    @AskNationwide Provide me with the email for complaints. I want to complain about this outage. I joined nationwide as my sole current account and today I needed to transfer money urgently. The recipient was left stranded and I was left feeling embarrassed. This is pathetic.

    @AskNationwide It’s really poor that no updates were given throughout the whole day and that I’ve had to go to Twitter to get a vague message. Very poor customer service. 3 clients tried paying me today. Totally ruined my only day off to shop

    @rhinoboy79 @AskNationwide After the bailout, after they destroyed the economy, after all their profits, banks are absolute shite at customer service, helping communities, helping customers in debt and moving in line with technology.
