    So despite pleas via phone and Twitter @AskNationwide still wonโ€™t give me access to my bank after denying me access for over 2 weeks now. Will I at least be compensated when my account goes overdrawn tomorrow and direct debits start being refused?

    @AskNationwide Hi. Are you aware of any bank wide issues with transfers not updating in receiving accounts overnight? I've had the same amount incoming from a coop bank account for over 5 years on this day, each 4 weeks, and for the first time ever, it hasn't arrived. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide I've had an email to say that I've not increased my start to save balance by ยฃ25 this month. When I've just checked, I can see that I transferred ยฃ25 into it on 1st March. Has the email been sent in error?

    .@AskNationwide having been a good customer of over 35 years we may now have to look elsewhere for banking, 1st you stop the free atm abroad, then the travel insurance now the mortgage protection #noidea
