@AskNationwide Provide me with the email for complaints. I want to complain about this outage. I joined nationwide as my sole current account and today I needed to transfer money urgently. The recipient was left stranded and I was left feeling embarrassed. This is pathetic.

@AskNationwide It’s really poor that no updates were given throughout the whole day and that I’ve had to go to Twitter to get a vague message. Very poor customer service. 3 clients tried paying me today. Totally ruined my only day off to shop
