I am glad that he didnβt just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of Β£626.30 should have increased to Β£638.75 not Β£987.00. Perhaps Β£987.00 was just a typo?

Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.
