@AskNationwide I may as well not bother being with a ‘high street’ bank if it’s not open the hours I require. May as well just be with an online provider as I’m getting no additional customer service

@AskNationwide Hi! Had my debit card blocked for an innocent online transaction. To unblock have had to ring your fraud line - 15 minutes on hold so far and no info on how long I will have to wait. Just banal muzac and a beep every 30 seconds. How to get help please? Will it be 1 hour, 2 hours?

.@AskNationwide on hold for 1.5 hrs **every day** for the last week trying to get through. Branch the week before who couldn't help directed me to call. Says you're open 9-5. How do I get to speak to someone? Pls don't give me the covid 'we're really busy' brush off. Me too.
