And so day 29 comes to a close (that is 43 days since request for settlement figure submitted). And guess what? NOTHING. No positive reaction from @AskNationwide or #themortgageworks. What #crapcustomerservice. In all my working days i have never come across such #incompetence

What is the point of @AskNationwide having verify by banking app if when you go to order groceries for your mum on the week you lose your dad to cancer they decide to block it anyway giving a we have unblocked it when you verify again though @Morrisons cancels the delivery anyway

@AskNationwide Nationwide is losing customers everyday .. More and more a disillusioned with the building society.. Poor customer service, poor rates, poor management.. Having a new CEO @Debbiecrosbie1 has not helped.

Shout out for Ella @AskNationwide in Hitchin x it took less than five minutes to change my account into my new married name x unlike @_Railcards who want me to cut up my current card and send them the pieces before they’ll issue a new one - you couldn’t make it up
