@AskNationwide They can't ever help, say they don't know why. It now says the statement is done (4 days late) but isn't anywhere to be seen. I'll just stop using it as you are making it impossible to manage. Thanks for being so good @NatWest_Help I might even switch my current account to you.

@AskNationwide Yes. When I scroll down the list of my bank transactions it says "load more transactions" then I click on that it takes me right back. If I'm scrolling to let's say 12 months ago it takes absolutely ages

@AskNationwide has the most appalling customer service & website. The ‘fund your account’ link when trying to transfer money to an ISA does not work. Your phone line 03457302010 is useless; spoke to someone, waited 10 minutes then were cut off. #atrocious
