@AskNationwide I’ve been a FlexPlus holder for longer than I can remember but now considering cancelling it. Benefits are being watered down and then your travel insurance provider only works part time days - it’s taking over a month to process a small loss claim!!

Hey @AskNationwide if your website says customers can contact you from overseas & every number you have for customers to use from overseas drops when a customer number is entered. How do you actually help customers when they are overseas? Been trying for 4 days now

@AskNationwide I’ve been duped by a website masquerading as @FollowWestwood and now the money has gone out I see it’s a fraudulent copy from China and the email I sent asking to cancel order bounced back. Do I have any recourse to get my money back?
