit of effort helping. Your online banking app just decides not to allow making payments and I rang customer service they can't help me.What a service !!
