    @AskNationwide Yes, it says “we seem to be experiencing some technical problems”. I’ve tried a number of times to make a payment online and keep getting this. K

    @AskNationwide despite being a loyal customer for over 30yrs got letter yesterday saying my overdraft is being removed with a months notice, if I go into payment plan it affects credit rating. Disgusting treatment, am livid and will be leaving you!!

    @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.
