    @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.
