    @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

    Went to londin other week and was using contactless on @TfL with Apple Pay @AskNationwide it stopped working and could only use my card and cant use Apple Pay on first York only the card

    @AskNationwide My debit card was cancelled (not by me) and ordered a new one this Monday My card still hasn’t arrived and now my apple pay isn’t working!! Where’s my debit card ?

    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

    @AskNationwide They cant be ,down detector are reporting issues. Ive done the above.
