    @AskNationwide 08000510154. This morning, the website says it opens at 8am. I rang at 8 o'clock on the dot, and again five minutes later. The same thing happened both times.

    Total farce from @AskNationwide breakdown service today. Sending an agent out to a flat battery with a flat battery pack and no jump leads. 3hours and counting for a simple job

    Really disappointed with @thameswater took 4x our usual monthly payment this month. Got payment reduced but apparently they can’t refund so told to @AskNationwide but no response. Poor customer service #nationaliseutilities

    @AskNationwide I go into my online banking and it states some of my accounts info can't be accessed and they're working on things to get back to normal. What is going on??

    @AskNationwide Thats great, apart from trying to resolve the issue my complaint "will be responded to within 5 working days"....Thats not helping to resolve.
