Mark (@MARKAFN) reported@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5

Firetrapdiva (@ItsOnlyStubbsy) reported@AskNationwide That'd be great if you didn't delete people's accounts from the app & tell them to go in branch if they want money, but they're housebound & calling up gets you passed from department to department with no actual solution. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

Julie Carr (@mrscarrj) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.
