My card keeps being refused and there is no option for me to authorise via the app. I have money in the bank and there is no issue with the website as I have used my Revolut banking card successfully.

Tried to sign in through website there’s a technical fault. Why is it always so difficult to navigate your products it makes me wanna remortgage elsewhere 🙄

Made a complaint was told “we expect this to be no later than 15 June” on the 6th of July I’m told “fair outcome to the complaint within 10 working days”. Letter dated 21st July “Update in seven working days”
