@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. That sounds absolutely awful. Can't imagine carrying something round to deal with my account when I already have a phone. Something extra to pack on holiday. Just also found out that I can't pay in cheques with the app. I may have made a mistake switching!

Hi @AskNationwide please can you help? You sent me a new credit card as mine had expired. The letter said it would start working straight away. It’s not worked yet and I really need to be able to use it.

@AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

@AskNationwide Spoken to your team. The problem is you farm the jobs out to CET home services who are totally useless. And looking through the complaints about them you are fully aware that they are hopeless. Do not insure with nationwide. £100 per month for nothing. Used my own plumber

been banking and had insurance for 25 yrs with @asknationwide Hardly ever needed the insurance side of things. Boiler broke down on Saturday morning and Nationwide promised someone within 24 hrs. Coming up to 60 hrs later still no one has turned up. Goodbye nationwide.

@dianepickup @AskNationwide Unfortunately doubt it’s a nationwide issue. My mum banks with them and whilst her Child Benefit went in today her PIP hasn’t. Appears this has been an issue for people since late last week :(

@AskNationwide If you can just provide me with a link - assuming there is one on your website, or elsewhere. I'm interested in what NBS is supporting/funding across the whole UK, not just locally. Thanks

@AskNationwide Hi, can you help please? I’m having £9.99 taken for Spotify but I have absolutely no idea what it’s for / what account it is. I’m now using a new card as my previous card was lost yet they are STILL taking funds. Any advice?
