@AskNationwide Chesham branch closed on a Saturday and appears nearly now all branches are. Branch Promise is not a promise worth making when as a customer who works during the week needs one at the weekend.🤬

@AskNationwide In that 14 weeks, that same fraudster has defrauded two more people that I am aware of. Time for Nationwide to update its Scam Protection "Promise". I trying to resolve this with the help of police, but Nationwide have not done a thing.

@AskNationwide been trying to call for three days because I can't log in to my Nationwide Current account, and you've slapped me with a very much not needed charge with the threat of another by midnight. I have transferred some money across but need to check balance.

@babygurrrrrlll @AskNationwide @manycornio Exact same issue for me. £800 taken out of my account instead of £400 due to error message, and neither have cleared on my Barclaycard despite payments being made at 10am. It’s a Barclaycard issue, not a Nationwide one
