Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your ‘dedicated teams’. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. I’ll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually care…

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
